The employees were rude. I went in to get a RAM upgrade for my gaming laptop. The guy serving me was nosy and was acting all smart asking why I needed more RAM like it was any of his business. They also dont accept returns and only give store credit in return. Probably the most awkward experience Ive ever had and I felt pretty ripped off. Never coming back.

Both Tulsa stores have done me well. Been going to them since I moved to Tulsa back in 2006. I always get a great deal from them and they always help me out with what I’m wanting to do with my computers. I already bought 3 laptops from them and upgrade one to a newer one with gaming laptop. So Ill start from when I bought my computer in January. First I was given the smallest screen ever. Then I was given a broken keyboard and broken mouse. Fast forward to now and I just discovered that my motherboard is actually not the one that they gave me the box for and not compatible with the 9th Gen processor that its supposed to be compatible with. I looked passed the broken things because I wasnt using them. So not only is that not the motherboard THAT I PAID FOR but the ram is old too. What a scam!

I was OK with them at 1st until I turned my xbox on and now nothing works had to hard reset it cant even use it none of my apps work thanks a lot dont go here

I went in pretty sure my laptop was broken because it wouldnt charge, the guy took a quick look and said I should just get a new charging cable and if it didnt work come back. Low and behold he was right and saved me a 100+ dollar repair. Didnt even charge to look at it, granted it was only a quick once over. It was very appreciated, they also fixed my brothers computer in the past very quickly and for a fair price in the past. Highly recommended

Purchased what I was told was a new Hyundai laptop...it was used. Paid $350 for it, regular cost at other stores for the laptop is $220. Was told it would be fast enough to run what I needed it for, it was not. Took it to the store 1 day later to return it, they would not take returns. Was told I could get store credit, dont wont to get burned again with another laptop... so now Im stuck with a $350 paper weight.

Worst place Ive shopped at, from prices to actually helping their customers following their products failures. Its been almost a year since I got my pc, and its been nothing but problems. They left out half my case parts and ignored me attempting to warranty after their psu failed a week in. Worst experience ever.

Normally WCS is my go to place whenever I have computer issues.This morning was the worst customer service I have ever received from them. I am a computer programmer, I have been working on computers since I was a child, so I know my way around a computer.I brought my a laptop and a desktop that had issues. The laptop had a broken charging port. I asked them how much to fix the charging port. They told me I would have to pay a $45 diagnostic fee and it would take 4-7 days to get it fixed. I told them I didnt have 4-7 days to wait and asked if I could buy the charging port and do the work myself. They refused to sell me the port and told me to buy the part off Amazon.Then I asked about my desktop. it wouldnt do post. I asked them if they could take 5 minutes to help me determine if my video card or my motherboard is bad. Again they told me about the $45 check in fee and 1-4 days wait time. I wanted to buy either a video card or a motherboard, but they refused to help me.I told them I didnt have days to wait for this to get fixed. They then told me I could pay an expedite fee to get my computer fixed sooner. I understood there was a backlog after my initial conversation. All I wanted to do was figure out what components I needed to buy from them.As someone who has built hundreds of computers over the years, I find it very hard to believe that it takes 4-7 days to fix a computer.The reason I need my computers fixed so quickly was I needed my child to be able to do her school work at the virtual academy. I even explained that to them.I bought the charging port off Amazon as they suggested and replaced the part myself.If this is the type of customer service I can expect from WCS in the future, it will be a cold day in hell before I come back. I will be telling all my friends and peers to avoid your business in the future.

If you ever go in here, i absolutely recommend speaking with Taylor. She helped me sort out my CPU issue and didnt make me feel stupid like a lot of computer shops. Avoid the redhead at all costs. I didnt catch his name but his behavior was very unprofessional. He seemed impatient the entire time i was there and only seemed interested in taking peoples money. I will still be coming back here for my computer needs from now on.

You are correct. I didnt buy from you, I dropped off a xbox one for you to repair. Asked you up front if you could repair it. As long as its not the HDMI port thats damaged. You had it over a week to tell me that you couldnt fix it and that it was in the motherboard. So basically you wasted my time and money leaving it with you.

Lap top had trouble seeing the hard drive. They quickly diagnosed and suggested a coarse of action that was different from leaving it to be serviced. (several days and shop time expense)With the recommendation and confidence that it could be solved on our own we opened the lap top, found the problem as diagnosed (HDD disconnecting), ordered the bracket to secure it, and was done for less than $10. Continued to use the lap top (being careful not to disconnect the HDD).Expert advise and willingness to tackle it on our own.. Priceless

I have an IT business and have been partners with Wholesale Computer Supply for years. They are always ready to assist me in any hardware or peripherals that I need. Great guys and they will go out of their way to help. I strongly suggest using them the next time you have a computer issue or need to purchase a trustworthy refurbished computer.

I would not recommend doing business with this company. My experience with them has been extremely disappointing. Back in September I called them about getting a graphics card. They told me they were expecting them in about two weeks and I could reserve one if I put $250 down. Since then they have given me the run around about when these cards will actually be in. I went to the store last week and they said there would be more information this week. I called twice this week and was told theres still no information. At this point it feels like theyre running a scam and again I would not recommend doing business here.

None of the employees wore masks and one was eating a biscuit while talking to me. I brought in a laptop and told them all it needed was a new hard drive installed. I was about to move out so I paid for “emergency service” 75 dollars down the drain. They promised it would be fixed within the day. The net day rolls around and they still haven’t called me so I call them. They told me they hadn’t “diagnosed the problem”, which I told them when I came in, and that it would be ready by the next day at the earliest. Well I was moving so I had to take my laptop back, still broken. They refused to refund me even a penny. Never going back here.

Paid $45 to find out they really cant fully support Macbook Pros. I initially called the Owasso store and was referred to the Garnett store as they said they didnt have anyone at the Owasso location that was qualified to work on Macs, but the Garnett store did.After waiting more than ten days, and calling twice, I was told that they thought it was the SSD controller on the motherboard and that was not in their wheelhouse and I should take it to an Apple store. I would have appreciated the store telling me upfront that they really cant work on everything related to a Macbook Pro before I spent 10 days and $45.00.

Bought a set up for over $1000 from them 6 months ago. Had CPU temp issues now graphics card issues. Have since moved out of state. They asked me to call the GPU manufacturer and give them the SN of the GPU. Go to find the SN... and it looks like it was purposely picked off. Only the SKU is visible. Shady shady shady shady.Notified Caleb, who was nice and said I could send them the GPU, they could run diagnostic on it and then send it in for warranty.Being victim to a recent shady sale will not put my trust back in you to make sure you run a diagnostic correctly and give proper service.Trust lost.Recommendations gone.

I have a bit of a Frankenstein setup at home and occasionally need random components quickly. Every time Ive visited this store and the mid-town store the workers are very friendly and take the time to understand what Im looking to achieve, answer all the questions I have, and have the parts available in the store. To be honest, yes, you can find better deals online, but I enjoy the convenience and dont mind supporting local businesses.

NO REFUNDS FOR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE FOR ANY REASON. Purchased an SD card reader at 9:15 Sat a.m. DOA 30 minutes before a recording session was to begin. Run to Target produced a working reader since there was no time to drive back to WCS. Returned the defective reader less than 4 hours after purchase. They confirmed it was defective because a card could not be inserted. Offered an exchange for a duplicate that was also probably defective. Declined because I had one. Only alternative was a store credit. I CANNOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE THAT DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THE MERCHANDISE THEY SELL!!!

I went into this store hoping to look for a new motherboard for my DIY PC with intentions of buying something new and affordable for my build. What I got instead was a pushy salesman that did not tell me anything about what motherboards they carried, but rather the combo packs they had up front which I had no interest in. After expressing my disinterest, the sales person became rather difficult to speak to instead of being helpful.Being new to the area, it saddens me to see a store that should be one of my favorites become a place where I will most likely not ever walk back into. Please, who ever reads this, I understand that up selling is part of being a sales person, but perhaps some better training on suggestive selling rather then aggressive selling would be better.

These guys and gals go above and beyond. I have an older computer that needed upgrading, they are so honest as well. I only had to pay for them fixing my computer and not the upgrade to a Windows 10. They told me I was eligible for the upgrade. They also take the time to help you understand your computer and answer any questions you might have. These guys are the only ones I have used, and I have never been disappointed in their service.

These people sold me a rig that cost me around 750 usd they lied and said it would play most games with a 3 year plus old graphics card outdated ram I bought a gaming pc that was almost the price for 2 ps4 pros or 2 ps5s and it barely plays minectaft game wow what a ripoff wouldnt suggest coming to any of these stores unless you like throwing away money if I could give a 0 star rating I would I cant even play games that came out the same year as my graphics cardUpdate: went to another one of these stores to diagnose the problem turns out my processor is from a Tablet. Wow so the takeaway is this specific location is garbage their other stores seem pretty cool.

I took a laptop to Wholesale computer supply about two years ago that had not been operational for three years. It was a present from my son from his time in Afghanistan. They found that the solution was a simple fix to the keyboard that had shorted out for some reason. I continue to use the laptop today. for $40 I got a laptop that was almost new. Great job!

Stocked with housewares, camping supplies and a smattering of computer stuff. Left to wander for twenty minutes; I left when I realized I could not possibly be the customer they were prepared to serve. Convenient parking and strong air conditioning in the store.

They DO NOT WEAR MASKS!!I needed a new computer immediately and they were about the only place that had the configurations I needed in stock. Some customers were wearing a mask. I asked the girl who helped me if she could put on a mask and she said “we don’t wear them”. She was knowledgeable and helpful, but I felt so uncomfortable being in such a dangerous environment. I quickly got what I needed and went home only to find out she gave me the wrong cord so I have to go back to Wholesale Covid Supply. 🤬Plus, had I had time, I could have gotten the same computer online for $200 less.

I first went into this store two weeks ago, to ask some questions about the possibility of having them build my custom gaming pc. I talked to Ryan who was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable about the components I was considering. When I left the store that evening I knew I wanted them to build my computer.A week later I brought my parts to them and was helped by Chris and Caleb, they were both as friendly and got me checked in and on my way in about 10 minutes.The estimated time frame of when my computer would be ready was 1-3 business days, it was ready on the second.I genuinely enjoyed my experience at this store, the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and very passionate about the work they do. They have a new loyal customer.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!!! I have never give this low of a review to anyone, there is a reason.I bought a cooler they said would work, it didnt. They wouldnt return it and give a refund. Only store credit. I am moving out of town so that wouldnt work. They would not work with me at all. The customer service is terrible, the guy talked down to me, argued with me. This was the first and last time I have ever done business. Never had a worse experience at any business.

I understand that they were stocked up on computers but he could have been more nice about it, or at least politely decline my computer. His attitude was more I dont want to want but I have to I guess

I had a piece of my MacBook charger come completely apart. Those chargers cost around $80.... i took it in to Apple to see if they could put it back together and had one of their “genius” workers tell me I would have to either “put tape on it”. Or buy a new one. Really?!? Yea, not happening. So I went in to Wholesale Computer Supply and was in and out in 5 minutes with a replacement part, that only cost me $10. I was beyond pleased that they fixed my problem so easily and without me having to spend a ton on a whole new charger. Thank you so much! Keep up the great work!
