I got quotes from other stores it was hundreds of dollars just to look at it and tell Me what type of virus. David from Same Day Computer Repair was $19.99. to look at it.He gave advice on things to do without spending more money. I paid $79.99 in All my Computer fixed and it was cheaper to bring it there and have it fixed. Then to take it to the other Stores. I still didnt spend over $100. Thanks for being Respectful Responsible and Professional and most of All saving Me Money Time and Energy. I will refer other people.. Great small business for your computer needs. Place to go whether you need repairs or a custom build. David is very knowledgeable and staff is friendly. Would recommend taking a look at what they have before going to best buy or one of the other big box stores. They can usually save you some money off big box prices.

I took my laptop here a couple months ago for repair. I had it back the next day all ready to go. Today, a friend of mine was looking for a decently priced desktop so I took him here. The owner was super helpful and got him taken care of. Highly recommend this place whether you need a new computer, parts, or repair.

These guys have fixed the same laptop of mine twice in the last three years. The second time my hard drive had been seriously damaged and they only charged me $20 for the hardware diagnostic. I was at risk of losing all my old files. They not only gave me a new/faster/better hard drive, but were able to recover most of the files from the old one. Highly recommend if you are having trouble with your laptop.

There was a bit of a wait. But the store is clean, David the mgr is friendly. Its $19.95 for computer diagnostics which isnt bad. They also have a lot of used computer supplies. I will be comparing them to competitors n Ill get back to the public on this topic. They have towers starting at $99. Which isnt bad. They also offer a 1 year service for people who buy computers from them for $69.95.

My original hard drive is quite different from that replaced by Sameday Computer Repair (see attached photos). They didnt know that I had gone BEST BUY to check my hard drive and RAM before I went to their shop. Also, they thought that I dont know about computer. They will lose the case.

This place is great! The nice man was friendly, professional and had my laptop fixed so quickly and the price was surprisingly low. I had taken my laptop to another place on Garnett, the gentleman was rude, talked to another employee while. He told me it would take 7 to 10 days without opening or looking at the computer. I just left.

I dropped my laptop off on a late Thursday afternoon and within an hour they called with the issue. IMPRESSIVE!!!!They repaired it and I had my laptop back the next day. The service was exceptional and it was nice to deal with helpful and friendly people. Same Day Computer Repair will definitely be my go to place for my future computer repairs.

Used to use them often.After the fourth laptop that I either brought in, or referred to them from a friend, came back with the exact same problem (bad motherboard) I stopped trusting them.Each time their recommended solution was to buy one of their computers.

I used to love this place but my most recent experience will keep me from ever returning. Bought a laptop when I asked if it was a touchscreen I was told no. Nothing else just no. Took it home and turned out it was a touchscreen and it was malfunctioning, when I took it in to get it fixed I was told it was sold without a stylus so it was sold as non touch screen and they wouldnt fix it just disable it. The fact is the lack of a stylus doesnt change the fact that it is a touchscreen computer, never going back.

Strait forward, no upsell, and explained in detail what was done.The parts had to be special ordered, luckily there werent any issues with getting everything shipped in. Shipping took about five days, the repair took less than 3 hours.

This is a thief shop. My SONY laptop was broken down this Wednesday. I went to Best Buy after 5:00 PM this Friday (yesterday). One guy in Best Buy opened the hard drive and RAM covers to check. I saw the hard drive and RAM look like new, and what color they are. Then, the guy told me that Best Buy couldnt repair over 3~4 years laptop. So, I asked him where I could find a computer repair shop. The guy told me the shop. I called SAMEDAY computer repair and sales shop and knew that they shall charge $20 for check. I went to that shop on 5:45 PM. One guy in the shop told me that they shall tell me the problem tomorrow. And then, I left my laptop to go home. This morning, I got the call from the shop. They said the mother board was broken down and the total fee is $310. I decided not to fix my laptop and went to the shop to pick up my laptop. Another guy in the shop returned my laptop to me. I found my battery connector is different from the original one because I use my laptop everyday. I asked him why the batter connector was different and replaced. He denied it. I asked him to give me tool to open hard drive and RAM covers. He refused my request. But, his face showed nervous. I immediately went to Best Buy to request them to open the hard drive and RAM covers. I felt very angery when I saw my hard drive and RAM again. They were replaced by old parts and the color of hard drive is entirely different from my original one. I returned to repair shop to ask them to return my parts. Of course, they refused my request. I called 911 to request police to help me solve the issue. Police told me that I could only sue them. Now, I have found evidence and shall sue them. Also, I found the guy in Best Buy, who told me the shop, looks like one guy in the shop. I shall confirm whether they are relatives. Now, I regret that I didnt search the shop reviews online first before I went to the shop.Everyone never goes to the shop to buy any products or let them check and repair your computer in case that they replaced your computer parts.

A reasonable place to go when you have a computer problem- they checked out my system for twenty bucks. But sadly, they took all day long just to tell me there was simply a switch turned off, which was keeping it from starting. So five stars for good pricing, three stars for not so good service.

I have used Same Day Computer Repair several times, they have always been fast and done a great job at a good price. I would highly recommend them and I will keep coming back myself any time I have computer needs.

Upon getting my uncles desktop home after settling his estate ...I could not get the desktop to show up on the monitor. I explained my issue to the gentlemen at SDCR fearing the travel home had knocked something loose. They listened to me and found my issue in less than 5 minutes. Even though it was only an adapter issue they were helpful and were professional in their attitude with me where they could have been condescending. They even located a better adapter to ease my cord management. I will return when I need them and highly recommend them to anyone.

Ive never had an issue with the staff...okay, just today, but they left the Open sign lit at 9am when they were closed.If they dont have what Im looking for, its because most people dont know the item exist and gets asked for once in several years. Ive never had an issue with anything I bought from them.If you want cheap prices, go to Walmart. When their products fail, and you need someone to fix it, call these guys up. They do have the knowledge and experience.

This place is nothing more than an overpriced electronic junk store. I have seen higher quality merchandise at the flea market. I took my laptop there for repair was charged around $200, brought it home guess what it had the same problem. Took it back and told them what happened I was assured the problem would be handled. I ended up taking it back three times. On the 4th time I asked for my money back because the teck obviously lacked the necessary skills to perform the job. I was told some line about no guarantee on repair and no refunds. Wow what a cheat! My advice dont shop here dont use their services.

Horrible service. Disrespectful staff they treat customers with disrespect. Sells computers with illegal copies of Windows on them. Does not have the proper licensing for the computers they sell. Computer still possibly could have viruses on them due to lack of correct virus scanning software on them. Avoid this business completely.

Came in with an issue that had me scratching my head.. they charged me half of what some stores would charge to have it scanned and found the problem and fixed it the second day I took it in.. Im completely shocked at how fast they fixed it. Also the guy running the counter was super informative and made sure all my questions where awensered! 10/10 will be going back for any future issues with hardware!

When I went in, they lied to me about its worth, then tried to pressure me into selling it to them at 40% of what I ended up selling it to a decent computer place for... I run my own personal Minecraft server Im very well-versed in the industry of PC and computer refurbishment Im the owner of draetech Industries I got a Nifty little old server for around $120 that ended up not working for what I needed it to they offered to go ahead and trade me a network storage for my old server the network storage on the other hand ended up having a network stability issue where it would drop off the network to where you can no longer access the storage it would then say contact your network administrator to gain privileges even though all the credentials were accurate after taking it to back to them and talking to them about it they tested it and came back and told me it was fine I dont think they actually tested it thats my opinion now I took it to Wholesale Computer Supply they tested and confirmed the issue I was having oras PC also was able to confirm the issue I was having along with Best Buy Geek Squad I then went back and tried to talk to them again about exchanging for another unit and they told me theyve already tested it and it test out fine and all sales are final I then used a lengthy process with with powerbay the manufacturer which I think is also verbatim and found out that theyve released a firmware update from 3.0 which comes pre-loaded to 3.00 to resolve a network stability issue so I feel that It ultimately boiled down to a manufacturer defect but I definitely feel that same-day computer repair could have done a much better job in their customer service department

Im not really sure about buying systems pre-built as was mentioned in other reviews, but my experience was great. I know quite a bit about computers being a software developer and having built a few. My GPU in my desktop went bad and I brought it in around 5 to be tested. I got a call before noon the next day with results. The guy was super friendly and knows what he is talking about. 20$ is pretty cheap for a diagnostic fee and he gave me good advice on a warranty. Will be going here next time if I cant fix it myself.
