I knew right when I walked in, this was my kind of place. Got an estimate for my laptop repair for a TB purchase and installed at Ubreak Ifix and it was outrageous, not to mention the answers to my questions were dodgy and a 3-4 week wait. Brought it here and the price was around what I thought it should be and it was done 2.5 weeks earlier than estimated at the other place. I know computers, parts prices, etc and I’ve always fixed anything myself, but I didn’t have the time to get it done with my schedule. RK made my first time experience smooth and I highly recommend to anyone looking for someone honest and will do the job right. 🙌🏽

I stumbled onto this shop by accident and happy I did! Its not the prettiest place to shop, they have alot of new and used products crammed into a small space. But the staff is amazing! Very nice and knowledgeable!They let me hang out and browse and ask questions for at least an hour without pressuring me into any product. They even took the time to help me research and compare pricing and performance of the product I was looking for.I now have an awesome enjoyable computer store that I can purchase what I need at a fair price!

Got a new phone, had stuff that didnt transfer. My carrier knew nothing about how to get the data there, went to several so called cellphone places that said the could but found they couldnt. 30 minutes at RK they got my data in my new phone!

Very well managed business that works to save you money, there is no up-selling or pressure from staff. The staff are also very knowledgeable and can help with personal or business electronic issues.

These guys were able to diagnose my laptop problem, and help me sort it out at a very reasonable price. I had taken my computer to best buy and they couldnt give me a timeline, and the Geeksquad were completely unhelpful. When I went into RK, they listened to my issue, gave me a good price, were timely and able to help. They also have a great selection of desktops, so when Im done with this laptop, I can get a sick gaming computer.

This place is awesome very nice guys very helpful knows there stuff. Way better than Hosale computer and supply and cheaper but with the same results. I give this place a 5 Star rating. If you have computer problems dont go anywhere else than RK computer repair......

It appeared that my hard drive had died as the computer would not boot. I was interested in upgrading to a used laptop so I called. Kevin could not have been more helpful on the phone, so I went in. I purchased exactly what I was looking for at a reasonable price and he even threw in the docking station and riser for me. I tend to buy top grade products previously owned, because I feel like I get more bang for my buck. Their service could not have been more helpful with transferring my data and loading specific programs. When I left, I had everything I needed along with the 30 day warranty. But he said if anything went wrong after that, theyd be happy to help me with it. Super super helpful people! Lots and lots of parts in the store, and used laptops, PCS, Etc. A fair price and fixed our computer and saved our family photos. Would give more stars if I could for that alone. Plus the guy that helped us was nice and helpful.

RK is a small shop that has its place. Random parts and a niche customer base. Too bad there was nothing for me. The prices were average and maybe a bit high for the used parts. Its definitely not a showroom but a backroom with some racks. The workers were nice enough and knowledgeable. If you are a novice or looking for a standard part, check them out. If you want bargains or cutting edge, I would look elsewhere.

My old computer recently died, I decided to go to RK because of the excellent rating. I came in and was greeted by one of the computer engineers. I told him what I wanted in a computer and the price I was willing to pay. They did go a little over but my new computer runs like a dream. I stream videogames, support two flat screens, connect with other mobile devices and other made simple tasks. I am happy.

The guys here are funny and very knowledgeable. Im here at least once a month for my lil lady I work for. Shes always needing her computer fixed cause she crashes it. The guys work very hard and are always willing to explain anything to you if needed and always will answer any question you have. I would recommend this place to anyone. Love this place.

The technicians were friendly, very helpful, and knowledgeable. They replaced batteries on an iPhone and Macbook. It has been a month and everything is working just great.

These guys are the best hardware store you will find around here. Though being realistic, online prices are better. Thats just the sad truth. These guys will shoot you straight and fix your PC without charging an arm and a leg. This is the only place in town that I take my PCs to and recommend to friends and family.

Called inquiring about their products; was provided the information requested and the prices for said products make for a great value. Will most certainly be a regular to this location and highly recommend for anyone to shop here if in need for cheap hardware.

Had them run a diagnostic and the did a great job letting me know the steps they took and what they looked at. Unfortunately it looks like I need a new motherboard, but I trust their assessment and they discussed possibly solutions with me, such as contacting the manufacturer for RMA replacement.I trust their diagnostic and Id return for any future computer needs.

I was recommended by a friend to go here because of the cheap prices to fix a virus, which I had gotten trying to fill out scholarships. I had to go back to the store after the virus was taken off because the volume wasnt working and the screen was displayed upside down. I still left pretty happy because it was so much cheaper than Best Buy, until I noticed a week or two later that there was a small shatter at the top of my brand new hp envy which caused a crack to slowly run all the way down the screen over time. This is my first laptop and I have been nothing but extremely careful, always keeping it in a laptop case and everything. Very upset customer.

RK Computers are the best! I have used them for 6 years and theyve been absolutely the greatest. They are fare, honest and reasonably priced.

I have had amazing experiences with this business in the past, which is why I won’t give them less than 3 stars, however I just went there to try and purchase a few parts for my system and he tried to sell me a few parts that were grossly overpriced even if they weren’t used! An ssd that sells for 140 brand new he tried to sell for 210 dollars and said that was a good deal! A low budget graphics card that sells for about 100 used and 120 on average brand new was 170. And a used OEM graphics card that sells for 400 brand new he was selling for 450 and said it was probably out of my price range, even though I am currently looking for a 500ish dollar gtx 1080. I just don’t understand where his amazing and competitive prices went... I understand certain things change prices in the computer hardware industry, but why would anyone buy used parts for higher than you can buy brand new parts that come with warranties. I am very disappointed that I wasted my gas traveling across town to leave empty handed with a story like this..
