We took our old Macbook here for a software upgrade. On the phone we discussed and agreed to a upgrade that was about 5 steps up from Leopard. The guy upgrades it ONE version up to snow Leopard and charges my wife 50 dollars.Very dishonest people.Go watch Youtube and you will see a unsupported Mac of the same year as ours can be upgraded much higher. So either these guys are uneducated or crooks. We wont be back and wouldnt recommend.

Amazing service went in to find a charger for our youngest sons laptop we had just got at a pawn shop and they had to order it and offered to make sure the laptop worked if we left it there for when the cord comes in !!!

Theres a lot of potential to this store, really needs some simple TLC on the outside. They could easily make a tech museum area, with older pieces and decorations but separate from the current day items.

Accidentally happened to be in the neighborhood & spotted them while I had my old tablet with me for just that purpose- So I popped in ... while there the man behind the counter and his kindly assistance helped me with out trying ANY hard sells (I was actually shopping for a laptop to replace my tablet) They sterred me in the RIGHT direction for ME, not THEM. Very informative completely understood that we laymen dont do the jargon, and didnt try to force me to buy something I didnt NEED. They gave me great advice when I started my business they installed my servers, computers ect. Whenever I have any tech issues I just make a phone call and they FIX the issue. My business shall be with YOUR business!

Great place for inexpensive computer repair, service and parts.

Prices are normal for a computer store. Dont think they are out of line.The gentleman that helped me knew more about the arcane cabling I needed for a rack server than most do, which was a relief.But the building looks like it is on its last legs and it needs to be fixed up badly. You could lose a small car in terrible pavement in the parking lot. I feel that the care that goes into a store directly reflects on the care that goes into their service. Doesnt reflect well here.

I thought I had blown my laptop up and was scared that I was going to have to buy a new one.I had a friend tell me about Don and his experience on computers so I took it to Oarspc and 2 days later I have a like new laptop.Thanks to Oarspc for saving all my data !!!! Highly recommend them

Just what I wanted for a great price.

I went in looking for a memory upgrade.He quotes a high price, but Im still considering buying. That price is for 2 DIMMS right?Nope. One stick costs twice what a 2 pack would cost online.Next I ask about a processor upgrade. I ask how much Cache is on the chip.He says that will be $$$Last try. I ask for a can of compressed air.He says he doesnt sell canned air. He doesnt believe in it.Left without buying anything. You should too.

Good place to get computer parts

Purchased a 750 PSU (cheap Chinese garbage) for $79.99, melted my GPU and when I asked for a refund he told me they dont do refunds on power supplies.If you like being overcharged, treated like an idiot and getting ripped off - by all means do business with these degenerate, lying, low life scumbags.

These guys have been my new go to guys for quite some time now. I havnt baught anything from them but when it comes to computer repair I think they are number 1. I honestly used to go to wholesale computer supply and I hated that place but I thought there was no alternative.. True story, my gpu stopped working one day and computer wouldnt boot. I took it to wholesale computer supply.. Its always that blonde hair dude feeding everyone lies. Anyway they check my comp. He tells me my motherboard is shot that I need a new one and I told him that I dnt think so, there was no reason my mobo could have gone bad overnight and when I had it off. He said yeah its bad and he can get me set up with a new one we have the ones you need right here for so many $$$. I said no and told them to give me my comp back and left.. I found Oars and went there.. No joke but the younger dude that works in there I cant remember his name but he drives a nice truck now. Anyway that guy took my computer and later that day he called and said my computer was ready. The problem was that the gpu driver needed to be updated. So you see now the shady crap from wholesale computer supply. I thanked that dude so much and from that day forward he has been so helpful even just asking questions about what would be good upgrades or just talking about computers in general. FYI if you purchase new upgrades yourself they will help you get them installed. ALSO!! I think this is,very important! I felt like i didnt know much about computers when i showed up to this guy and not one time did i feel like i was being taken advantage of because of my lack of knowledge. So you noobies out there that need help and are affraid of getting taken advantage of go to OARS!!! I wouldnt leave this review if I didnt think they are worthy to hold up to my review. In fact Im going there today to get advice on my new computer. Hope this review helps and I hope this gets more customers to their doors.
