Was in today and purchased a refurbished HP ENVY All-in-One. I am extremely pleased with the purchase! Computer is exactly what I was looking for. MegaWatts is definitely a hidden gem, even using Google Maps we passed it and had to make a U-turn. But it was worth it! The selection was good, employee was very helpful and we couldnt beat the value! This was our fourth computer store of the day and definitely the best. We will be doing business with them again!

I told them the problem over the phone and the guy gave me three possible fixes for it and the cost of each. Sure enough the price was what they said it would be. I was surprised to get a repair quote over the phone. I don’t know the going rate for computer repair but it seemed like a fair price to me.

Probably done doing business with these guys. Called a moment ago and asked if they have a charger for 2015 Macbook Air. Guy says We should have that. I asked how much do you get for it? Guy says Um, Im not really sure where it is in the store but it should be somewhere between $45 and $65. I said Thank you. This is, I think, the third time Ive had a conversation like this when looking for an item. Megawatts, is business THAT good where you basically say hey, roll the dice and come on in. Too busy for that. A customer should not have to implore you to get up and check to be sure. Good luck.

I was here not long ago, and let me just say that the customer service here is no where to be found. Not only were the employees being rude, but they were also very disrespectful. It’s not just the employees that’s the problem, it’s also the owner. The owner showed me no empathy or respect at all. Not only that but they are selling terrible refurbished products that don’t even work properly. Please do not waste your time going here and buying/repairing your electronics. You will 100% be dissatisfied with the service.

Fixed my damaged laptop when some liquid was spilled on it. Communication was spotty. I asked for a quote before the work was initiated. Instead I got a call that the laptop was ready. It was more than I thought it was going to be. Now my microphone doesnt work, causing me problems with remote working. I called to address the issue, left a voicemail and never received a call back. My mac was repaired, but now there is a new issue with the broken mic that was not there before.

My IMac was freezing up constantly so I took to Best Buy’s Geek Squad for repairs. They informed me that both hard drives were corrupted and could not be repaired. The Mac was returned and I took it to Megawatts for a “second opinion”. Bottom line.., Megawatts was able to restore the operating system with no loss of data. The drives WERE NOT CORRUPTED after all. Consequently, I will no longer be using Geek Squad repair services.., Megawatts gets my business from now on.Owner, Doug and his excellent tech guy Michael are real pros and their service is most excellent. I have purchased four refurbished iMacs from them over the past 6 years or so. All but one of them is still operating well and the one that finally died was the oldest. Doing business there has saved me tons of money. They have also been good and fairly priced on the few upgrades and repairs theyve done for me (although sometimes I wish they could do them a bit quicker -- they are thorough when they do fix something and they dont send it back with some new part -- but the same problem).

I went in expecting to have someone give me a power cord and let me test my equipment myself. Instead I got above and beyond service for an insignificant matter. The icing on the cake was the ridiculusly low priced SSD I came away with also.Just wish I could have done it on the weekend instead of taking time off work to take care of it.

New parts warrantied 90 days and die in 120 days. Also they do not respond well to customer complaints. Im out more money on a simple power cable than I would have been if Id simply bought it from Apple. Displeased owner of 5 macs.

I drove from NW Arkansas to MegaWatts in Tulsa on Feb. 14. We were very impressed with both merchandise selection and prices. I needed a used or refurbished MacBook Air or Pro at a good price.The sales rep, Clayton, was knowledgeable, helpful, courteous and patient. Theyve always been amazing with customer service. They replaced my computers electrical cord...they gave me a new one. Ive even gone there with computer questions on the Apple computer I got there. Theyre ALWAYS friendly and helpful. A neat place!

This place is a joke, Doug Watts is the owner. I believe he wrote his own review down below. Not too long ago this place had a F rating with the BBB. Customer service is horrible. They sale a bunch of old junk macs that look like they have been beating horribly. 30 days on repairs is reasonable but if its on day 31, come on you should be a man and fix it just to make people feel good about doing business with you. I just went in to buy a cheap inexpensive item and when I got there, they no longer stock that item. But the website said it was in stock. The people who work there look less than reputable as well. If you have no choice but to do business with them then do what you must. But if you can take it somewhere else then do it. I keep saying I will never go there again, and I think today was the final straw that hopes that place finally goes out of business.

Service was excellent!!! definitely recommend, as they saved me from unnecessarily spending $400 on a repair. They were honest and upfront and the staff was excellent and definitely trustworthy.

Excellent in my experience. Have gone here when having computer problems I didnt know how to deal with, and I’ve been happy with the results (as has my Mac)! Also a good place to get used gear.

Megawatts seems to actually do a good job and theyre priced reasonably. HOWEVER! They take forever to get a computer back. Theyre much easier and cheaper than the Apple store. So Id consider them the lesser of the 2 evils.

I have used Mega Watts twice in the last year. My old macbook was falling to pieces. It was going to cost $300 + to fix it. Then I noticed a bigger better faster model at an astonishing price. And, they traded my old one in for the repair price! I find their repair prices reasonable and their staff very helpful and nice. I def recommend this company to my friends.Thanks Megawatts!

While I was happy with the end product and the customer service, the process was annoying. First, I requested to pick up my purchase in store, and it was shipped anyways. Second, the macbook I received was not the one I ordered. While I was able to swap it out, this mistake shouldnt have happened, nor been blamed on a vendor. Also I didnt receive an apology or any compensation offered for the trouble. This was my first macbook, and I dont think Ill go through here again if I have a choice.

I was treated more like an imposition than a valued customer. When I asked tech for an approximate time period for repair, I was given a response in an almost eye-rolling manner. My phone was there for 7 days and no one contacted me to give me updates. I initiated all communication. They were not personable at all. I dont know how they stay in business. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Need a charger for you mac? Well they have used ones up for offer at a fraction of the price of a new one and alot of other macbook and imacs and accessories and they make repairs as well at awesome prices!! Go here before you go to the mac store its worth a shot!!

Wonderful, quick service when I needed a new disk drive for my 2011 iMac. Friendly, knowledgeable staff help you with anything you need. Great prices on what they sell; everything from older accessories for PowerPC Macs to the latest Retina MacBooks. If you need Apple products or accessories in Tulsa, you need to go to MegaWatts.

They WILL rip you off. They do not care about customer needs at all. I was a long time customer and they sold me a used computer with bad Wi-fi and did nothing to remedy the situation. Then they charged me $60 to do a return! On a deficient computer. And they were rude and obnoxious on top of all that. That place sucks. Stay far away. Amazon will give you better service than those A-holes.

Buy from a reputable Apple Store in the Tulsa mall, even though its more money, you can continue to buy apple care for years. These guys make you pay after the 30 day warranty is over, way more than Apple Care would ever charge.

Waited for a computer repair for three weeks without a single call (or returned call after numerous voicemails) to explain the wait. After being told that my computer would be repaired on the third week and going to pick it up they informed me that they had lied and never recieved the part needed for the repair. No apology. Terrible customer service and an enormous waste of time. I will stick with the Apple Store from now on.

Bought a used 27 inch Imac for my business. It is phot and video heavy and it hasnt let me down. I purchased additional memory also. It had to be ordered but was in quickly. I have never had anything but good experience with them. Had a project come up that required portability and purchased a MacBook pro from them also. They have stood behind all purchases. I really believe that those that do not have good experiences shoulder some of that blame by not paying attention to policies. There are definitely situations where the customer is not always right. They will bend over backwards to help you, but they like myself run a business.

What a RIP!!!!Bought a TV that allegedly was never opened with a full manufacture’s warranty. TV came, set it up and it had a 3/4” vertical strip of dead pixels. Phoned MegaWatts and was told either ship it back or deal with Visio. Phoned Visio and they said that the TV was sold from Sam’ Club four months earlier, so NO MANUFACTURE’S WARRANTY. Visio said MegaWatts is not authorized dealer and CANNOT offer manufacture warranty. At that point I lost all faith in MegaWatts, filed a Paypal claim to be sure I got my money back. The carton and packing foam that the TV came in from Megawatts was in such poor shape I had to ship TV back to Megawatts using carton from replacement TV I ordered from Best Buy.Conclusion; Paypal five out of five stars, Megawatts zero...

MegaWatts just made a bad situation better.
