Chili is the best thing

They took excellent care of my laptop, giving it a thorough clean and installing an antivirus. It runs much faster and feels far more secure. They are fast, explained the issues. I would not hesitate to call them again for any repair or updating issue. I feel fortunate to have found such solid professionals in the Tulsa area.

Was here from out of town and my computer crashed on me. Called around and Computer Gurus had such competitive pricing that I had to try them out. The couple that owned this establishment were so kind and helpful and had a less than a 24 hour turn around!s They also gave me so many tips about my computer battery life and much more. My goodness they were just wonderful that I would SO recommend them to everyone I come in contact with!!! THANK YOU COMPUTER GURUS FOR SAVING MY COMPUTER!!! :)

I called them with an emergency situation with my laptop. They took care of it right away and got me going again. They saved all of my documents and pictures! Although they had moved locations and you need to have an appointment they basically got me on within 30 minutes off my first initial call. Their prices are great and they are so easy to talk to. I would recommend Computer Gurus to anyone who needs computer repair!

I took my computer to these guys to remove a virus. Not only was the virus removed, when I got my computer back they had made it faster than it has ever been before! These guys are GREAT and I would highly recommend Computer Gurus!

I love Computer Gurus! These guys really helped me out when i was in a jam. My laptop was really infected with viruses they got our cleaned up and it wad like getting a new computer back and the price was just right!! I have told all my family and friends. Thank you Computer Gurus!

Karen was very nice and helpful. I was not able to drop off my laptop, so she picked it up at my workplace, and dropped it back off once it was fixed! it was fixed in less than 48hrs, and the prices was FANTASTIC! Amazing service and a year warranty to boot. I couldnt be happier with my experience.

My laptop screen was shattered around the beginning of August so I began looking for a repair place. Thats when I found Computer Repair Gurus. I talked to a lady named Karen, She seemed very nice and was very helpful. We talked several times via Phone Calls, E-mails, and text messages. She always responded rather quickly. They are a home based company so I had to pay for my screen before they could order it. August 13th I paid for my screen and Ive been waiting about 3 weeks now for it to come in. She did respond back several times after I had already paid but she always had excuses as to why my screen has not come in yet. She finally stopped responding to me so I decided to go to the address listed and it turns out it is a house and the people living there do not know a Karen. They also have different addresses posted everywhere I searched for them. I never informed her I was coming to their business place but since then I have not heard from her. I had friends call the number listed and she never answered their calls either. If you are looking for a place to repair your computer DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. Do not even chance them taking your money there are plenty of places in Tulsa that are actual businesses and you dont pay a dime until your laptop is fixed so please use someone else!

Being an IT person myself(but not for computer repair) I can be a bit fussy about who I let work on my computer and a bit skeptical about what some of these repair shops claim is wrong with your computer.Not with these guys, they took my computer in and started working on it right when I brought it in. An hour later, they had everything fixed and I was good to go. They kept me updated through the process of what they were doing and I felt they did such a great job that I felt compelled to give them extra money as a tip.When I run into more computer problems in the future that I cant figure out or am in a hurry and dont have the time to solve, Im going to bring it to these guys! Ive already added their phone number to my contacts!

I took my laptop to Computer Gurus for a screen replacement. Dropped it off at 10am, got it back before noon! My laptop looks just a great as the day I purchased it!!Best computer service I have ever experienced!Need computer repair? Make Computer Gurus your first call!

I had a really unprofessional experience here and really regret it. First off, let me say my computer is fixed so thats a plus! First thing to mention is this is a private home based individual running this company. They did not adhere by posted hours. The price increased after drop off from eighty to 140. I came to pickup my computer once (screen replacement) and the lady broke the screen a 2nd time and had to reorder. It took SO long. I constantly had to check in with them for updates which were frequently ignored. I feel like there should have been more communication and professionalism. I understand mistakes happen (ex:the broken screen) but lack of professionalism isnt excusable. I wouldnt go back.EDIT: After leaving this review, I received a threatening voicemail stating he would have it be known that I was liar if I didnt remove this review. That will absolutely not be happening. I want to add that today, I discovered that my laptop was not correctly replaced! My computer is a touch screen and the touch function is not working. I will not remove my review, however I DID just edit the review by giving you one star instead of two. DONT GO HERE!

Dropped off my MacBook in May of 2015... They shorted out the mother board and told me they were going to fix it for months. Later said they would replace it. Then said they filed for bankruptcy. They have refused to give me the MacBook or the hard drive from it. I have all of the documentation and text messages from these people. Please do not trust them with anything...

They are wonderful! I have a Macbook Pro that I love and the trackpad was messing up and I thought my computer was ruined. I went to the Apple Store and they told me you have a 2009 model and we cant work on it past 5 years old. I told them my dad purchased this in 2010 for my graduation gift with the warranty. Apple refused to take care of me but Computer Gurus spent hours working on mine and made sure I was completely satisfied and even did it on a Saturday night so I could have my laptop. They were very friendly and reliable and trustworthy. I highly recommend them and they are not expensive and work with you and actually care.
