Well, it was an interesting visit. The guy that took mine & my sisters order was CLEARLY annoyed by our presence & the fact that we ordered Frappuccinos. He was so put out, that we just sat & watched his extremely unprofessional behavior & laughed. It was entertaining. I will add the drink was good despite his attitude. He only cheered up once his boss came around to talk to him. I imagine hes a joy to work with. 🤣

Starbucks dependently serves a good cup of coffee, with friendly service. The store is always clean, well stocked with Starbucks merchandise and various bagged coffees for sale. I could probably give them a five-star rating if their prices were 25% lower than what they are but I knew that going into there, its Starbucks. ☕😀

Still closed as of August 5, 2021. Sad, I really enjoy this location for a quick cup.

This Starbucks is located inside of the downtown Central Library. Every time I’ve visited the staff is always extremely nice and timely with making drinks. If you’re in downtown Tulsa and need a coffee this would be an easy stop for you. Parking is free in the parking garage after getting your ticket validated inside.

Not the same Starbucks customer service that I’m used too (plus this location does not honor star redemptions). But it’s located in a great part of the city.

Usually you get what you ask for even with deviations from the standard menu. Today I asked for a grande and got this instead. Strange. I do not like getting weirdly low amounts of the thing I pay for...especially from premium coffee places because, you know, they are expensive.

Very clean and very friendly. Service was super fast and hot drinks were hot and iced drinks were perfect. Our group were extremely satisfied and happy with our visit and next time in Tulsa we make another stop to that Starbucks. It was great 👍❤💋

Convenient being downtown but the workers are hit or miss as far as good customer service or lack of so u tend to say to urself, should I or just pass it by, depends more on how bad I want a cup of coffee before my volunteer shift at the homeless shelter.

Great location with a friendly staff. Theyre always willing to explain a drink to or help simplify an order. For people that drive and park at the library, Starbucks will validate your parking ticket.

I always enjoyed going to Starbucks but the last few times Ive been there they havent had bananas for my smoothie. I end up having them add blueberries and stead so I have blueberries and strawberry and thats always good. This last time I went I got chi vanilla Frappuccino. I really enjoyed that

This location is my go to Starbucks in Tulsa. Their team is always fast and super nice. Makiah is a staple there, always knows the orders of the regulars, and takes the time to get to know his customers.

Best Starbucks store that I have seen so far. Manager Reginald Fields is full of energy and runs this store seamlessly.

Always love Starbucks. Have had to cut back because of lifestyle changes but I still go for sugar free/ fat free options every now and then.

Need to change the hours online for Saturday it says closes at 8 but it’s 5 and it’s our first time in Tulsa at the aloft husband just walked there and doors are locked and it’s closed

Used to be a decent starbucks. Now its staffed by urban baristas who mouth off at customers and (at most) push out 1 drink every 10 minutes or so. I try to not be racist... but jeeze, these scallywags sure do make it hard to not connect the dots.

Absolutely rude employees!!! Ive encountered multiple experiences that have led me to write this review, without even being greeted I politely made my way up to the register to order my drinks, and it seemed as if my presence was an inconvenience and disturbance to the employee at the front. While she was clear as day on her cell phone, looking extremely unprofessional, she rudely asks me in a very demeaning tone what I wanted. I respectfully gave her my order and then she proceeded to ignore me. Last but not least, she didnt even have enough respect to let me know that my order was ready, but quite the opposite and rushed to the back to socialize with her co worker, and left me clueless, to find my drinks. I have never ever had any issues at other Starbucks, every place has offered exceptional service, and have people that actually care about their customers. I was very disappointed because I work for Tulsa County, and I spend a pretty penny on coffee daily, and if Im going to be treated in this manner, then I WILL NEVER COME BACK, because I dont want to be an inconvenience to anyone.
