A rustic java getaway in the heart of downtown Tulsa. Double Shot offers some limited outdoor seating, and lots of uniquely private indoor seating options. (On multiple levels). Reasonably priced food items, in addition to a nice array of coffee, espresso, lattes and more! Fresh pour to fresh grounds! They have a very friendly, informative, and outgoing staff. If your in the downtown Tulsa area, and looking for a quiet place to knock out some work, or a cool place to chill and have a tasty cup of Joe, be sure and try this spot out.
I finally was able to visit their shop during my visit to Tulsa. It’s a beautiful, lovely, and well organized shop. You can see where they roast beans which is very cool.To my surprise, they use Hario V60 when I ordered my pour over; most shops I’ve visited used other, more forgiving pour over methods. The pour over itself on Ethiopian was right on point, balanced and delicious. I wish I had asked the name of barista who made my pour over so that I could give a proper kudos because his pour over technique must have been spot on.Overall, I’d definitely come back again whenever I’m in town.
Love their coffee. Done of the best in Tulsa. Their double shot frozen ice thingies are great! I took some home. But watch it they leak when they melt.
The rustic atmosphere here is neat. Plus the coffee isnt bad. Two stories of space to hang out. A nice stop by when youre going through.
Bought a fancy grinder from these guys and received excellent customer service. Fast response times via email and lightning fast shipping. Highly recommend!
Excellent cappuccino and the employees were very kind and helpful!
I would consider myself familiar with the coffee scene in Tulsa, but this one is top-tier and I am astonished I had never been until today. I had heard great things about DoubleShot, it’s interior and their coffee. The expectations were surpassed. I have never been to a coffee shop, or restaurant for that matter, as dynamic and aesthetically pleasing as DoubleShot. The loft, unique seating layout, and modern design are really what sets it apart. The staff was exceptionally nice and inviting, recommending their favorites to me. The coffee was quick and delicious, and the loft was a great place to study. The vibes and aura of DoubleShot are second to none in Tulsa, and I will definitely be coming back, hopefully more often than not. Tulsa is up and coming, and it’s places like this, with attention to detail in everything, that make it so. Extremely pleased!UPDATE: This is now my go-to coffee joint in Tulsa. It’s hard to justifiably pick any place over DoubleShot. Whether is be Saturday morning or after school, this place never disappoints. I’ve tired a variety of coffees here and whether you like sweet stuff or pour over, they have it all. And the baristas know their stuff, they aren’t throwing a pour over together hastily, it’s legit and delicious. Workers are beyond nice. It’s also not pretentious at all like some coffee places; great for families, friend groups, or individual students. This is the best coffee place in Tulsa, and I’ll stand by that forever. 100/10
I wasnt a major fan of the environment at Doubleshot prior to their renovation, but since then, its become my favorite go-to spot for coffee in Tulsa. I do wish theyd open earlier than 7am, but thats not any later than other locations in Tulsa. This is still my first preference in Tulsa (when theyre open).
Excellent coffee, ambiance, and swag. Im enjoying my 2 shot tee.
This was a fun coffee shop. Small assortment of pastries were available. You can buy accessories and coffee beans along side your drinks. No frozen drinks but they did offer a wide array of hot and iced coffees. Coffee was definitely several steps above Starbucks. The atmosphere though was probably the most unique thing. You walk into a rustic building that almost feels like a barn. A really clean good smelling barn. Loved the experience and would reccomend a visit. I will return.
This place does straight laced coffee and espresso and they do it so well. No sugary syrups or burnt roasts like Starbucks. I love the bitterness of my latte.
Very friendly staff. Dont usually buy anything more than beans but every time I walk to the wall to pick something out almost immediately someone comes over to offer assistance. What I have tried other than the beans has all been great too. Some delicious pastries and the cranberry English muffin sausage is a great combo
I LOVE this coffee shop!! So I only found out about it because my little brother had his Big Brother interview here and was surprised with some drink that he would NOT stop talking about!! Naturally I had to go and see for myself. I got the iced panilla latte and it was SO flipping good!! The people were all really super sweet and chatted it up with me as I waited. I wish I had gotten their names, but I am sure everyone there is nice. The overall vibe of the place was also fantastic; very neat, super clean, very open but also very intimate as well? And!!!!!! Their PUMPKIN BREAD is sooooooo good!!! I am so so happy that I decided to check this place out because of that alone. It was SO yummy and paired with the latte?? Undeniable pair. 10/10 definitely worth taking a peek.
My stepdad and I love going to DoubleShot together. There’s a great atmosphere and all of the people who work here are very courteous. The coffee is really good, but a lot of their beans for sale tend to be fruity. That is fine, if you are into that sort of thing. I prefer a more savory flavor.
Their new location on Boulder St is beautiful!! Huge space, lots of study tables, and giant floor-to-ceiling windows that make the whole place bright and airy. They now have an upstairs space and more cozy couches.Coffee is great! The only thing that I dont really like is that they only serve drinks that are plain coffee/espresso, vanilla, or chocolate flavored. No other flavor options like caramel or chai. Besides hot coffee, they also sell bagged coffee beans, shirts, mugs, and other coffee making paraphernalia.
Friendly service. Great latte.
They shouldve stayed at their original location at 18th and Boston and stuck to making good coffee. This new place is far from cozy and the quality of the coffee is not as high as the prices. They tore down the bicycle shop for this??
Excellent cozy facility. Highly recommended.
Probably Tulsas best coffee shop. It is an old Amish barn transported from Indiana. The coffee is delicious and the two story building is unique and spacious. Good location next to downtown. The baristas are super friendly as well. I heard they may do a comedy night here, which would be outstanding.
I ordered a grinder and a bag of India monsooned Malabar coffee. The grinder arrived in the wrong color. I called and left a message about it. Within an hour, they contacted me and offered to bring me a replacement in the correct color. I live an hour away, and they exchanged the grinder for the right color within 24 hours. The coffee is great - a little funky and sour with low acidity. Im always looking for interesting roasts, so Ill be putting double shot in my rotation!Great customer service!
Loved this place! First time here and the experience was fantastic. This place is a hidden gem. I went there for a coffee business meeting and found out they sell beer and wine. Definitely coming back. The cashier was funny and made the experience welcoming.
Good spotEnjoyed the cranberry orange breakfast sandwichCoffee was superb and cappuccino was at the perfect temperature !!
I think they are trying too hard? Cool atmosphere, clean, nice pastries, but the coffee is terrible in my opinion. Everybody has their own tastes, to me it tastes fruity and sour which im not a fan of.
My wife and I agree. They have the BEST breakfast sandwich. Simple sausage, egg and cheese English muffin. Will be back… next weekend 😎
$5.50 for a small iced latte. But quality. And if you want to sit down, work for a bit, or have a meeting, theyve got a great set up.
People are on their grind (pun intended) at Double Shot. Lots of business meetings happen here, theres quite a fast paced environment, AND they have quality in-house roasted coffee. Boom, were here done. Ha just kidding. This place has it going on, their employees have great drink suggestions and you always feel welcome. The seating arrangement in this place is perfect. They have big and small tables in the middle of the room, couches around the perimeter, and even some overflow seating near the roastery in the back room - which I think is a nice touch.Every time I come to Double Shot I feel like someone is having a business meeting. No joke. I dont even know how thats possible, but it happens. I think the professionalism and tempo of the staff rubs off on the shops culture which produces a well-balanced climate for your business minded coffee drinker.
Got coffe n some sorta bread for dine in and still got giving to go cups also the parking is horrible. They seem to dislike younger customers as I and my gf(early 20s) were in there and mostly 40+ year old customers gave us dirty looks and thats probably why we were giving paper cups insted of the very nice cups all the other older people had. Un freindly environment over all. Also the coffe my gf got did not stay warm long at all and started tasting like puke after it cooled just 15 mins later
Wonderful atmosphere, kind staff, locally owned and the intentionality behind the sourcing and sustainability of coffee is unparalleled!
If you haven’t been to the Rookery, you have got to check this place out. My pictures don’t make a dent. There are so many places to hang out and work or chat - great for groups! If you are a photographer, COME HERE; the textures and angles are interesting. We stocked up on their English muffins, but their pumpkin bread is good and so are their donuts. The nitro coffee is so sweet and smooth, I didn’t have to add anything to it - reminded me of the cold brew I make at home when I add coconut oil and blend it. 🙌🏼 It was crowded this Saturday morning, but probably because the location is new and stunning. #doubleshottulsa #therookerytulsa #blueberrycoffee #raisingfoodies #goodcoffee
The entire experience was excellent from beginning to end. DoubleShot is the most upscale coffee shop we have been to in OK. Even being upscale, they were super personable even though we had just come from bringing our 4 kids to The Gathering Place. We were approached by a barista, who came from around the register to talk to us while we were looking at the roasted beans. He helped us with everything, cold coffee for right now and roasted beans to take home. Hands down the best coffee experience Ive had in a long time. Oh and the coffee is amazing too. We tried several roasts and they were all delicious.Highly recommend! And my thanks to the gentlemen who made this such an excellent visit for my wife and me.
Beautiful place. Coffee choices were slim.
I found this place to be highly overrated. The coffee was ok, but there were no specialty drinks. I personally like trying each coffee shop’s signature drinks and was disappointed that they’d didn’t have any. Plus, my go to drink if there aren’t any signature drinks that I want is a caramel latte. This place didn’t have any syrups. So I had a plain latte with some kind of liquid sweetener in it. I did not like it. The vibe there is also not what I like from a coffee shop. It was packed with people, but they were all on their laptops. No one was sitting and chatting with friends while drinking coffee. I don’t like coffee shops that feel like an office and where I feel like I can’t talk to whoever I’m there with because it would disturb everyone working around me.
The coffee is absolutely amazing! It’s one of my favorite ways to start my day! ☕️
Great to be in a friendly mask free place! Great coffee and food in cool atmosphere.
My absolute FAVORITE coffee shop. The shop itself is spacious and has plenty of seating - two levels of it! Their coffee is freshly roasted and they have milk and oat milk to use in any of their drinks. And, I cant forget about the pastries, bread, or other baked goods they have available because THEYRE THE BEST. Ive tried their cherry scone, apple pie bars, donuts, and pumpkin bread. All are so delicious and flavorful + pair well with a cup of hot coffee. Its such a unique spot to get some work done, read, or meet up with friends at!
How does a coffee shop not have any decaf? It seems like a pretty basic requirement to be more inclusive.
Doubleshot is my favorite coffee shop in Tulsa. Ive been coming here for years. They have the best coffee and espresso. Their food is also incredible. I love the breakfast sandwich and the breakfast burrito. They have plenty of seating including a few couches. Lots of parking outside. Fast and friendly service.
My husband and I had a fabulous cup of mocha coffee along with a pumpkin, cream cheese-filled muffin and a slice of pumpkin bread! Everything was out-if-this-world delicious!Plus the atmosphere was wonderful. The staff and us had our masks on, and everyone was properly, socially distanced.
Best coffee in Tulsa. Period.
This place has the nicest people and service I’ve ever encountered at a coffee shop. Worth your time for a visit and definitely worth it for their coffee.
Never disappointed by this place. You wont go through Tulsa again without stopping here for at least an hour
DoubleShot coffee co. has to be one of the coolest looking coffee shops in Tulsa. Not only is the environment very pleasant but the coffee as well. Highly recommend DoubleShot to anyone coming into town to visit or any locals looking for a new study or social spot.
Beautiful spacious interior and great coffee
I have been visiting double shot from time to time for over a decade. Each time I go in I find myself wondering why I dont stop by more often. The staff is friendly, the coffee is exceptional, and the atmosphere is relaxed yet professional. If you happen to be in town or looking for a new coffee shop I would check out double shot.
Beautiful space, friendly staff, fav coffee shop at the moment!
Loved their coffee!!! The dark roast was so smooth. They do need to work on parking, but the atmosphere is cozy. I am glad I went with a regular customer, because it was slightly confusing on where to order and you had to stand at different location for different beverages. The coffee condiment station seemed like an afterthought. But, the employees seemed personable in many of their interactions with customers. I would try them again, definitely. I even bought a bag of their coffee beans for home.
I purchased a Comandante C40 with the Red Clix addon from Doubleshot and seriously almost didnt because I never heard of them before searching for alternative places to buy the Comandante. I will honestly say I have never fallen in love with a company without stepping a foot in their establishment, but Doubleshot made me a lifer for their amazing customer service. I received this item in 2 days to the Southeast during the Covid pandemic and it came in perfect condition. They also hand signed a number of items and included a small free bag of coffee that I now love, and probably wouldnt have purchased otherwise. The entire experience felt like I received a package from my wife or best friend over an actual business.I honestly could not have asked for a better experience from a company and encourage you to look at my reviews (I dont post often) that I have no affiliation with this company outside of my initial purchase.
Disturbing management practices and personally have seen the owner yelling at staff on a handful of occasions. Extremely disappointing. 0/10 would not recommend. Also, change your bathroom signs guys. Not cool.
Beautiful place, good prices, and selection is pretty nice!
Decent coffee if youre ok with spending 15$ on two lattes. Not sure what high horse these folks are on thinking that its ok to change 7+ dollars for a coffee beverage. Weve traveled the whole country visiting local coffee shops to support the little guy and to have unique, enjoyable experiences. Unfortunately, I felt robbed by this joint.
Nice place with stout coffee...
Yum all around. Quaint and unique shop in Tulsa!
Most bomb coffee shop! You wont get bells and whistles but will get a true barista experience. These folks really care about quality, and it shows by their productions. They make the best lavender latte with quality ingredients. The lavender tastes fresh and is carefully selected.I hope to try their cold brew and nitro soon. But currently Im hooked on this gem!Check them out at their new location across from Elote.
Bought some coffee supplies online. They shipped quickly and were very responsive when USPS was slow with tracking #s.They also wrote an awesome thankyou card and a couple cool stickers and coffee sample.
Oat milk iced lattes were superb! The interior design is also super chic. Their bread is awesome too. (Bought the cranberry/orange bread)
Love the aesthetic, love the coffee. I dont feel very welcome unless Im dressed up and know exactly what I want. Also doesnt open till 7am, which is kind of a bummer for those of us who start work earlier.
The nicest people ever! Great coffee
Best coffee shop in Tulsa. Two stories of seating. Great atmosphere for conversation or getting work done.
Okay let me start with the espresso: not a fan of super dark roasts to start with, and that is basically what they have. The ambergris is the espresso I tried, and the labeled tasting notes were milk chocolate, caramel, and raspberry....let me just say that I went in as a group of 3 (1 of us with a q graders, 1 with other specialty coffee association qualifications, and the other with a coffee background as well), and all we got was dark chocolate. Not a hint of sweetness, no fruity note to it, and definitely nothing milky. Now, if you like that kind of thing, have at it! I just think it was improperly labeled.Service was slow due to the crowd, and you are kind of left awkwardly standing by the cash register waiting for your drinks, no direction what so ever.BUT the atmosphere was fantastic, the architecture was phenomenal, and the experience as a whole was definitely more atmospheric than anything. Their bread was to die for though. A+ bread makers.
This place has a great vibe and great aesthetics. On top of that both of the single source copies and I tried were amazing. I also tried their warm and gooey cinnamon roll which was melt in your mouth good. There is a lot of seating and space to relax.
DoubleShot is one of my go-to coffee shops in Tulsa. The coffee, food, and environment is all great. Grab some fresh beans to make some at home!
For a moment I thought I was strolling down the Champs-Élysées, but then it occurred to me I was in Oklahoma, ranked 43rd out of all states in every major category from health to education. Perhaps that’s where the literacy portion comes into play.Obnoxious and pretentious - where cream/milk are refused or come at a cost, to a refusal to grind whole beans purchased on site because “the freshness needs to be preserved”, or the overpriced, mediocre coffee, this place is something special. At any moment you can find the Tulsa special taking a meeting in khaki’s and a button down. It’s a shame the masses don’t know the difference. If you need to find the owner, he’s upstairs in his glass perch daydreaming about ways to make it obnoxiously difficult for his customers.
Great coffee and pumpkin bread
Great coffee and great space! Beware of large crowds of cyclists on weekend mornings! Lines can get very long!
The coffee tastes good and the staff is helpful and pleasant. Only one issue but this issue is a deal breaker for me: the extras that go into a cup of coffee. I know some people do not consider the creamer and sweetener choices important, but they are. Twice now, no half and half creamer. Not good. Some people focus only on the coffee that those of us who not coffee purist get overlooked. Please consider those of us who want quality cream in our quality coffee. Cheap cream ruins the coffee. Thank you for your consideration.
Best coffee in town! Try the Maduro!
The family and I were visiting Tulsa today from Guthrie and thought we would first make our way to this nicely rated coffee shop. The building is impressive with very neat architecture. The employees were mostly friendly but none of them really seemed all too happy to be there. We ordered some pumpkin bread, which was good, a blueberry muffin that tasted like box mix and some coffee for the wife and I and hot chocolate for the kids. My wifes latte was over $5 for a 10 oz and was nothing special. My drip coffee was decent. The hot chocolate tasted like warm milk with Hersheys syrup. All in all, the smaller quaint coffee shops, especially ours in Guthrie, do it better and not for both arms and both legs.
This is amazing upgrade in space and luxury from their last location. Easier to get to off of the road but still hold true to an environment they had at the last location. Amazing !
Awesome environment…❤️
The coffee here is spectacular! I always get the pour over and I’m never disappointed. If you’re in Tulsa and love coffee ☕️❤️ this is my go to spot!
Nice coffee shop in a big, unique space. Tasty treats go well with a latte or cappuccino.
If you love coffee like I do, take the time and ask some questions here. Very knowledgeable staff, great selection of excellent coffees for pour over and beans for taking home. Parking can be a little frustrating but it’s not too bad. REALLY cool building to sit back and take a break to boot!
Consistently good coffee and customer care. Expensive, but worth it for a treat here and there.
No obvious menu is posted so you just have to be comfortable ordering what you know, or you can just tell the baristas what you like and trust them to brew something to your liking. Certainly been unique experience when Ive been there. Beautiful building as well.

This is one of the most popular coffeehouses in Tulsa. Excellent atmosphere if you like hustle and bustle all around you, and coffee... its okay. At least the day I went it was. Double shot use to be the place, but there are several better places in town to choose from. It does keeps all the yuppies away from the good spots, so for that I thank them.
DoubleShot is THE place. Its got a great variety of places to sit and get work done, and the coffee is just incredible. Its one of the few places I like to just get a drip coffee because of the richness of the roast. For me its the best overall coffee shop in Tulsa because it has both a really good layout and truly excellent coffee.
No options for those of us trying to avoid a caffeine addiction!
I’ve purchased and sampled so many craft roasted beans and these guys are the clear winners and my GF agrees. I live in FL and have these shipped regularly to our home.If you want burnt coffee that is dressed up with vanilla, dairy, caramel etc go to a chain. If you want coffee so good you can drink it black and it’s smooth and bursting with flavor, then there’s nowhere better than DoubleShot.
Exceptional coffee! Roasted in-house. They dont have a huge coffee menu like most so they keep it simple so they can keep the quality. I love their new location in the historic old barn they had moved in. Check them out! Great atmosphere and friendly staff. The pastries are made fresh daily so you know theyre delicious!
My review is only for the cappuccino I bought and not the full coffee experience . Yes, I agree with everyone here that they have a great coffee shop, nice vibes, nice snacks, local veggies and meats . I loved all of that and the amazing latte art from the barista .However, I did not like the coffee. The espresso tasted burnt and over extracted . I asked to the manager to make me another cup and he was kind enough to redo it . But the second cup also tasted the same, super burnt and over extracted . Please dont tell me this is how good espresso is supposed taste like . My fiance spoke highly of this place and brought me here to try it out . We were highly disappointed with the drink .I really suggest the managers and baristas to taste a simple cappucino or latte without any sugar at random times during a busy day and see how the drink tastes .Please take my suggestion of tasting coffee drinks during the day . I am not trying to bash this place . I am a big supporter of local coffee .If you ever happen to visit Boulder, Colorado, please stop at one of the coffee shops (Trident, Ampersand, Otis ) and taste some of their drinks .
Gorgeous place - best !
I enjoy the coffee and beans at double shot and have always made it a point to buy my coffee here when I am in town, but I was surprised when I asked for cream for an iced coffee today and was told cream now costs 1$. I Was embarrassed for the barista that had to tell me this, and ashamed of the ownership that would make such a petty choice for a basic coffee amenity. But hey, great coffee guys.
