I give a 1 because there isn’t a zero star! I ordered a bed fir my daughter, they said it would take a month to get it. Once they delivered it, I opened it and it was the WRONG bed! I instantly called and emailed them, informing them it was the wrong bed. They said it would be resolved in three days. It has been almost a month. They can’t find the bed I ordered. So now they have to come get the WRONG bed the delivered and won’t refund me till the bed is back in their care..... they couldn’t even get me the correct bed and not one of them will admit they are the one that shipped or lost the bed I ordered. But I’m supposed to have confidence in them to deliver the wrong bed back so I can receive my payment back! It was not a cheap bed! Very VERY upset and disappointed!!!!!

Ordered three vinyls, they randomly canceled my order for no reason. Called customer service and all they said was to resubmit my order and that I would have to wait when it has already been two weeks.

This location is absolutely amazing! I called there this morning looking for a copy of Blackout by Britney Spears since urbanoutfitters.com screwed me over on my copy and to my luck they had it! I shared my situation about it with Monique and Collin and they were incredible! They went above and beyond to make sure I get this iconic album in my hands so thank you so much! I will gladly be a repeat customer to this location vs the website! Keep up the amazing service!

This rating is strictly from my experience through online order and nothing to do with this store specifically. Purchased a sofa and it took about 6 weeks to get shipped. When I received the item, I decided it wasn’t what I thought it was going to be and returned the item. This is where it gets interesting. I called the main 1800 number and told them I would like a return. The lady tells me to call their delivery department. I call the delivery department they tell me to call the main line first. Go back and forth a few time and then I finally snap and they process it. Then it takes them another 2 weeks to get them to come back to pick it up. Now it has been a week since they took it and still no refund. Make sure you have no returns.

Horrible help. Orderer online and they dont even have my order ready. The same item sold in the store is much more expensive than online, however the manager refuse to price match. I really the brand and their clothes but the customer service just sucks at this location.

I went to this location, it was closed during open hours. I checked on google and it says that it’s open but it’s clearly not. I tried to call and no one answered.

This is a small store if you are used to the big city ones but they have always been helpful and an online return i had was easy. A good stop in before hitting trader Joes:)

The staff here were very helpful. They dont overly bother you if youre just browsing, but when I actually needed help I got a surprisingly good amount of help. Staff were very knowledgeable and knew quite a bit about the fit of the items.

I always enjoy coming to browse around and get some unique clothes. I feel that the employees could be a little more welcoming and helpful but its still enjoy coming here often

Theres this girl, Kate/Katie, shes really awesome. She helped me find the right outfit for my date. Unfortunately, the girl and I didnt work out but at least I look fly! Plenty of fish in the sea! Thanks Masta Kate!

Wonderful store with lots of clothes you cant find at Walmart. A little on the expensive side, but still found a couple of items just couldnt live without. Will be going back, Im sure.

I loved the store, no argument there. I had just gotten off work that evening and granted, I did not look my most prestige I would say. I did not enjoy multiple employees following me, but honestly I cant blame them! I looked rough! So its kind of actually nice to see that their employees care enough to protect their merchandise. I will be coming back, but not before I change my clothes! Lol.

Love love love UO. Theyre pretty pricey, but the sweater and flannel I got there are still in great condition after about a year and I love wearing them! Most of the employees were friendly and helpful. They also have fun little trinkets and vinyls.
