Just moved here from OKC, and this is one of my first places I went to. Can’t put in words how grateful I am for Uptown, I’m 6’3” and it’s hard for me to find clothes.Only request is that you guys extend the men’s section and give us more options. I think you can make space for it if you condense down some of your women’s section (although I know they’re you’re main demographic).Peace & Love!

Talk about poor customer service… From the time I entered there was a girl who obviously was having a bad day based on her facial expressions from beginning to end and then I was told that I couldn’t leave after dropping off clothes to sell which doesn’t make sense after asking about store policy and why it changed “it’s because new owners” another girl said & told me that I could sit in the car and shop within the shopping center which doesn’t make sense if I could can shop in the vicinity, why not drop off and pick up later smh, such an inconvenience! Anyway, after returning for pick up I overheard a new girl & another girl debating back-and-forth over the price of an item of mine which was a substantial difference resulting in how much money I would receive which obviously didn’t sit well with me. However another associate named Jessica stepped up & came to the rescue to assist. Thanks Jess but I probably won’t be me back. Please do better!

I love this place, they have so much stuff and it’s all pretty good quality. If you like Platos closet or Daisy exchange, This place is SO MUCH BETTER! There stuff is all stuff that’s in fashion and lightly worn or new.

This is a great place to find great fashionable clothes for a fraction of brand new cost. You can save money and reduce waste haha. The mens section is a little sparse but they all are at consignment shops lol. Definitely recommend.

I had no clue there was another store like platos closet, but then I found Uptown cheapskate oh lord im in heaven again. I have three teenagers that wear adult clothing and definitely all about style which the store provided. Long story short I now have another store to take my kids shopping and they are satisfied and confident at school for daily wear to and from. I’m one happy mom!!!!

Got a lot of stuff for a reasonable price unlike platos... but they have a lot of outdated items that need to be thrown away. I haven’t been there in months and I see some items that have been there for ages... maybe be a bit more selective on clothing. The atmosphere has really changed and it used to be a brighter place. Now it feels a bit sad.

Helpful, friendly staff. Clean and sorted items made it easy to find just what I needed. What a great shop, got out with 4 outfits for less that $70!! 💜🤪

The lady who was working the fitting room was so sweet I felt so bad about trying on so many clothes butt she was so nice to everyone

I like the way we were greeted when we came in and how the pricing and details of the store layout was explained. It was also nice that seating was available for me as I waited for my daughters to try on the items they picked out.

My fiance loves this place. Been to Forever 21, Rue 21, multiple thrift shops, and other stores and so far have had the best experience here when looking for certain clothing items. Have really good prices considering they have a lot of name brand clothing including some Ive listed on here. Not as much mens items but they still have some decent things. Staff is very nice and friendly and the store is pretty well organized which helps regarding finding things. Have been back and will continue to be back

The costumer service is horrible. I’ve tried to sell clothes 3 days in a row, and every time they tell me they have too long of a wait. Figure it out, and get organized it’s really not hard to search through 10 items of clothing.

Its worth taking a look.Most prices for items you think are expensive AT MOST only hit around 40$Average price for cute, and professional looks are 15-25 for literally everything.You will definitely atleast 1 worth buying for what feels like dirt cheap for how nice it is.

Extremely satisfied! Super picky in many ways when it comes to my clothes and I’ve never failed to find more than I could afford to buy- with everything being around the $10-$15 range that’s saying a whole lot! Was there yesterday. The girls, especially the 1st one on glasses was so rude and impatient. Had some items to sell and she said I should wait for 1hr for approval. I waited and it took her few minutes but she didnt get back to me until I went back to the counter after 1 hr. and she ignored me . Another girl came and told me none of my items were selected. I left ashamed.

Stunning selection in every size. The jeans are organized by actual tag so there is a medium section a 6,29,8 etc. it is very helpful. The staff was friendly and efficient. I was pleasantly surprised to see they allow exchanges with unwashed items Shocked. I’ll be back and I’ll try selling some next time. no luck with the selling, but racks are loaded and I still bought 3 new tops.

Great experience! I went in to get some maternity clothes and the selection was wonderful (not specifically maternity but plenty that work just as well). The staff was very kind and helpful. Only complaint is I wanted to buy way more than I had budgeted for!

The absolute BEST second-hand store in Tulsa!If you shop Platoes you will be paying just as much as you would brand-new. @ Cheapskates you will always be paying 1/4 of the original pricing. I bought two pair of newish AE jeans, a rue21 shirt, and another shirt for $42! Thats a STEAL! Price wise its lile shopping at Ross, but with NAME BRAND CLOTHING. You wont find RR or MM jeans anywhere else for these prices! 💯🤞🙌🙌🙌

I love this store . There is alot of brands names like F21 Rue21 Express massimo . Would reccomend. Plus you can always sell your clothes. Get money or store credit. Also the prices are a Super Plus .I always come back . And the staff is always friendly. And ofcourse they follow C19 guidelines.

I do 99% of all my clothes shopping here and always get compliments on my look! The quality is fantastic, compared to other clothing resale stores. They always have new, cute stuff, and I can almost find a discount or coupon to use! 😍

I went it today and found a tank top it had obvious sweat stains all over it. I asked an employee if they do discounts or if the price the tag says is the final price, she told me yes they do discounts for stains and holes. I went to go checkout and so I asked the cashier if the item was available for a discount since it had sweat stains all over it, she mediately caught an attitude and acted like it was an inconvenience that I asked her and told me that they don’t do discounts for make up stains since makeup stains wash out (which they don’t lol) I told her that it was a sweat stain and not a makeup stain. She was very rude to me so then I asked about the return policy and So I said how am I supposed to wash out “makeup stain” if I have to have the tags attached to return it. The cashier had black hair and glasses. Very rude young lady.

I usually find something I like when I go here. I have never sold anything to them and probably wont because I see most people who try coming back with their stuff. But if you need the money and have good quality stuff definitely take your shot. I went to get some dresses for spring and I found several they are in very good condition. I love that they organize clothes by color because if I wanna find something in a specific color I can just go look in a certain area. Definitely recommend.

Gave me the wrong item then drove back to next day to switch and they said it was hold for someone else and I payed for the item I got in the bag . What I got was a size small and I’m a lg! Gave me store credit for the wrong dress THEY put in my bag and that’s it! Not my fault u can’t ring up things right!

I don’t even no where to begin. They have cute clothes if you are just looking to buy, but DO NOT SELL YOUR CLOTHES HERE. You are way better off at daisy exchange who doesn’t take hours to look through your clothes and actually will offer you fair prices.I dropped off clothes to be reviewed and was told it would be an hour and a half wait. I call around that time to see where I was at in the line up and was told that there was only one bag in front of me so it wouldn’t be much longer. I got to the store, and there were four bags in front of mine for review... The sales clerk said to give her half an hour. I go run more errands and come back and my clothes still have not even been touched. By this point it is 5:30, and I dropped my clothes off at 3pm. I understand that sometimes things get backed up, but be more upfront with your estimate and maybe call if it’s taking longer. I told them I couldn’t hang around any longer because I had to be at a meeting downtown and was told I could one back the next day.When I returned the following day, they had picked four of my items for a total of 9 dollars. I figured it would have been t shirts and such but when I looked at what they wanted to buy from me one item was a crushed velvet floor length vintage gown, never worn, that I had originally bought for 80 DOLLARS. I took my things and left.Thank you so much for wasting a huge part of my day. I realize y’all have to low ball prices to make a profit, but offering me 2 dollars for an 80 dollar gown proves why your name has “cheapskate” in it. What a joke.

There are three Uptown Cheapskate locations in Oklahoma: Tulsa, Norman, and Edmond. Each franchise is only as good as its employees. The employees in the Tulsa store are EONS ahead of Norman and Edmond in terms of energy, vibe, and most importantly, an overall knowledge of just how quickly fashions change. This is thrift store and consignment at its best, a look that is about understatement instead of flash. Norman and Edmond are still selling last years yoga fad and faux satin blends.

This was our first time to shop at Uptown Cheapskate, we LoVed it! We found what we needed and a few extra things! The staff was friendly and it was a clean environment. We will definitely be back!

This place is absolutely amazing! I live in midtown and never mind making this trip over to see them. The staff there is so sweet and helpful, Abbye noticed I was struggling holding all of the things I wanted to try on and insisted she helped me out by holding them in a dressing room for me and always swapping out what I liked and didnt like I really appreciated her. Courtney helped me check out and gave me a awesome bring a friend in discount coupon and explained how it worked in detail which will actually make me use the coupon! The manager was up front and even her, so busy you could tell, made the time to thank me for coming in.Thank you again guys!

Staff were cool, helpful, informative and even offered us a bottle of water while we shopped. We found a couple of items I liked and they were reasonably priced and in good condition. Selection changes daily it seems and they buy your old clothes during certain hours. Its not a new concept but it was definitely a good experience. I will return.

She let me know about all of their specials and also where to find her if I needed help. She was so attentive in helping me get things to the dressing rooms and with checkout! Love, love, LOVE this place!! It’s very clean and they are very selective with their inventory. I regularly see items that are new with tags or very high end brands in excellent condition. The staff is great, there are several dressing rooms, and the inventory moves quickly - so there is always plenty of awesome new stuff to try on! If I have an event to attend, I always shop here first!!

It was great. The young woman that attended the dressing room asked for my first name. Later at the register she called me by name. To me that means a lot. They have lots of very nice clothing at great prices. Plus they wanted my birth month and said that I would get a discount during the whole month. Awesome!!

So many things to choose from!! Wish I could fit in a small. Definitely perfect place for anyone whos looking for a good price and great clothes! Surprised to find so many Mossimo clothes since they are at Target now. But if youre willing to look there are high end items there too.

The selection here is average- not great but not awful. But the check out system takes entirely too long. Why do you need a phone number and an email just for me to buy something? Seems unnecessary and invasive to me.

The clothes are nice. I bought myself a really nice shirt today for a good price, although the majority of the clothes in the store are for smaller people. If youre an XL or plus size like me then you wont find much for you here, but its worth taking a look!
