RunnersWorld Tulsa is great, and lived up to my expectations. I went in for a walking shoe fitting. The young woman who assisted me was professional and understanding. She listened to me about what I wanted and was very knowledgeable about their stock.Better still, she wasnt judgemental. Im plus sized and have had some very negative you dont belong here experiences when it comes to shopping for workout shoes and clothes. I didnt get even a hint of that at RWT. Needless to say I left with a great pair of walking shoes, and Ill continue to patronize this establishment as long as I live in Tulsa.

Great experience! I needed running shoes while everything was closed due to Covid-19. Was able to make an appointment to come in for a shoe consult and fitting. Tried on 6 different shoe brands and found the perfect pair. (Completely different pair from what I thought I wanted before I went in.) I will definitely be coming back!

I bought my husband shoes here for Christmas and it turned out to be the wrong style for his feet. When we went to return them, they said they couldn’t help us because we didn’t have a receipt. When I purchased them, I created an account to track my purchases towards rewards. Apparently that tracked purchase doesn’t count towards a receipt. I wanted to shop here to support a local business rather than buying from Amazon but due to their lack of customer service, looks like I’ll be shopping with someone who can use my account to look at previous purchases. That’s $150 wasted due to their unwillingness to take a return.**edit: via email, Barbara was able to help me return the shoes.

I went in for a shoe fitting this morning as a fairly new “serious” runner, not really knowing what I needed. The employee (so sorry I didn’t catch her name!) was extremely helpful. We narrowed down what type of shoe was best and I tried on several pairs. I was able to find the perfect shoe and it was even in my price range!I would highly recommend shopping at Runners World!

Scheduled an appointment for running shoes for my son a few weeks ago and also for myself (this morning). Both times, we tried on 4-5 pairs of running shoes and ran in the store to find the best shoes for our feet. I wear a 5 and a half so it can be difficult to find stores that carry a selection in my size but Runners World had 4 pair from which I could choose! Also, they carry Flipbelts and other running gear. This is a great, locally owned business!

I get all my running shoes, socks, nutrition, water bottles, running hats, Garmin watch, and great deals at RunnersWorld Tulsa.I highly recommend this LOCALLY OWNED awesome establishment!

My absolute favorite running store! Great selection of shoes and running gear that you can’t find anywhere else locally and the people there are amazing! They’re always so helpful and make sure you’re happy with your purchase instead of just looking for the sale. They also offer group runs several days of the week and their training programs are awesome!

Great place for all things running/walking. St. Pats day race start and finish. Good family running event sponsoring Special Olympics. Even got a great price on new shoes! They even take your old shoes and re-home them.

They are wonderful part of the running community. The best running store in tulsa by far to get your short, and long distance, and trail running accessories! I have been coming here for years. They know their stuff. Great for people just starting to want to get fit or highly advanced marathon runners who are looking for the right pair of shoes, clothing, and running/exercising items. They also offer high tech breathing pattern technology and more. And, my favorite, they offer massage! So after going on a training run, (also something they offer) or signing up for one of the many races Kathy Bratton, or Barbara (the owners) puts on their selves, go get a massage. You wont be sore after that! Thank you Runnersworld of Tulsa!

I worked with Runners World this year training for a full marathon.Of the store: friendly, knowledgeable staff, large running gear & nutrition selection, and affordable training sessions. Parking up front is limited, though the is additional on the side.

What a great experience! Helpful staff looked at my current shoes, how I walk, and how I stand, and recommended 3 different pairs of shoes. After running in all 3 in the store, I picked a great pair. Reasonable prices, too.
