Im a coastal and this stir used to be good. Its not really the same anymore. Some stuff is good but; I think the store in this Midwest location just doesnt have all the stuff the store would have if it were on a coastal state. Also every time o go by there, theres hardly people in there. East or west coasts. I prefer Tillys. Im hooked lol

Great clothes I even shop there once in awhile on occasion but mainly good clothes for my daughter whats in style today for her school and the children that she goes to school with, I always have the best Styles in the up most popularity close shoes Etc PS. it is high, a little expensiv, but that style.. what do you expect?

Always find a good deal and was very pleased with the service this time. The guy was very helpful. Good deal on jeans!

The clothes were reasonably moderate in price. My daughter loves this place and I was happy by taking her there.

Expensive

Been here many times, never experienced horrible rude management (one person can hurt a business, because you dont want to have to run into this person again). Returned an item, he was very rude and condescending. If he would have been nice about it, I would have taking my loss (didnt want to refund my item, never used, opened didnt like smell, gift). No, I had to call corporate, finally got merchant card. I think most hilarious, is this guy, (who called himself, area manager for Oklahoma, Arkansas, and TX (?)), Was using my phone to speak to corporate and started telling me hes not giving me my phone (yelling, with eye roll) until he finishes speaking to corporate. I think, they corrected him and told him to ask me, next thing I knew his tone changed and asked to use my phone. Makes more sense if told the whole story ☺️ The store overall is good, my kids love this store. First time I ever dealt with rude service, and this is supposed to be management, Pacsun look for better management, someone with good customer service skills. (His name is Joshua, as he spelled that out to me, lol).

This place is overpriced for the quality of clothing & more geared towards teenagers.
