I recently went to this location and let me tell you, Nichole, the store manager was amazing! I wanted one of their newer black dresses and they didnt have my size. I was embarrassed and awkward because I had to ask about the XL. She made it way more comfortable and told me she could order me one online and if it didnt fit, it would be an easy return. She has made me a forever customer with her kindness and compassion. She made me feel more comfortable in my own skin. These interactions are too rare. I will definitely shop here for good.

I visited your location in Woodland Hills Mall in Tulsa, Oklahoma. I was shopping around and could hear the associates talking negatively about me as I was shopping. I went up to another associate in the store and asked to speak to the Manager. The manager who walked up, was the exact associate saying slurs and talking negatively about my body. I then asked to speak to the store manager or her name so I could call back. I was speaking to the Store Manager, Nicole. I cannot believe that a luxury brand such as Michael Kors would support this behavior or want to employ someone of this nature. I will never shop with MK again. Just because I don’t look like you, doesn’t mean I don’t deserve respect.

Used to love shopping here but it’s really gone down hill recently. Staff was rude and unfriendly. I think there was a change in management that has frankly just killed this store.

Not very friendly staff but lovely purses-not enough pockets in them though so went back to Kendra for service and purse space.

Walked in to look around, the tall blonde lady asked me and my partner what kind of prodcut we got from another store. She said, those are disgusting! Then went on to say other rude things about the product we just bought. It was ridiculous and uncalled for. This store lost my sale.
