Not going to go into great detail however the first time after spending several hundreds of dollars, you ball clothing up and throw in the bag. I mentioned to the gentleman the cashiers senior this needed to be addressed. Today I visited this store and the same thing happened. I couldnt help but to pull the items out at the register and fold them up and put them in the bag folded with the 150.00 pair of shoes and hat I purchased. Is this to much to ask? The young man looked at me as if my doing this was out the norm. Nothing more than a teaching moment young man. Have a little more respect for the customer if not the employer. We half to do better!

Selection is increasing now that reopening is taking place nation wide. I shop here any day over the mall, typically I can find jordans here that they dont carry in the mall. Customer service is superb!

We drove 30 minutes to be locked out 15 minutes before they were supposed to close. Bad business.

The store manager told he hed hold a certain item for me and kept his word. He straight with me they will always have my business. And when you make a purchase the come from around the counter and bring you, your bag! Exceptional customer service 💯

I will never preorder shoes from them ever again. Their system for preordering is unorganized. Called to inquire about my order and was asked what did I order? Shoes werent for me, but my child so I didnt remember the exact style. Furthermore, I dont understand why you need that to tell me if my order came in as I was told it would.Again, I provided my name for them to identify if my order came in today. I was then told, we have lots of shoes for kids and adults that came in today. Really!! Wrong response!! Do you have your receipt? I said, well of course I do. Can you read the receipt and tell me what it says? I replied, your ink is bad and it is fading off of the receipt.Never had an experience like this on a preorder and I hope I never will again. Wanted to like this place and support them. I wish them nothing but the best, but I wont return. Oh and my son got his shoes!
