I have a fantastic experience every time I come here but this most recent time really takes the cake. Not only did we find exactly what we were looking for thanks to their help, he even made sure I got an email receipt for the item I bought with a lifetime warranty because I didn’t think of losing the paper one.Not only that but we were also able to get home thanks to them after our battery died unexpectedly in the parking lot and the gentleman who had helped us with our stuff inside, jumped our car.I’ll be coming back to this Glassworx location for all of my glass/smoking needs. They have a kind and courteous manner in dealing with the very youngest to the very oldest customer (I am almost 70). In my 55 years of shopping for the products they represent, they are some of the most informed salespeople I have ever for found. I intend to shop there forever!

But at this point, its not worth even going in there anymore.Prices are going up while competitors in the area are at least 10 to 20% lessPretty much everyone in that store is rude now and theyre just trying to push the product they make the most money off of.This used to be my favorite glass shop in all of Tulsa.I will not be back again. ✌

The guy behind the counter was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained the pros and cons of a variety of items and offered helpful suggestions. They have a wide variety of options and products. Worst head shop in Tulsa. Everything is way overpriced. When I asked why so high prices all he could say is Its American glass or If its too much you cant afford it. What a joke. You said you reviewed the camera footage then tell me what day and hour I came in. You can lie all you want but your employee said what he said. Its like looking at a Ferrari if you cant afford it dont even look at it. I have a witness with me you liar.

Oh and I forgot they have Artist pipes which is really cool because I love art and they are well known artists at times! I had surgery, and I ran out of pain medication. I have had surgeries before, but this one took me way longer to heal so I had to be on prescription pain medicine for far longer than I’m used to. The withdrawal was proving very difficult, and a friend recommended Kratom to help with the process. I visited Glassworx Smoke Shop, and they had a huge variety of products. Figuring out what was going to work best for me would have been impossible on my own especially with how I have been feeling as well as my inability to focus/concentrate, but the gentleman that helped me was very knowledgeable and kind. I want to say his name was Chris or Chase, and I feel bad if that’s not correct because he was really helpful. Again, I’m still not able to concentrate like I usually can. He got me what I needed, explained exactly what to do, and I feel so much better for having gone there. Thank you so much Glassworx Smoke Shop for helping me out! You guys rule. Good luck!

The person who attended to me was John, a redhead behind the counter..I had alot of questions about the multitude of pieces and accessories that this place carried, and he was more than enthusiastic to answer all my questions, you could tell this guy loves his job and knows his stuff about glass...All in all it was a wonderful experience,and I will definitely be back.

If I could give zero stars I would. My fiancé and I have been shopping here for a few years now. We buy our pens and other products from them. Last night we wanted to spend the points we have and to buy a glass piece for around $300-$500. We came in for a certain piece due to the reviews&the features with it. We were talked into a different piece with all of these “special features” when in reality it had none of that. No Bluetooth with it, the app hasn’t worked for OVER A YEAR, left out the charger (after being asked 3 times if it was in the box). When we came back the next morning to solve these issues we were met with a unknowing and unwavering manager that lied to our faces. Extremely frustrating, especially as another small business owner to be lied to, then not taking ownership for their employees actions, and blaming other companies/vendors for the products. This is unprofessional as well as poor business practice. You openly admitted that the employee had given us incorrect information, but then wouldn’t fix the problem. Then verbally bashed the piece we were going to buy. This left us with a product that we unhappy with and no replacement. Originally, we bought an extra piece of glass (still in the box- still with the plastic wrap on it) and was then informed we couldn’t return it due to it being illegal in this state. After everything: lie after lie, lack of care from the manager, the unwillingness to help, and the blame being placed on others. This will not happen to anyone else if I can help it. Be careful on where you spend your money.
