Its a beautiful store. Its area and well lit, and plenty of interesting inventory. This is going to discount store, but there is have items with a wide range of price points.The staff is the perfect blend of attentive and distant. We never felt crowded, but whenever we need somebody theyre there.

Incredibly BAD customer service at their home location; lost 1st order, they canceled and reordered it, then I got someone elses order; was offered to cancel again and start over with it and couldnt talk directly with a supervisor. This place is so backed up and horrendous - I will never recommend them to anyone!! My call was 45 minutes and it got me nowhere...

Worst customer service ever. Ordered Four items in early November as gifts for a late November birthday. Three of four shipped over a two week period. Out of the blue I received an email On December 11 that asked how my customer service interaction with “Anna” was - even thought I had not made contact with the company. I pulled up the order and it showed the last item was canceled (the largest piece in the order). I did not request that the item order be cancelled and it appears they cancelled it on their own. The item shows availability on their website. What gives? Sorry guys, you just lost a very loyal customer.

I love shopping this store I probably would have bought a couple of things. Except they only have one check out going for after Christmas returns and purchases ridiculous. Well I found it online $5 cheaper so maybe that was a good thing.

We were treated exceptional poorly and ordered to leave by the staff for not having a mask, even though we had already completed our shopping and ready to check out with $100s in items. If they would rather pander to the mayor instead of earning dollars for their store to remain open, we will shop somewhere we are welcome.

Ive been in this store several times over there years but sadly I wont be back! I was in there on Jan 29 in the evening time and was treated horrible by the woman working. She made me feel like I was doing something wrong, following me, watching everything I did, like she was waiting for me to steal something...unexceptable behavior!

I have a medical exception due to having to wear a heart/oxygen sat monitor. I tried to go in here and we were promptly thrown out, even after showing my hospital band plus exemption - the older white woman in there walking around made us seem like dirty criminals for using my medical exemption card instead of a mask even though hers was below her nose, which we all know does nothing. I’ve truly never had such horrible, awful customer service and will never be back. I’ve been told unfortunately by many many others that they will no long go in as well.

Extremely rude sales associates! Condesending and not helpful at all. I would have left, but I wanted to buy a couple of Star Wars birthday presents for a little 6yr old that really wanted them for his kitchen. I asked several questions about additional Star Wars products and I was told they didnt have anything else in the store...as I looked around I found at least 4 or more items throughout. I asked a second associate the same question and she too couldnt be bothered to even consider before answering no, turning around and walking off. I said Thank you and without even looking at me as she continued to walk off she very condesendingly replied your welcome. I was shocked! I will NOT be returning to this store nor will I be asking for things for Christmas from my husband unless he orders online. Had they bothered to ask for my number at the check out they would have seen that my sweet husnand shops there for me often. But they couldnt even ring me up with proper procedure. So disappointing that these two women had no customer service at all!!

Extremely disappointed in the customer service at Williams-Sonoma. Employees for the most part are rude, snotty and unhelpful and dont seem to want to help customers unless they are making very large purchases or appear to be very, very wealthy. Forget about trying to return a new, unopened Christmas gift the day after Christmas, too. Employees will tell you its their policy that they cannot return or issue a store credit for the item. What they really mean is they are too lazy to do it and dont want to waste their time doing it. Save your money and shop elsewhere for kitchen and cooking items. Stonewall Kitchen website, King ArthurFlours website, Amazon.com, Crate and Barrel and The Cooks Nook in Tulsa are all much better alternatives than Williams-Sonoma. I believe it is this particular location, as Ive not had such negative experiences or poor customer service when shopping at Williams-Sonoma in other cities.

Their solution to covid-19 is to have by appointment only and curbside pick up. Then by chance you are able to browse for exactly what you want, you can NOT touch it.... its TOUCHLESS SHOPPING! Makes complete sense.... I was flowed and asked if I needed anything literally every 2 minutes. I give a 2 star for trying some type of protection

Beware! Over priced Kitchenware! They refused my business. I have been shopping there for years. I have spent 1000s of dollars at this store. I have been tested twice for Covid and I was negative. I am gonna be honest. Tulsa is losing revenue no thanks to Mayor GT Bynum. I seen other people in the store shopping without a mask. They lost 3 customers this day. Very disappointed in WS. I will never go back. BTW The Cooks Nook let me in without a mask. Also New Balance asked for my medical card to do business.

We absolutely love W/S products and have used them for years. Unfortunately, our business, and us, personally have decide that we will no longer use their products. A $0.50 cent piece cap to their WS signature blender broke and both the retail store and the main company said they do not support their products with parts. Before we knew this, we purchased an identical blender from WS @ $249. Mistake. It has now taken $500 worth of blenders to make one usable one. Disappointing.

So disappointed with one of my favorite stores today. Made a large purchase and asked for gift wrapping-6 boxes in all. Friendly clerk said gift wrapping would take 30 to 40 minutes. I said I’d be back in about an hour. Ended up returning in 2 hours. Great confusion, miscommunication,etc. why the gifts were still not wrapped. Manager intervened, found boxes for my gifts and I left. It is a busy time of year, but if you offer gift wrapping and the customer is told how long it will take, the store should make it happen. If they can’t handle the volume, don’t offer it. Again, so disappointed. (One of the reasons folks shop online. Sad.)

Always have a good time looking around in Williams-Sonoma. The customer service is always excellent. The staff know their products and locations of everything in the store. They are always helpful with advice and options. If the items werent so expensive wed probably already have one of each item from the store.

I would give 0 stars if I could. I bought a bottle of what I thought was vanilla extract and what has almost an identical label to the vanilla extract. Turns out it was vanilla paste. The manager was very rude when I attempted to return it a few hours later telling me (for the first time) that all food items are final sale. No one said that when I bought it and it was still sealed. Completely ridiculous.

Terrible customer service. I waited in line to be checked out. The lady who ended up helping me paused to continue talking with the other lady working behind the checkout counter for a good amount of time. Eventually she apologized to me for the wait and said, “If we are ever talking just ask us to stop.” Um, what? Last time I checked that isn’t how it works.I ended up returning what I purchased because IKEA has much more affordable items that are still great quality and their customer service is much better.I won’t be returning here.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!!! IN MY LIFE!!!!! (Every single phone call experience I’ve had with them has been the absolute worst, then people over the phone are rude and zero help, would not recommend using a gift card online, the back orders can be unbearably long... months, which seems like years, when your waiting on something you really want). Sometimes I have noticed the women to be very short with people,It depends on who waits on you, To be honest,I think some are rude,and dont have a lot of patience. But I Love the store.
