I came in with an iPhone 7+ needing a screen fix, and the manager/owner of the store was working, he got it done for me in less than 30 min, as well as giving me a 50% discount on a screen protector and case. He also showed me the inside of my phone, explained all of the parts to me and their job which was super interesting! seriously couldn’t have asked for a better experience, HIGHLY recommend. they also give lifetime warranty, and you really can’t beat their prices. i won’t go anywhere else to get my phone fixed!

I have zero issues with my experience. It started with a phone call to Repair Pros, communicating my broken screen issue. A co-worker was walking past, overheard, and wanted me to check on his issue...a non functioning power plug (socket). My co-worker ran up during lunch, and had his phone fixed (cleaned) free of charge. This won me over and I stopped by after work. My cracked screen was fixed very quickly, and within the promised 30 minutes. Very friendly and helpful employees who answered my needs, and offered additional fixes for other minor issues I had. I have found a place I trust, and plan to go back, for any of my future “accidents”.

Took my phone in a couple of weeks ago to get screen replaced. They changed it out very quickly. With that being said maybe they should take there time to ensure they do the job properly. I had to take the phone back the first time because it kept turning off by itself. Mind you Ive never had this issue before I got the screen replaced. They replaced it no problem. Yesterday my phone would not hold a charge and kept turning off by itself. They said they need to run a diagnostic test on the phone. They called me today stating I needed a new battery. I never had any issues with my phone prior to taking my phone to them. After doing my own research I found out that cheap screens and subpar repairs can cause the battery to drain. They expect me to pay for something they messed up. Nobody is perfect but if you mess something up you should be responsible for correcting your mistake. There are to many other options in town to get your phone fixed . Take your business somewhere else.

My S7 had a screen that was cracked to the point that it wouldnt light up, and they fixed it quickly. Afterward I found that my phone would freeze and glitch out, but since they have a 90 day warranty (so long as you dont break your device any further) I was able to take it back in and have them work on it again, and now it works perfectly! Highly recommend this place, the people there are very kind and accommodating.

I spent around $300 fixing two phones. The iPhone X that we got fixed, cracked the next day. They told me basically that it was my fault and i dropped it or slammed it hard. Which I did not....then the galaxy we got fixed, they told us it was going to be fixed same day then they didn’t have the part so they had to order it. Told me it would ready at 2-3 the next day. Which is fine it happens but I got there at 3:30 still not done. Asked for a refund and told me that I couldn’t get one.So now I have a cracked screen for no reason that they won’t fix at all and I have to wait a hour or two longer for another one and I was being talked to extremely rudely by employee and manager.Don’t recommend this place at all.... NEVER coming back.

They had me pay for a body swap that didn’t fix my phone had to send it back several times they finally their have me store credit for a phone they had and they wound up giving me a broken phone and never replied to my messages afte I told them the phone they got for me has the worst glitches and it is absolutely horrible I am beyond furious with repair pros don’t give them your phone they will ruin it and give you an even worse one

I do not recommend this place. Very cheap screens! I took my phone to a shop that was ran by the same manager that runs this one years ago because he was offering the best deal at the time. I had an otterbox case on my phone after he replaced my screen— A couple months goes by, I was walking my dog in the snow and ice, slipped and fell, my phone dropped, and the screen was shattered again. This was probably 4-5 years ago. I decided to upgrade my phone instead of replace the screen. Ever since then I have kept protective cases and screens on my phone and have not had a cracked screen ever since. Recently, I accidentally dropped my phone on gravel, and it just so happened that my screen hit the worst spot of a rock. I was shopping around for different places to go, spoke to my boyfriend, and he recommended that we take my phone here. Im not sure why I took it there because my boyfriends screen had a small chip in it after he had his screen replaced here. His screen chipped within a couple weeks after he had his screen replaced here. I thought it was just my boyfriend being irresponsible. About 3 weeks after having my own screen replaced here, I set my phone down on the back of the toilet as I normally do every single day getting ready… And the screen cracked just a little bit. This place tells me that their lifetime warranty will not cover this because it’s damage--makes absolutely no sense. Since then, I had my screen replaced with an APPLE CERTIFIED company and my usual bathroom routine has not harmed my screen at all. Be careful, their screens are not quality, go to an Apple Certified shop!

Zia took care of my wifes phone. He was helpful and knowledgeable about the parts and repairs.

These people are either incompetent or dishonest or both. I dropped my phone and the screen went black. I could hear it ring and do text notifications so I know that the phone still worked, but I needed the screen to work so I took it in for repair. The guy says yeah, it just needs a new screen and charged me $100. I figured thats cheaper than a new phone and I can always use it for a camera. When I picked it up he tells me that theres water damage (I never dropped it in the water, so if there was water damage it happened at his location) which will make it hard to power off, so I need to keep it charged up unless I want him to repair the power button too. I didnt, so I took it home and kept it charged up but it kept shutting down. I took it back and he tells me I need a new battery. I bought one and now Ive spent $160. I took it home and it starts rebooting constantly. I took it back and he tells me it needs to be factory reset. I reset it and then it wouldnt boot up at all. By this time I was fed up and took it to another repair place. They told me that they couldnt help me so I took it to a Samsung expert and told him the whole story. He told me the tech must have screwed it up. I took it back and told him he could have the screen and battery back because I dont need them because the phone is toast. He refused to refund my money and said that he told me up front that the water damage may have ruined the motherbaord which is a lie. All he told me is that the power button might not work. Avoid these people like the plague. The only reason I left one star is because I cant submit my comment with zero stars.
