I called Repair Army after a not-so-great experience at another repair store, and the gentleman who answered the phone was notably upbeat and positive. I told him my issue, and even though he did not have the part, he promised to have it there in the afternoon, then knocked $50 off the repair price I was facing at the other place. The tech who fixed the phone called me as soon as the part was delivered as I was walking into the mall (great follow-up), and he repaired the phone perfectly. He also answered a bunch of my questions addressing my relative lack of mobile tech knowledge.Great service/attitude and job well done for both of the guys there at Repair Army!

Everything I can say about this place is amazing. From the friendliness of the repairman himself, to the premium quality of the parts, screens, and screen protectors. The speed at which they fix your devices is also pretty incredible and has surpassed everywhere else Ive gone. Definitely coming back anytime I need something done here.

Aaron did an outstanding job of repairing my screen today. The Apple store wanted an 1 1/2 to repair screen, and Aaron did it in 15 minutes. And he even did 2 other repairs on the inside of the phone. His super positive attitude made the experience even better. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND 911 PHONE REPAIR in Woodland Hills mall. A week after my phone was fixed by them my screen would freeze randomly and I would have to manually turn it off and back on. This would fix it but it’s frustrating to have to do this after paying 110 dollars to have a screen fixed. 3 months after my phone screen completely cracked and I did have a phone protector on it. The phone protector is completely fine but the edge of the phone shattered causing the entire screen to crack under the protector. I called and explained to them my situation and he told me that there is only a warranty on the screen for 30 days and if I had come in prior to my screen breaking he could fix the freezing but since I broke my phone it’s my responsibility to pay for a completely new screen again. I say pay the extra 90 dollars and take it to apple where you get more professional staff members that are more willing to help and you get a year warranty. I am not pleased with this place at all.

Cracked screen fixed in a very timely manner. If you have a screen protector and the company requires the protector and cracked screen to be returned for reimbursement you are totally screwed by their policy! They keep the screen and tell you it’s their policy to keep it because it’s a sharp object. What’s the difference of carrying a pocket knife or a broken screen? Last time for my business!!!Now the first time I use the phone I find out the new screen is faulty and doesn’t work. Multiple times in and wasted time!

I took my phone in with a shattered screen that was barely functional and repair army gave it back looking brand new and it works amazing! Highly recommend
