BARB and staff are amazing!!!! Professional, but make you feel like you are a part of the family from the minute you step in the door. Kind and courteous every step of the way. I have already referred two people to them and will continue to use them for all my flooring needs!

Worst company ever. They sub-contract. The sub-contractors were a no-show several times on scheduled dates. Their workmanship was horrible and they had to come back to fix. Getting them to return was a nightmare. This was their Wichita location.

I made a phone call. I immediately received excellent customer service. Unbeknownst to me, my wishes were passed on to the warehouse, and David calls me to reinforce my wishes. I pull up, and a salesman immediately takes care of me. There is no way I couldve received better customer service or a better price. Excellent company!!!

This place does great work. I use them very frequently in a real estate based business that I manage. I can always rely on them to make it right if I catch something that just doesnt seem right. Very reasonably priced and fast service. Huge selection of carpet and they do great with vinyl flooring too. I recommend anybody that is having standard flooring replaced at a minimum get a quote from them and give them the chance to earn your business.

I have 34 duplexes in tulsa Ron your salesmen has put new tile at 2322 with in 10 hours it all came up this was on 6-23-18 this was to replace the new tile floor they did 90 days before. I now have two nice duplexes I can not rent Ron tells us we can not get any water on the floor not even to mop. I have 6 duplexes with this same tile every time Ron comes out I get a bill. it looks like to get this fixed we will have to go to court in Tulsa. FYI. Ive been with C&B carpet for over 18 years. I feel ripped off

Ive worked with Barb for a few years now and she is awesome! Would highly recommend her service!

Price was Ok for builder grade carpet and top grade padding. Installation was bas with several seams showing badly. After waiting a month and several vacuum later the seams are still bad, a follow up call to resolve has got no resolution to date.
