Came in and test drove one car. Did all the preapproved for it. Came in a week later worked on all of the other papers. They did it for a complete different car. Then they wanted to triple the down payment. For their mistakes.

Horrible place to get a car. I only had mine for 8 months and have had so many problems with it. I have had the motor replaced and the transmission replaced and the car still doesn’t work properly that it cuts off on highways and almost cause me to wreck with both of my small children and my niece in the car with me. I do not recommend anyone to get a car from the key they are very unprofessional and do not care about you or your family. All they care about it getting money from you every two weeks.

I do NOT recommend this place to ANYONE. They lied about the payments for theur caars and wasted my time!!!

They don’t honor they’re contracts. Sold my son a warranty, when it come time to use the warranty they are claiming “voided warranty” refusing to speak to him and referring him to an attorney whom which they won’t disclose. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER!! They will do nothing but rip you off and careless if you are left with a bill and no vehicle!

The Key is a great place to get a car. I had trouble getting one anywhere except here. Paul took care of me and he was amazing as well. If you need a dealer to work with you this is definitely the place!

This is a great place to come. They work with you on your credit and on your employment. They also have very nice cars. They are great people not just looking to make a dollar they actually want to help you get what you want.

I literally was having a horrible day UNTIL i got a call from this lot. They made my whole day,they have awesome customer service! They are wuick as lightening. I would definitely recommend them to any AND everyone. I have found my FAVORITE car lot. Love them.

Pleasant experience! Ive been buying cars at trucks new and used since 1976.. So Im no virgin to all types of car dealers. Impressed with the sales person. Impressed with the speed and efficiencies of their completion of all paper work. Vehicle issue was corrected prior to me picking up my vehicle.Also finding that this Dealership is part of a nationwide chain I trust their warranty. I dont know these people personally nor paid for any reviews either. Check them out!

Absolutely loved them they gave me a chance when the other car lots were constantly lying to me promising to put me in vehicles but they kept raising the amount of down and they said it would not put ding on credit another lie but the key stayed true to their word not only did they get me in vehicle but got me the exact vehicle i wanted for less and fix everything i pointed out to them even little cosmetic things and a new 3000 dollar electronic system no charge to me i wont use another car lot in future they far exceeded my hopes i highly recommend them

Theyll get ya approved fast! Let you pick a car then change the price. But its all an honest mistake of course. The car I was approved for was listed online at 2 different prices, the lower price i thought i was getting, then the higher price they tell you they have to charge. Very well couldve have been an honest mistake, and the way they handled the honest mistake was a turn off. Jana is a super nice hard working saleswoman who did her job, I think her management let her down and cost a her sale. Greed well get ya everytime. Trying to sale someone a car cheaper then its listed is a win! (Hence some 4s are now 3s) trying to add a 1,000 to the listed price is a no go. (Hence a 2 to a 3)

They are very nice and they try their best to work with you to get into the car your wanting I would recommend them to everyone

Just checked out their cars, all of them were over two times priced higher than KBB. Looks like another buy here pay here taking advantage of those with credit issues
