I am so impressed by the NO pressure salesperson who helped me purchase my first Mercedes.The service department is also top notch!!!!! I had my first service oil change, etc… with ease of in and out with a loaner vehicle.I appreciate the honesty and straight forward service that is needed. This was the easiest car buying experience of my life. Jeremy and Nathan made the sales side of the process a dream. These two went above and beyond to make sure my family and I were well acquainted with the Mercedes and all its amenities. They put us at ease throughout the entire time we were there. Kendall made the finance process as painless and short as possible. I walked in to his office and out within 10 minutes. Dillon took great care to teach this non tech savvy person how to use the fantastic technology available in the Mercedes.I traveled 2 hours (away from my local Mercedes dealership...cause snobs) to deal with the most down to earth and helpful dealership as a whole that I have ever been to. Dalton Stephens is hands down the best salesman/ customer service person I’ve encountered in ANY field. I have bought vehicles from him before and was 100% satisfied. I did not buy from Jackie cooper this time just because they didn’t have specifically what I was looking for but I did sell them my trade because they had the best offers in town. Dalton goes above and beyond and there were several complications in this deal (not from Jackie Coopers end but mine).They worked through all of them with Dalton doing everything he possibly could to make things easier. My family and I were stranded due to a flat tire and were late for an appointment. Lets get this out of the way right upront, Blayne Hetro is an INCREDIBLE salesperson and giving him 5 stars really undersells his ability. Ive been in sales for many years myself, so Im extremely analytical about each aspect of a sales interaction. I think its a common misconception to attribute someones age with their competence, which couldnt be further from the truth when it comes to Blayne, make no mistake, he is an expert and a valuable asset.One thing Id like to point out - I actually had no intention of purchasing my car when I originally reached out. I was honestly just putting the feelers out there to see what type of response I would get. I messaged the dealership at somewhere around 1 AM on a Friday, maybe even later than that, yet by the time I woke up I had 2 missed calls and a personalized video message from Blayne. The punctuality with the prompt follow up, as well as the attention to detail made it so I had to call him back.After a brief phone call I found myself putting down an advance purchase deposit towards my car and figuring out how I was going to make it down to Tulsa from Minneapolis. Yes, my experience with Blayne was so good that I actually rented a car and drove down the next day. Blayne picked me up from the airport with a new hire, Josiah Vann. The three of us immediately hit it off, as they both have great welcoming personalities.I finished up my interaction in the finance office with Kendall Taylor, during our conversation I learned that Kendall actually trained Blayne when he was a new hire and it shows. I appreciate Kendalls professionalism, as well as taking the time to thoroughly go through the available packages and add on services. We had a slight hiccup with the iPad not having up to date descriptions of some of the packages and what they cover, luckily Kendall was able to think on his feet and accommodate me quickly and fairly.5 stars well deserved, best dealership experience Ive ever had. Just bought my 2nd Mercedes and 3 car purchase with Jackie Cooper Imports. Jeremy Geiger went above and beyond the call of duty with this. My ML came in before anyone was aware and, Jeremy helped me find it. Car had to go through all servicr checks which took a few days, but Jeremy kept in contact with me every step of the process even following up the next day to see how my drive home went in new car. Closing was a breeze with Kendal who left out no surprises in the financing paperwork walking me through every section.

Fantastic customer service. I live in Oregon and I bought a car from them and they provided updates and gave me a video tour of the car. Buying a vehicle nearly 2000 miles away is scary sight unseen. Nathan went over all the flaws on the car and gave me all the service records for it. Nathan and his Sales Manager, Ryan helped coordinate with the trucking company to pick up my vehicle for delivery. I wish I was closer so I can come shake their hands in person. It was by far the easiest car purchase I have ever experienced.

This leasing experience with Jackie Cooper Infiniti was the worst automotive experience Ive ever encountered. (2018 Infiniti QX 30) My sales man, Terry, was nice and easy to work with as well as I bought the wheel and tire plan on top of the lease.1) Terry told me my 3 oil changes for the 3 years I leased the car for were paid for by Infiniti, (one of his big pitches for leasing a car) which I found later not to he true but also found that Terry was no longer working there to support my claim.2) I wasnt told until after the first oil change that I could have had it done locally at my Nissan dealer. That would have saved me 4 to 5 hours drive time, not to mention the mileage being counted towards my lease miles ( as I found out).3) I had an issue with a burning smell and I personally had to book the towing company to take a brand new Infiniti to Tulsa. As well as rent a car, pay for it and then wait to be reimbursed after filing the paperwork with Infinitis 3rd party. When they returned the car to me, they drove my car and again a lot of miles went against my yearly lease miles.4) I was tired of this and other frustrations and turned the vehicle in 5 months early (extremely clean and in excellent condition) and gave them back almost 10,000 lease miles that I chose not to use because of the frustrations, paid off the lease, but the icing on the cake was a small amount of road rash on the passenger front tire.5) they charged, with tax, just over $60.00. Not bad, but again I had a tire and wheel package that would have covered it. With a minimum of 6 calls each to Infiniti, the tire and wheel protection plan and then to the auction house that the car was taken to, I could not get the wheel repaired because it had already sold at auction and was confirmed by the Nissan rep at the auction that there was no work done on the wheel by Infiniti or Nissan. At the end, Infiniti turned this $60.00 charge over to collections ( unstinken believable) of which I paid now even though there was never a repair done on it.This was the worst experience and Jackie Cooper will never get my business for any vehicle again!

I brought my car into get warranty work done on a tire and rim, I received a loaner car which was hit while we were in the house. I gave them my 1,000$ deductible. The insurance denied the claim, When I had to get warranty work done again instead of refusing my service they took my car in on CHRISTMAS EVE (which I advised them I would be driving to see family in California that same day, was going to be a Christmas surprise) they proceeded to call me and tell me my car was ready, so when I arrived a man named DUSTIN told me they will be keeping my car until I pay for the damages on the loaner and will get $15 a day fee for the car being there and a lean was going to be placed on my car. I had already called 3x that day at any point they could of talked to me over the phone instead they bring me up there and embarrass me in-front of people by bringing me a box of all my stuff like I just got fired from a job and locked the door behind me! Mind you this is CHRISTMAS EVE!! This is the worst service I have ever received my mother even owns a Mercedes and was never talked to nor dealt with the way I was! I wish I could go back and un-buy my car because this service was so bad and I have to deal with this dealership for my warranty! I would not recommend this dealership for service my sales guy was great unfortunately the team he comes with is not!!Yes I paid for the damages, it’s the way they treated me especially when I have the money to pay for it! You don’t just take peoples cars and say now pay me! Unacceptable!!!!

I hate to say it but dont come here if you have a Sprinter and rely on it for work.Rating breakdownService: 2.5 starsThoroughness: 1 starCommunication: 3.5 StarsManagement: 4.5 StarsEstablishment Appearance/Cleanliness: 5 starsI expected a Mercedes Experience level of service and I got the clearance version with the Mercedes Experience price tag. I went in for a 7am reservation on a Monday reporting an exhaust leak and ticking sound. After finally looking at it in the late afternoon, I was told they would need to order parts and the repair would be completed by Tuesday or Wednesday. They also mentioned I could spend a few thousand dollars on recommended procedures which I declined as I wanted to see what the service experience was like (glad I did). Didnt hear anything until Wednesday when they confirmed they are still waiting on 1 of 3 parts (originally it was ONE part.) Thursday, the part was received and they said I would be contacted once ready. That same afternoon I get a call saying another part was damaged and would need to be overnighted from out of state and they would repair the next day, they rightfully offered a loaner car. Friday the part arrives, is installed and they ask me to come pick it up. Later that night 2 warning symbols show up on my screen. I take it back the following day where I had to wait for them to tell me they forgot to set the brake switch. Then as I leave I hear a high-pitched noise. At this point, I contact the manager, explain the situation and am told to bring it on Monday and they will give me a loaner. I came in was asked why I was there, no apologies for the inconvenience other than from the manager (the only one who seemed concerned.) I was called to pick it up, no explanation what was wrong until I prodded (they didnt tighten some seals all the way which should have been caught in the test drive.) Then just a sign this and goodbye. I felt pretty dismissed as if I was a thorn in their side when my work week was discarded due to so many mistakes and having to follow up. Honestly, they should be embarrassed at how poorly this went. I was ready to drop more money on upgrades if the service experience was done well and with class, but due to my unfortunate experience, Id rather drive all the way to OKC than to have something like this happen again.Feedback: A reservation is a reservation, if you cant accommodate the time be upfront and set realistic expectations especially if one has not had service at your location before. We dont just know your process automatically. Communication is key, explain vehicle issues/remedies and length of repair time. Dont offer text messaging as a communication feature if you dont plan on responding to texts.If you damage other parts during a repair and it inconveniences your customer, apologize and find a way to keep their business. If further issues stem from that due to not being thorough, have empathy around the inconvenience caused and confirm youre happy to help however you can and ensure the customer facing team shares the sentiment.

ONE WEEK LATER, I received an offer in the mail from Jackie Cooper Imports for $150 off vehicle maintenance of $300 or more. The offer was valid for 10/1/20-11/30/20, 2 DAYS AFTER I was there. I called & Denny Martin, the Service Manager, said there was nothing they could do!

Kendal Taylor took time to work with me with respect to find a vehicle that would meet my needs. The general manager took the time to talk with me even though I was buying a lower end cost vehicle. I meant to make this review a few months ago. I own a smart car and I can’t get it worked on anywhere. I took it here where everyone told me to. John was the one who looked at it for me. He charged me about $400 to tell me my smart car β€œmay or may not be messed up.” I already knew that. He was short with me and gave me no advice. He also refused to fix the parts because he said I should no longer put money into my car.Update: There is a man who works there named John Taylor. I have his card in my wallet.

Bought my Porsche Panamera from Jackie Cooper online via CarGuru. The customer service is very pleasant and welcoming. The issue begins with the numbers (hidden costs and pricing). Multiple times during conversations they tried to quote the price of the car thousands higher than the stated online price. Apparently the price displayed online is lower than the price listed at their lot. Also when I registered my vehicle I had a $3200 fee that I had to pay to register my vehicle. I would expect Jackie Cooper as an online dealer to be familiar with cost/fees associated with title transfer and registration for the states and areas in which they do business. BUYER BEWARE they offer lots of pleasantries and smiles as they screw you

First time Mercedes buyer. I was honestly impressed with the level of customer service I received here. Being a younger individual, I figured I was going to walk through the doors and be ignored by salesmen who may think that I was not there to spend a lot of money. However, I was greeted at the door by the general manager who assigned a sales person to me immediately.Blayne was helpful, respectful, and was eager to answer all of my questions. Even during this COVID-19 pandemic, I expressed my concerns with Blayne and he made plenty of accommodations to make the social distancing work. I honestly have no complaints. Was not pleased with salesman Nathan! I saw a vehicle online I was interested in, and Nathan happened to be who got on the phone when I called to inquire. I live 4 and a half hours away, so I needed a HONEST salesperson. I asked if the car had any dents, dings, or scratches on it. Nathan ran the car through the washer, knowing the water would hide the imperfections, and then sent me a video of the car not showing any of the imperfections. I asked him several times was anything wrong with the body and he replied no. So, I proceeded with the purchase of the car, and arranged for it to be delivered. I decided to go up there and get the car instead. Once I got there, the car was very dirty, I test drove it, it drove fine. I looked at the body and couldnt see any imperfections due to all the dirt. So I was given the story of how slow things were but the car would be clean by the time I finished with my paper work. Signed everything and now that the car is clean, I see all types of scratches and nicks that Nathan lied about it not having.

My Mercedes is literally in the shop every other month, and it was a CPO vehicle. I’d highly recommend that you purchase an extended warranty and cross your fingers. The service department, staff and sales reps are polite and professional. I found a used Mercedes station wagon online last week, called the dealership, and Nathan answered and explained everything about the car, send me all the paperwork they had on the car, and even made me a video of the car. Within a matter of hours we purchased the car. Did everything via email and their financing link. Arrived Monday morning from out of state, and within 30 minutes all the documents were signed and there was a plate on the car. This is my 8th Mercedes, and no other dealer has treated me so well. This is my first purchase from Jackie Cooper. I have purchased several other luxury vehicles and this experience was as good, if not better, than my previous experiences at other luxury car dealerships. Weve been going to Jackie Cooper for years now and have purchased three cars. We had the opportunity to work with Bert Kendrick recently when we purchased a Porsche 718. Although we did buy the car from him, I wouldnt call him a car salesman in the traditional sense. I think Porsche brand advocate would be more appropriate. Any questions we had, he had the answer. He didnt have to go back and forth to the manager for every little thing. He actually didnt go to the manager for anything. Weve bought quite a few cars over the years and I can say without hesitation that he made it the easiest shopping/buying experience weve ever had. There were none of the usual pressure tactics you get from car dealers. That includes when the salesperson continually tells you there is no pressure and then wants to know what they can do to earn your business today. Or when they have to introduce you to the manager who also reminds you there is no pressure and wants to know what they have to do to close the deal. Nope, none of that. Just friendly, professional and knowledgeable help from someone who is obviously passionate about Porsche. I cannot say enough good things about Bert. So, yes I wholeheartedly recommend buying from Jackie Cooper Imports.

I was shopping for a nicer used car so this seemed like a very logical place to start. After browsing their online inventory, I picked out a few to take a closer look at and possibly test drive. First, their selection is great and the entire staff was helpful through this part of the process. However, when I picked a car I was interested in taking the next steps towards purchasing, thats when things went south. My first salesman who I liked a lot apparently got a promotion and was no longer handling sales to individuals so he passed me off to a second salesman who was never there when I was available to go in so he handed me off to a third salesman. The third salesman was running finances and when he got ahold of my household income, he pushed very hard for me to buy a more expensive car. Of note to all salesmen, just because someone can afford a nicer car, doesnt mean they should and that attitude is a huge turnoff. Then when they gave me a trade-in quote, the manager came in and when I explained to them that they were offering significantly less than blue book trade in value, they proceeded to mock my car and tell me what a piece of junk it was. I loved that car. Even after their pressure tactics, I left very unhappy about the entire situation and got texts for days from them that other people are about to buy your car, make an offer now if you want it. I went down the street and bought a very nice used car with literally 25% of the hassle and a trade in value that matched what blue book said. I think I would only go back if I wanted one of the brands that only Jackie Cooper sells, wouldnt recommend for used cars, even luxury ones.

World class service! World class human beings....I just moved to Tulsa two months ago. One of the things I valued in my old home town was mechanics I liked and trusted. Well, today my 2014 NISSAN XTERRA died completely at an EXTREMELY busy intersection, (I was getting off the Creek Expressway at Memorial.) My vehicle died and NOTHING worked. The car wouldnt shift into neutral or crank. Hazzard lights wouldnt even work. I couldnt move it and it was blocking traffic. My tow truck said they would be there in 25 minutes and it was very stressful. Nick Luschen and Nolan Welsh were the good Samaritans who pulled up behind me, got out of their vehicle and asked what was going on. They were mechanics at Jackie Cooper Mercedes and they figured out that my battery connection cable disconnected and was broken. After they tinkered with it, I was able to move it into their parking lot and Seth Spradlin (also a mechanic at Jackie Cooper Imports) brought out a wrench and they tightened it up. This may not have seemed like a big deal to them but to me it was a life saver to me. Kudos to Jackie Cooper for hiring such OUTSTANDING human beings. Culture means everything and what I learned about Jackie Cooper Imports is that they have it figured out and I will go out of my way to do business with this outstanding company and I will tell everyone I know.

My Daughter just purchased a used car here her salesman Jerrid cook This was the best car buying experience ever. This is not like any dealership I have ever been to. everyone was so nice no pressure just very laid back. Jerrid and everyone there treated us like family. and the car she purchased had a couple small issues after she took it home she called they told her to bring the car in. she thought because it was a used car she may have to pay for it. no they took the car fixed it and give it back no charge. if you are looking for a new or used car go see Jerrid you will definitely not be disappointed.
