The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because Melvin and the younger guy that helps him out are pretty cool people.That being said, the owner (which is not Melvin) is disrespectful, rude and squirrelly for no reason.On 8/8/18 I put 500 down on an 04 Lancer and left without hassle. Had my mechanic look it over, test drive, 150 biweekly, all good.My mistakes:I did not read the contract properly in regards to when payments start, I missed 2 payments because of this.What happened:I received a text on 9/5 indicating that a payment was due 8/22.On 9/10 the car was repossessed and impound. Now I had no idea until it was brought to my attention that the car was missing. This was after 3pm, I called and no answer.Got in touch and was told that I would have to pay the past due 300 and pay of the repossession feel 250 in which lead to $400 need to get the car back. I explained how and why I was wrong and the mistakes.I indicated that I could pay what I owe. I even said that I would split the 250 charge since everyone was guilty for something. Because I feel like if the owner called me one time and left 1 voicemail we could have got paid up before hand. Its not like I wasnt going to pay for a car that Im calling you about although I was not called.Long story short, manager was talking down to me, being unprofessional and telling me false information or alluding to me being able to get the car back the same day I have them the keys to the car back 9/12. Voicemail said business hours are till 6, Facebook said the same thing up until 30 minutes before I received a Facebook message with screenshot attached showing the new schedule and stating they are not open past 4.I got to the car lot at 4:08, which wouldnt have been a problem because we established me paying $400 to get my car back, but the owner requested that the car be put up and I deal with it 9/13. Mind you, all of this happened without any type of communications to me at all. I waited until 4:47 and messaged on Facebook, texted the owner and called both store and owner numbers with no response.I seen that the Facebook message I sent at 4:22 had been read, so I waited to see if I would be getting my car, I didnt received any type of contact until almost 6pm that night.All in all, he was disrespectful, I called him out over FB and to his face, he continued to be that so I wrote a review after 4 days of time wasted due to communication issues.Dont buy here, its not worth the trouble.
