After a bad experience trying to purchase a vehicle from a local dealer, we decided to drive to Tulsa, and we’re glad we did. I had called a day in advance and was told a new vehicle had just arrived. The salesman, JC, was professional and friendly. He kept in touch the morning of our drive over, and had everything ready when we got there. The finance manager was great as well. He wasn’t pushy and answered all our questions. This was the best experience we have had purchasing vehicles and I highly recommend Bill Knight Lincoln Volvo to anyone in the market…even if you have to drive from out of state!

We purchased a vehicle from Ken after searching for almost 2 months, we couldn’t find a clean vehicle with low miles and options we wanted. Ken came thru on the price and provided the utmost phenomenal experience for purchasing a vehicle without seeing or driving it. I spoke with John McMahon yesterday early in the day about a car on their lot. He was very helpful in answering my questions and even going out to make sure the car was on the lot to send me pics. I went over after work to see the car and was happy to see that everything was exactly as John had said. We agreed on a reasonable number for my trade and also for their car. I was then moved over to Kalids office. He did a great job of explaining everything to me and making sure I didnt have any questions.The whole experience was as enjoyable as buying a car can be. I would definitely shop there again.

This is a specifically about the service department. We purchased an $85,000 BLACK LABEL Aviator in December 2020. Our sales associate was awesome so Ill review her separately. We LOVE the vehicle as well. This is completely about the service. We had high expectations with the Black Label program and opted for that in our vehicle partly for the service amenities. We have had 3 experiences now. All of them since July 1, 2021 and each of them have been disappointing, frustrating, and just horrific. It is like a bad reoccurring dream - I am at the three strikes, you are out. Our main contact has been Joe and he does NOT follow up on his word. I had to contact him numerous times to get situations resolved. Our first experience was a routine oil change and the problem was they charged us points when we had four complimentary oil changes with our purchase. Joe told me that was not right and it had changed in 2021. We were told one thing at the point of sales so we pushed back and they agreed to credit our points. It took me three follow up texts and over four weeks to get the points credited. Once I said I would be contacting the service manager to get a solution, they were easily credited within a few minutes. But why did it have to come to that ??? In the meantime, Joe told me through our texts he would send me his business card for any further service needs. He told me this multiple times. I finally had to pick it up myself when I drove in to have a tire fixed last week. He had 5 weeks to put a business card in the mail. Another example that follow up is not his strength! Back to the tire, Joe tole me the tire was fixed and it was a loose valve stem. Not so, as we literally had to add air for the next 10 days every day as it continued to leak. My husband scheduled for them to pick up the car and fix the tire for the second time. He worked with the service manager, Chris. We had a pick up time of 9:45 a.m. At 11:00 a.m, no contact and no pick up. My husband called and they are literally on their way now at 1:00 p.m. to pick up BUT in the meantime, I have altered my day to accommodate being home and available. They have NO respect for clients time, schedule or needs. I honestly cant even put into words how upset I am and explain all the details in a short review. We have been overly nice and given them every chance to fix the situation. When I have to spend my time following up for service, perhaps they should be paying me! They could at least offer something like a complimentary detail service in exchange for our bad service. I do want to say all the team (5 different people) that have come to our home to pick up and return our vehicle have been very good, mannerly and professional. I believe they work for a contract company other than Lincoln but they are great people. Again, it is the service team that is creating the hardship. I have 3 different contacts looking to purchase Lincoln SUVs this year and I cannot recommend them knowing the chaos that follows after you drive off the lot. Enjoy the vehicle but hope you NEVER have to have any maintenance as the true colors come out and they are not pretty! So sad customer service is a lost art when you spend $85,000.

The service advisor was very friendly. However, as is usual, there was no loaner vehicle available so my husband had to take time away from work to go with me to the dealership to drop off my vehicle and take me to work. He also had to leave work early to pick me up after I had finished my work day. Fortunately, I only work 1 day/week. Additionally, I was stranded at home for the 3 days that my car was in the shop having the air conditioning repaired. Once the repairs were complete, my husband had to, once again, leave work early to drive me to the dealership to pick up my vehicle. I had hoped to receive updates about the progress on the repairs, but I had to contact the service advisor and ask for updates. Once contacted, she did keep me informed from that point forward. Having a larger fleet of loaner vehicles would certainly be helpful and having service advisors automatically update customers on repairs would be very welcome.

Last month I purchased a car from Bill Knight Volvo. The whole experience was great. I live out of town and was able to communicate mostly via text. When I got to the dealership to pick up the car, it was ready to go. The price was what we had talked about... nothing added or changed at the last minute. Fast forward to this month when I decided to add a sunglass holder. Again, I communicated via text. The service department was over-the-top accommodating. They got me in really quick! When I got there, they had Lyft pick me up and take me to the mall. I cant say enough about how great my interactions have been with BK Volvo!

I had a number items serviced. This was my first time with BK Lincoln. My service rep was friendly and kept me updated in the progress. It took longer than I would have liked but there were several factors. Parts had to be ordered for a recall and warranty. On top of this we were in a major snow storm. They also found that my tires were badly worn so I had them replaced. I checked and the price was competitive. I can feel and hear the improvements. I am very satisfied with the work and would recommend them. Oh, and I didnt say but my car is not a Lincoln and they still serviced it and did a great job. Thanks!

All aspects of my service experience were flawless. From scheduling, to dropping the truck off, to picking it up. This is in contrast to another dealership who kept my truck two days and did nothing. They then said “sorry” and let me walk out without any attempt to correct a horrible service. I will never go back there (Fowler Ford).

My experience with Volo and Bill Knight Volo started a couple of years ago with my first (and last) Volvo. Almost from the beginning my XC90 Inscription had a wobble in the front right tire area. Everytime I took my car in for a service or for a Check Engine Light being on (much more often than any other new car I have purchased) I would ask for the wobble to be addresed. Nothing was ever found. I requested the CV axle to be checked specifically. ..it was fine. They did a road force balance on the tire and called it good. It was slightly better for about 2 days then got progressivly worse. The next time I went on a test drive with the Tech so I could point out the issue (no one could ever feel it) we literally pulled out of the dealership parking lot and he said oh yeah thats the CV axle..............now that my factory warranty expired a couple weeks ago....Fix it please . They replaced the CV axle, I got my car back and the wobble was still present. Did driving with a bad CV axle for 60k miles wear other components out and they needed to be replaced? I dont know, Im not a mechanic, but it still wasnt right. The last time I was going to be taking my car in I went and spoke with the GM and detailed the issue . He laughed about the CV axle being replaced right after my warranty expried (thats always the way isnt it) and said so basically we just need to have a more thorough test drive done on the car.......ummmmm yes.... Well after a couple of weeks (shorter than usual Bill Knight typically had my car for 3 plus weeks..Yes I had a loaner but it wasnt my car and it was always a base model and something smaller than what I had) I got a call. The tech did a road force balance (apparently the go to fix) and it was reday to go. I said that was done before and it didnt fix anything can we please make sure it is right before I get it back. Of course absolutely was the answer, and I was assured it was good. I picked up my car (2 hours from home) and guess what....... the wobble was still there and now the wheel had a slight bounce also... Congratulations Bill Knight Volvo you made a problem even worse ..... Well I fixed the wobble myself. I drove over to Mercedes (Jackie Cooper Imports -Jermey & Nathan are AMAZING) and traded the Volvo XC90 in on a Mercedes that does not come standard with a wobble.

Another good experience at Bill Knight Lincoln in their service department. Rebecca checked us in quickly and had the courtesy vehicle ready so we could be on our way. She kept us informed of the status of repair and although there is a delay in receiving the replacement part I know that it is no fault on their part, We live an hour from Bill Knight so the use of a courtesy vehicle is important to us. I appreciate that the dealership always furnishes a late or current model vehicle for our use and each is equipped with a Pikepass at no charge. I continue to say Bill Knight is a first class dealership!

Chris Kennedy was very knowledgeable called and asked if he could bring LincolnMKX out for us to see. Unlike many here writing reviews my experience was just awful. To say the Volvo service department is non responsive is being Kind. We purchased a new Volvo Cross Country during the pandemic. When our service light came on at approximately 3500 miles Crystal could only schedule us 2-3 weeks out. I was told there was a pandemic and they were short of staff. There was no shortage of people to sell me the car during the pandemic. We noticed a tear in the leather on a high ridge on the back seat where whatever is underneath ripped the leather. When we did finally get our car in for service (oil change) I was told the Service manager would need to get Volvos approval and would be called. When I called back each time either Mary or no one would answer. Mary would always tell me Crystal would call. She never did. Finally Mary said she talked with Crystal who said Volvo would not cover the tear. The car now has about 6000 mile on it.I asked Mary if I could speak with the Service manager. She said he was out and would call me Monday. I told her based on Volvos history of returning calls I bet her a lunch he would not call. I Won The Bet. In keeping with Bill Knights reputation with me they did not call.If you want to spend 50k on a nice new car then certainly Bill Knight has some. If you want good customer service from the service department then I suggest you buy elsewhere.

My most recent experience at Bill Knight was wonderful. The courtesy car was at my home first thing in the morning. Everything went smoothly. I’m not as appreciative of the texting system rather than talking to a human but I understand it saves time. Unfortunately there are still quirky electrical things that happen with my car that can never get recreated once it get to the service department and I feel like for the price we paid it’s ridiculous and it’s not just my car I hear it from other Navigator owners also. Overall I love my car and it’s a very comfortable ride just wish there weren’t odd issues. I’ve own suburban’s since 1992 and was so excited to “upgrade” to a Lincoln so the fact that there’s goofy electrical about every other week from the garage door opener not working to the lift gate not closing is just aggravating for an $82,000 vechile.

I know you all had covid 19 personnel issues, and other covid related issues, so, my review will be this,Thanks for the lincoln loaner, coming and getting my car.I was disappointed that no one had gotten to my car, for several days, but, as I said before, I know covid was in the mix.I believe I still have at least one of the most annoying problems, although it was not duplicated by your tech support, which was that my seat and the steering wheel always move so close together when I approach the car, including yesterday, several times, they move so close together, I cant get my leg under and over past the steering wheel to get into the seat.This was one of the problems I had when I sent it to you, that I really needed fixing.I have tried, and you all tried to fix this, but it is still not fixed. I love my car, but this is an annoyance. I dont know what you can do about it, or if anything can be done. But otherwise, I think all my other items to fix were fixed, or have not occurred since I got the car back.

I took my 2013 Lincoln MKS in for a oil change and tire rotation. The service advisor was great. I was a bit disappointed with the “wash and vacuum” of the car. At a price point of about $70.00 with taxes they seem to be on the higher end of oil change prices. The wash appeared to be just a hose off of the car and it wasn’t dried so it just left water spots by time I got home. Also there was no vacuum of the car at all. The same dirt and leaves were still there. I know the wash and vacuum is a small thing but if you advertise it then follow through. It’s those little details that make the customer feel like they received a good value for their money. In contrast I took my Honda Odyssey in for service yesterday for an oil change and tire rotation at a Honda dealership. It was cheaper, the van was washed well and dried and vacuumed. I also received a detailed report of what was inspected and what future services I may need.******* UPDATE **********The dealership did reach out to me and offered a detail of the car. I do appreciate that and it shows that they do care and want to offer great customer service. Thank you to the staff.

Reviews work. Your reading this now. So I do not want to say a bad thing about a company until they establish who they are. I bought a used vehicle from Bill Knight Lincoln. The vehicle is having some Major issues. We are getting some cooperation from the dealer, but we will see what actually happens. This has all been within 30 days of buying the vehicle. Havent even tagged it yet. Waiting......Update: They took the vehicle in the shop and gave us a loaner. They fixed what was wrong with our vehicle even though they were not obligated to. They even ensured we had transportation while fixing ours! Ive been in sales for some time. And it is vitally important to know you can trust a dealership. I will buy from Bill Knight Lincoln again.

I bought a used Lincoln MKX a couple of months ago from Bill Knight’s dealership of Tulsa through sales rep John McMahon. I’m leaving this review because the staff was so professional and courteous throughout the entire process. From the initial call about the advertised vehicle, the showing of the vehicle, the test drive, the negotiation, the completion of already planned services and detail cleaning for the vehicle, and all the way through picking up my purchased vehicle I felt like I was buying a brand new car! I would highly recommend buying a vehicle from Bill Knight’s dealership and more specifically through sales rep John McMahon. Just ask for him by name. He went above and beyond what I’ve ever experienced from a sales rep. He sent me some extra pictures always answered or returned calls with urgency. Just a five star experience! This was my first experience with Bill Knight Service. The tire gauge light was on. I was pretty sure I had a nail in my tire. I was hoping to just get a patch and be on my way. Of course there is a nail in the side wall. The tire had to be replaced. Rebecca tells me it’s going to be $340 for 1 tire. I could not believe it. I felt like I was being taken advantage because this is what happens when you go to the dealership. Rebecca said “yeah these Conti tires are expensive” since my vehicle was already in service there was really nothing I felt like I could do. After almost an hour to the vehicle was finally ready. As I proceed to the counter to check out I notice a price of $246.00 on Rebeccas computer monitor for the tire. My heart was in my throat at this point because I knew I had been taken advantage of because of my situation. My total at check out was $338.33.

I will never be returning to their service department. My car had a recall on it which is a FREE service. I dropped my car off on Friday morning at 8am and was told it will be ready same day and they didnt need to issue me a loaner. Come 5pm that same day they text me telling me the technician was running behind and that my car wont be ready today and asked if I wanted to come get it or leave it over the weekend. Since I didnt have a loaner I was using my parents car so I didnt want to go take it back to them Friday just to pick it up again on Monday since Ill have to take my car back so I told them to keep it. Then Monday morning rolls around and I get a text saying my car has too much dog hair in my passenger side so they wont do the recall fix until I pay $90.00 to get a full detail. I WORK AT A VET HOSPITAL AND HAVE A KID! They did not inform me my car had to be prestine in order for them to fix it. I then called another dealer and they offered to come to my work to install it for free and were amazing to me. If you ever go here make sure your car is detailed or they wont touch it. All they want is your money, and for them to be like that especially during a pandemic is awful and I will never return.

Amazing! I scheduled an appointment to have my car serviced. Bill Knight Lincoln picked it up and delivered it to me within 3-4 hours max. It was wonderful, quick, no-hassel and it was taken care of. Cross that off of my to-do list!

Chrystal was so nice and very efficient. The problem with my tailgate not working was fixed the same day I took it in. Chrystal met me at the door and took me to my car after it was repaired and checked that it worked before I left. She has a wonderful attitude and works hard. Thanks Chrystal!

I recently helped my father find a used car. We settled on a 2016 car from Bill Knight. My father is 87 years old with great credit. We they did the financing they never showed him the interest rate . They lied to him about the car not having a warranty, and sold him another warranty. When I called them, they told me that because the car was older (4 years old) that he only qualified for a 4.89 rate. We immediately called the bank and got a 3.24 rate and canceled the warranty . The salesman told me they take pride in taking care of their elderly customers. Obviously another lie! I would not trust Bill knight Lincoln!

Highly recommend Bill Knight in Broken Arrow. Mitchell provided superior service and communication during each step of the process. They also finished a day earlier than they had estimated. My vehicle was returned better than when I purchased it in November because their reprogramming corrected an issue wed had with the phone connectivity/bluetooth feature. They exceeded every expectation.

This was the most pleasant experience at a car lot Ive ever had. This was the 3rd dealership we stopped at, but by far the best. Kyle Coopers laid back approach was a breath of fresh air compared to the hounding we received from other dealerships. He let the vehicle speak for itself. We also appreciate that he didnt talk down about other dealerships like some previous salespeople we interacted with that day at other lots. I would 100% recommend Bill Knight and Kyle Cooper. There was no pressure. We love our new (to us) pathfinder!
