I highly recommend Azteka. They have helped me when I needed it the most. Celina has always been so helpful with taking my payments and answering any questions I may have and George has been truly amazing he has went above and beyond to help. He made sure I was taken care of when I had issues with my car he got me into another car right away any other dealership would have never done that. Buy here, pay here vehicles are always ridiculously over priced. But you have to do what you have to do to make sure you have a vehicle to get around in. The deposit if you want a decent car is $2500 and a lot of the vehicles had problems with it. For example, I was shown a Cadillac and the passenger door wouldnt open. The side mirror was broken, and it was filthy in the inside and yet they wanted to sell a 2011 car as though it was a brand new car.

I had wrote a bad review but I wanna say I made a mistake Azteka Motorsis a damn good place they will work with you and make sure your happy before you leave. Enrique was my sales rep and he looked out for me so thank you azteka motors and thank you Enrique. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone

Eduardo Hernandez on Sheridan was a really nice guy and helpful, and Enrique Torres from from Memorial location was even more helpful I would recommend both places to anyone looking for a vehicle.

I bought a vehicle from them that they said the only issues with it was the ac, and that they would fix it, and they did, but they didn’t tell me that it had other problems that I’m still trying to fix on it, thought I was getting treated right just to find out it’s another ripoff

She is one that I trust. even though she is not a sales person I feel comfortable with her. Really seemed like the dude didnt even wanna waste his time with me. Told me that I couldnt get the little dodge dakota for what I could afford at the time, which is cool. I understand. However he told me that I wouldnt be able to get anybody to work with me for 500 down. Went right up the road, got the same truck for what I am able to afford. Told you someone was willing to take my money. It was literally the next stop. Now, they will be getting 12000$ from me.

Absolutely the worse! I went to sell them a car and there so called Mechanic tried to tell me that I had a transmission leak and oil leak and my motor mounts were bad I had just had my car completely inspected the day before by a certified mechanic I also had all four of my motor mounts replaced three months ago so they will lie to you to try to lowball you to rip you off so they can make more money off of the car I wouldn’t recommend anyone to do business with this company

Straight up ask you how much you’re putting down and payments would still be $500 a month. Not the best deal, you’re better off going to Carmax.

Always be cautious of Buy Here Pay Here dealers. Some people may have no other choice because of their credit, but even if you have to wait you should try to avoid at all cost. Vehicles here are not reliable. I bought a truck here a few years ago and after a month the transmission went out. It took a lot of convincing and paying money out of my own pocket to get a diagnosis deeming that the transmission no longer worked. After a lot of doubt and contradiction, they eventually replaced it using their own mechanics, however, the problem still persisted leading to me just trading the truck in with a Chevrolet dealership. I lost a lot of money not only with having to miss work, but the down payment and then having to trade the truck in and losing an additional $2000. The ladies who work in the payment department are very nice and always willing to help, but that is the only positive thing I have to say about this place.

I love this place. Super fast and easy no credit check I was in an out within 30 minutes. The prices are set as far as down payment and monthly payment which is a plus for me. They’re understanding and do their best to work with you super friendly. Me and my husband already are talking about getting our second SUV from them too.

Went in with a $1000 downpayment and I left 40 mins letter with the car I wanted!! They worked with me, and are very honest! Paperwork took 5 mins! Definitely will be buying from them again.

I’m very disappointed in this car lot I bought a 2012 Chevy sonic on March 9, 2020 not even a week after I had it they had to replace a gasket and then they had to replace an oil cooler and oil sensor because my car was smoking the oil was getting too hot I asked to trade my car in they didn’t want to they want me to put more money towards a down payment saying that they needed it for paperwork commission and time using the car!! I’m tempted to give them they stupid car back I’m very disappointed in them

My experience with them is horrible. I get a vehicle with them and make auto pay. I did financial for 3 years, until 1 and a half years, we don’t have any problems, after that, they stop auto withdrawings from my account without any notification and they repossessed my vehicle. After they took the vehicle, they still auto withdraw my money again.When I told them to repay my money, they still say they did not take my money even I’ve proof from the bank. They’re so rude.No wonder Donal Trump want to kick them off. Sorry to say that

Went in a few years ago looking for a new car didn’t pay attention to me I was with my Spanish wife who also couldn’t believe I was ignored, finally when I was able to get a sales accociate over to me he and my wife he just kind of ignored me like I was a 3rd Rate buyer. All in All I just felt like I wasn’t really in “their” demographic. Went back about a week later thought it was just the sales guy new guy acted the same way. (Cold shoulder the whole time) I’m a salesman and could tell something was off about how they acted. You don’t ignore potential clients based on demographic, Hopefully they’ve changed since then.

Didnt find out they had previously repod the car from someone else until I got the Repo title in the mail 3 weeks later. Bill of sale depicted a clean title. Pretty shady on their part.And they obviously threw it straight onto the lot without doing any maintenance at all after they had repod it.*The belt was showing on both back tires, which I made them change before I even left the lot.*The single deck CD player still had 4 discs crammed into it*The spark plugs had likely never been changed in the entire 140k distance the car had travelled. Completely burned down is a gross understatement.*The airbags had been deployed in an unreported crash, and they just pulled them out and slapped the covers back on.*Not to mention the transmission shredded itself less than a month later. I figured I would have to replace it pretty soon anyway, but I was kinda hoping it would last longer than 3 weeks.Just do yourself a favor and go to a dealership that wants you to send your friends/family to them as well. Customer retention is obviously not one of their goals.

Im here on Saturday at 3:00 p.m (they say they close at 7) and nobody is here. I called 2x around 1:00 p.m. And no answer. I was looking to purchase or to at least look for a vehicle through this company. I walked up to the doors and there is no notes posted on why they wouldve closed early. Just extremely irritated at them...
