We received very individual attention, not rushed through a sale. There was a flaw in our RV that they caught and made sure was fixed before it left the lot. Sales, finance, parts, front desk employees were all courteous and caring. A+ from us!

We purchased a 2021 Grand Design Momentum in May of this year. We paid the full amount agreed upon. One of the major things that we required our new RV to have was a heat pump because we will be living in it for travel and for my husbands job. The salesman and the man that did the instructional walk through assured us it had a heat pump. We actually asked this question several times because we wanted to be sure it had one. A few months later, we realized it did not have one when we went to use it. We were informed by Grand Design when my husband called them. The dealership refuses to stand by what they told us and resolve the situation. Not only that, but 3 months later we have yet to be able to get tags on the RV due to the title departments incompetence. I have also filed a complaint with the BBB. While we love our Grand Design, we will not be recommending this dealership to anyone.

I always find prompt and reliable service when I take my motor home to Camperland of Oklahoma. This dealership has grown steadily over the years most likely due to the knowledgeable and courteous service you receive from the staff. I have also dealt directly with the owner. This is a good place. No high pressure and caring about the customer is why the ratings they score are so high. I will continue to do business here as I am a satisfied customer.

A bit disappointed with the service I received in the parts department. The clerk did not appear to be very interested in finding the part I needed. I spent 15 minutes while he looked through the his catalog and told me the part was no longer offered. I left with no part. I got in the car, found the part on Amazon, using my phone, ordered it from my phone and it will arrive with free shipping in two days. I wont be looking to this store to supply my parts in the future. I prefer to support local businesses, but they have to make at least an effort. I am disappointed.

We had a lovely experience with Camperland and various members of their staff from sales, to finance, to the walk through & hitch work. Our sales representative David quickly and efficiently answered any questions and was not in the least bit pushy while still ensuring our expectations were met. He even sent a photo of our new TT when it arrived on the lot! Financing was a breeze and Joe in finance made everything simple. Our walk-through guide Michael was incredibly knowledgeable about our unit and we left fully confident in how to operate our new travel trailer. And that hitch work was 🔥! We drove from OKC to Tulsa to avoid the larger, chain dealerships and have zero regrets. Phase One of our experience with Camperland is a solid ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

We really wanted a Jayco camper and we had tried to deal with closer dealerships to where we live but they would not work with us. Don at Camperland worked with us and was very easy to deal with. All of the employees were very helpful and courteous. We did everything but sign the final paperwork by phone, text, and email. When we got there to finalize everything our camper was sitting out front ready for us to do the final walk through. The tech walked us through it and went over everything with us. Thank you for getting us in the camper we wanted! It was a great experience!

This place is great . I have been on the road for three years with my 5 wheel and this is the only place to ever help me with a problem.

We went to Camperland of Oklahoma for our second RV because we had heard great things about their service after the sale. Now that we have experienced them, we can only join the chorus. Sales staff (Don and Eric) were patient, knowledgeable and helpful. Service department seems to actually care about warranty problems and are eager (really) to solve them. Mobile tech Shane came out and fixed our small punch list of items and was very professional. We are very happy with Grand Design and Camperland!

Sales dept personnel do not know their inventory. I called today to check on a Gulfstream coach and was told it sold and no longer available. Plus was also told Camperland had no other units in my price range. My gf called immediately and was told it as well as others in that price range were in stock and available.Camperland should rename itself toCamping World

I bought two travel trailers from Camperland they take very good care of you there when I bought my second trailer I had ship to California and awning dust cover fell off and I just shows up today 3 and half years later I talked to Brant he got brand new dust cover for my awning free of charge now that’s customer service they have always taking care of me every time I’ve been there with no problems thanks camper land i’ll probably be by in August to buy me a bigger trailer

Camperland repaired my RV’s living room slide out last June. They found the problem, repaired it to better than original condition and charged less than I expected. The tech that did the repairs spent extra time explaining in detail the issues. The best RV repair experience I could have hoped for. Thank you Camperland !!!

Have been to Camperland 3 times for parts and accessories. All 3 times they have been very helpful and better price than the web. The last time we had a lot of work done on our class A. Once again they were very helpful and the price was better than expected. They filed all the paperwork for the warrantee. All work was done on time and looked good. I have had work done at Camping World and they have not been anywhere close to as good.

We have bought several campers from Camperland over the years. We made the mistake of buying 1 from a different dealer and had nothing but issues so we returned to Camperland and traded for a higher quality brand, Grand Design Reflection. We did have an issue recently and Kelly in warranty went above and beyond working with Grand Design and one of their suppliers to make it right for us. We are definitely a customer for life and highly recommend them as they genuinely care about their customer’s safety and satisfaction.

Had a great experience here today. Salesman spent almost 3 hours with us, answering questions and never once felt pressure. He was just available to answer any and all of our questions. Salesman (Gary) was very knowledgeable, having grown up in the business and currently living in an RV himself. Not quite ready to buy, but will definitely give this dealership first chance at my business.

Picked up our used 2018 Grand Design Imagine 2670MK from Camperland on Monday, Jan 14. We were very happy with all of the staff we encountered. Joe in finance made the process so simple and he found a much better interest rate and lower price on the extended warranty than I could find online. Absolutely no pressure was given to make us use their finance company, instead it was a simple decision based on the rate. Our sales person Dave was great and again no pressure. Mark gave us a detailed tour of the unit and lots of pointers since this was our first RV. Ryan was quick to install the weight distribution hitch and gave great instructions on how to setup and unhook. I wish this dealership was not 10 hours from our home because we would feel very comfortable having them service our RV.

I love to support local businesses and Camperland is one of those. The people are very nice and friendly. They gave me an estimate on a repair in less than an hour as opposed to another company that took about 2.5 weeks. Their labor price was more than fair and they did a great job on it. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is the time that it took to complete the repair. It took quite a bit longer than I had anticipated but, in their defense, it was a busy time of year. I will use them again and would highly recommend them:)

This company was the very best to deal with. The sales department is not into pressure. The service department was above and beyond! We had trouble on our lights and the poor guy had to help us out. The parts department was so friendly and helpful. Even though we were there a long time getting our truck lined out I would do it again! I will always recommend Jason and Camperland! I had bought from another dealer before. They were good also. But the other local dealer I will never darken their door again! I truely detest professional sales people. The people here seem to be more customer service oriented!

Im a traveling RN. They told us we were approved for X amount of dollars. So my SO flew back to Oklahoma to pick out the one we wanted. Three days later finance said well the bank said we couldnt without more proof of income. So now were out even more money!!!!! No apologies & they wont even answer the phone or call back.

Gary burger sold me a camper that they as camper people knew was falling apart I thought I was getting a good buy because it looked nice on the inside what I didnt know is how much water damage it truly had and how all the tires were bad on it. They said the tires were brand new and I believed them cause the tread looked good the mistake I made was not checking the inside wall of them they all had huge bubbles in them and just shredded apart on my second trip ever with the camper. My first review of this place was the day I got my camper after having for a short period and seeing everything that was wrong with it I will never go back here.

Seems like a great place at first. We showed up at 3:00 on a Saturday with the idea we might buy a fifth - wheel. Very friendly salesman greeted us and told us about their inventory, then let us look on our own. At 3:10, a couple of employees started walking around locking the trailers. They told us we could keep looking, but thats pretty hard to do when everything is locked 40 minutes before they close. Camperland probably missed a nice sale.

We purchased a Jayco travel trailer and have been extremely satisfied so far. We did much of the pre-work from the internet. This is a locally family owned operation and it shows. They will deal straight with you and treat you like an old friend. I highly recommend this business.

Bought trailer from them,first time we looked at it it had spare tire,also was on lot with no power to check electric,on day of signing they had it hooked up,found out exhaust fan and couple light fixtures broke,,service told us parts would be ordered and someone would come to residence to fix,been almost a month and nothing,,also sales man lied to us when asked if my truck was suffient enough,,no it wasnt! Barely even made it home with trailer,now they wont return calls,,stay the hell away from this place

At first I thought the lady at the front desk was rude and then she started laughing and joking with me, then the guy who was showing us the R.V.s and campers was a completely rude, didnt really want to answer questions fully,rushing to each one we looked at, my mom has R.A. and unfortunately its hard for her to keep up he wasnt even kind enough to wait on her. You could tell he is only there to do one thing and thats make a quota. We were unfortunately just damn $$$ signs to him or another line on a whiteboard to him.

Excellent service. Purchased a used 5th wheel and was really taken care of well. This is our 3rd 5th wheel purchase and all have been from dealers, this is the one I would recommend! Im 2.5 hours away and worked the deal over the phone with the promise that once I came in, if the camper was not up to my expectations, I could walk away. Turned out to be just what we were looking for. We received a nice walk through from one of the techs who showed us everything we needed to know about the unit. All seals were resealed and the awning fabric was replaced and the unit was washed and cleaned inside. The service people were very good as well. We were walked through the new product area and had had all our questions answered and products suggested that we might need. They even took in the screen door slider that was in the camper but the wrong size and ordered us the correct one. We were told the camper could be taken off the lot and right out camping, so 3 days later the camper was in use. To my disappointment, the water pump did not work. I was able to run a few tests to confirm the pump was the issue and gave the dealer a call to let them know. Since we are 2.5 hours away, they said they would send out a new one, which they did. Could not be happier with the service and treatment we received. This place is worth going to for your next camper purchase!

Needed the brain for our hot water heater, went to the competitor down the road,they had the part but not the adapter we needed. We called camperland they had exactly what we needed and was very friendly.

Where do I start with our nightmare......in Sep 2018 after many months of searching we came to Camperland by a referral- We had Jeremy as our sales guy- Jeremy is wonderful, kind & compassionate- He showed us several units & discussed in detail the features- We had it narrowed down to a cheaper unit but still wanted to see one that had just came in but not on the main lot yet- we loved the floor plan & four seasons package that it had (extra insulation everywhere, extra Insulation in the underbelly, enclosed & heated) we decided the biggest value was the four seasons since we would be temperarly living in it until we got land to put it on then live in it while our home was being built then it would be what we would take trips in with our family- we would need the Insulation in the winter months- within weeks of getting the RV., our battery didn’t work- called camperland service & Jeff Burger started helping us- He sent a contractor to see what happened & he thought he figured it out- we started seeing water under the RV then water pouring out (I have a video) also a ducked taped cut in the underbelly -called Jeff again & again the contractor was sent. (A month mark)- It was then determined that it was a crack in the gray tank at the top- (Nov) we got it temporally fixed- Jeff ordered the part- Furnace stopped working end of Nov- Didn’t year anything until first week of Dec- Jeff was notified about the heating issue & was able to get me in Christmas week- We asked for a hotel but denied- Jeff & I agreed to get though the next holiday because I couldn’t invade my parents home during Christmas with all we had- Jeff got it scheduled for first week of Jan- He was going to do everything all at once since we had a huge list of repairs on top of the leak, furnace & battery- Camperland had it four days for repair- within six weeks we seen water pouring out again- Jeff sent Shawn to determine the leak- leak was in the shower- Shawn looked at me funny & asked me are you sure you have a four seasons trailer- I said yes that’s what the sticker says & that’s what camperland sold me- Shawn said nope it’s not It doesn’t have the Insulation at all to even keep it heated- no wonder we were going without water & freezing up- Jeff was notified- JayCo/Open range wants to put it under warranty work again- we have to do more repairs- I talked with Thomas numerous times, we were done & cant keep doing “warranty work” this is unexceptable to a customer- The RV is unsatisfactory to even been sent to the dealer- the RV came this way from the factory as a lemon but there isn’t any lemon laws for travel trailers- This has been so stressful & life ultering- the time taken away to deal with is has been lots- we are displaced right now & living with my parents- Open range is now saying that this RV we were sold didn’t get the insulation because it was an add on option not mandatory but now is mandatory on models- My husband & I were told by Thomas that open range doesn’t make anything else but the four seasons RV with all the insulation- it’s standard- there isn’t a lesser model- it was an “accident” that it didn’t get put in- this is false advertising & misleading- we did not get what we signed for- we did not get a four seasons trailer & we’ve had Repercussions of not having it- we are now having a short in the light switch in the bathroom so we are now concerned of electrical issues- I don’t want to be electrocuted- we want a full refund, our TTT & reembursment for all the propane- there’s a Violation in our contract & our trailer is Evidence- we just want the right thing done- we’ve been taught do unto others as you would want done to you, this is defiantly not what I would do to anyone- we’ve been very understanding but we are at our last straw- we need to stop the bleeding- Open range wants to hide behide “warranty” & Excuses which is uncalled for- we hope camperland will change our mind of our experience & resolve our nightmare

Camperland is the most honest and helpful out of any camper dealers in Oklahoma. They always have the best prices on new and used RV’s. Trust me, we’ve bought thru other dealers and it was horrible. Their customer service is better than anyone else’s and their parts and mechanics department are unbelievably amazing. I wish they sold internet and cars...I would buy from them any day.
