Horrible customer service from unfriendly guys that seem to have something better to do.. cant even get them on the phone should you have an issue.

Very disappointed with this company. But I’m not building 100 houses a year so working with me means nothing to them.

We wait months for supplies. Wrong supplies delivered. Windows installed incorrectly. Wont stand behind windows they sell. List goes on and on. Dont work with a builder that uses this company! It will cost you delay after delay on your custom home build. No one answers calls or returns messages to correct their errors.

Theyve churched this place up a lot. If you live on the west side, give them a whirl. Its not the old 84 lumber that it used to be. They want your business and their prices are competitive with the big box stores.

I use building solutions for all my guttering supply and installs! Alex Tarvin is the Guttering Manager and great at what he does! They are always on time and very responsive! I will not use anybody else!Highly Recommend!

I had some gutter work done by Building Solutions. Alex Tarvin was the technician who came, gave me an estimate and told me how my gutters should be repaired. I asked him to carry out the gutter repair and partial replacement as he described to me. The work was excellent, the workers were on time and very professional. and the price seemed right. I trusted Alex and did not feel I had to shop around,he understood my gutter problems so well. After all the rains my gutters have worked so well and I am so grateful to this company and Alex for their excellent work. Additionally they guarantee their work for two years which I think is wonderful.

Got our wood beam 2 weeks late and it was wrong size. we ask for 2 smaller beams as well, 6 inch, and it came planned and was 5 7/8, so we had to buy a plane and plan all the other wood we were using so it could all look the same and fit well. Never buying wood from here again!

Not sure about the business end of it because the closed when they say they should be open Both on the website and I called the phone number I said normal business hours open Saturday till 2 PM drove all the way out here for nothing

Great company. I had a leaky window which was purchased by my homes builder from Building Solutions. They came out today to assess it and they fixed the problem!

Ordered some wall paneling on line from thair, went to town west store to pick it up, and all the corners were damaged so bad I refused the order, but thay did re order. Ill try it again.

Steve Caudle at the front desk could be the rudest person I have ever spoken with. Very unprofessional and acts as if he doesn’t even want you inside the store. Never walking in there again.
