This store just opened up in this location. 5.11 had always been a great place to score good, high quality work, sport, and adventure wear. I was given my first pair of 5.11 pants many years ago and they made it through just about everything, and now I have a store locally with everything I wanted and more.This store is staged with great folk, helpful to an extreme. They were happy to walk me through everything I was interested in seeing, and help me make the right purchase for me.Truth be told, theyre not cheap, but you absolutely get what you pay for. Good, high quality, last-a-lifetime gear, backed by a great lifetime manufacture warranty.You should absolutely check this place out.

Get some work pants

I’ve been a regular customer for several months now. I stopped in on Wednesday to buy a few items. I was informed at checkout that they wouldn’t accept my Veteran tax exempt card for my purchase and there was a big multi day process to make it happen. I was told in the store to call corporate. Corporate referred me back to the store. I requested a call from the regional manager or store manager, and have yet to receive one.Update, it has been resolved.

Decent selections helpful staff

Good selection of great products, but really disappointed that they dont have a police discount. We wear this stuff all the time, and its not cheap.

Very helpful, knowledgeable staff, no hover salesman feel with plenty of in store items, very rarely have I had to order anything because they didnt have it.

Went to buy a shirt, but was denied entry by an excessive amount of signs demanding that I pretend my breath is diseased and will kill everyone who comes in contact with it. This isnt china (even if youre merch is from there.) If you are scared of the flu, shut down your store, a piece of cloth wont save you.

Friendly staff, helpful but not pushy. 5.11 Tacticals gear and clothing are excellent quality. Over the years I have purchased online from them and now Im really glad they have a brick and mortar store in Tulsa.

I left a bad review originally but Im changing it because the store and staff have been very helpful and friendly the past few visits.

I originally went into the store about a week before the stores grand opening. I recently went in and was very disappointed with the selection that they had for women’s clothing. This is definitely a men’s-based store with only two women’s options for shoes and absolutely no EMS pants for women. I was told the first time that I went in that they would be getting more women’s EMS pants in after the store had the grand opening. The manager is a pretty cool guy but if I wanted to get something brought into the store I’d have to purchase it before trying it on which kind of defeats the purpose of going into a store. It kind of makes me wonder if the company as a whole has decided that women shouldn’t be in this business. You know, since I don’t have more than two options for a shoe and no EMS pants for women.

Great gear. I need tactical gear because Im a EMTB home health aid and they always have just what I need and their pricing is better than other places as well.

Nice store, friendly staff. My reason for a middle of the road 3 stars is due to the fact they took away the military discount not that saving a few dollars is the issue. More of an un patriotic thing to do as a tactical clothing store.

I usually order my 5.11 clothes/gear online, but I needed to try some pants on so I went inside this time. Im really glad I did, because the folks there are incredibly friendly and helpful.

This brands origins in durable uniforms and workwear seems to have been lost with the retail outlet expansion. I was excited to have a grand opening of a store in my state, giving me a chance to see and feel the materials rather than back and forth with shipping.Today, I went into the store and was told that the iconic lines of clothing that loyalists purchase and helped build the company are not what they want in the stores. The classic brand lines in cotton and taclite materials are none existing on the shelves, and for some off reason in the middle of December I was seeing thin and light short sleeves and short pants on the bulk of the displays in a state known for its bone chilling winds.I was informed that folks looking for the traditional and iconic items can special order or take their business online, which I think sends a poor message to the consumer. The first responder and other workforces that were drawn in for unforms are now the second rate customers, really?
