Asked if they could fix my soles and make a custom tongue loop. The work was fantastic. The boots I picked up were cleaned and shined. More importantly, the repairs by Tulsa Shoe Rebuilders made my boots better than the original manufacturer. Quality.

They did an outstanding job completely rebuilding the sole of my boots. The boots were nothing all to expensive when they were new. They were a pair of everyday cowboy boots that were used pretty hard. I had doubts if they could even resole them. But I decided to give it a shot and they turned out perfect. Better than I could have imagined. The sole is 10 times more well built than the original. I chose a Vibram sole for durability, and they essentially custom built the heel replacement and welt. They did a great job and it was cheaper than buying new ones. I wish I had taken before photos.

I wish I had more leather goods for this leather magical wizard. So knowledgeable and talented in his craft, it’s an art. A very impressive talent this man has. Not only is he top tier in leather works, he is a very amazing human; kind, compassionate, and he educated me greatly the 10mins I was in his shop. I wish I could do more than leave a google review but i don’t have much leather. This man is a Tulsa gem worth protecting and supporting at all costs. My item wasn’t anything spectacular, I brought in a Gucci belt (that i mistakenly purchased waaaay too big) his knowledge of how to quickly, “snip here, hole there, seal it on the end, BOOM!” was incredibly mind blowing. I am SO glad I happened to stop in today. I will be back if I have any other leather repairs/customizations needed to be done, thank u for being u ❤️

Patched up a dime sized hole and a cut (close enough together to be under one patch) in my work boots. Turned out way better than I expected; at a glance you cant tell the patch is there.Only downside about TSR is their limited hours.

They did a BEAUTIFUL job fixing my very favorite pair of boots. I paid a lot of money for them at Freepeople about 6 years ago and the heels were destroyed. I tried to find a replacement pair but no luck. I sent them to Tulsa after finding them on google. I couldn’t be more pleased. Thank you guys!

I took a pair of boots to this location that had been botched by another shop. They did a wonderful job not only repairing the awful job the previous shop did, but make the boots look practically new. Everyone was very nice and friendly and up front with information. Price was great as well. Its where Ill take any shoe repair in the future.

Did a great job fixing old school moto boots. Needed quick. Went above & beyond without asking which is rare these days. On the high $$ side but you get what you pay for. Nice people to do business with.

Sent in a pair of cowboy boots for a full resole and they exceeded my expectations. If youre in a hurry this probably isnt the place for you. If you want a great job done right and want it cheap good luck finding that anywhere. Be specific with what you want and theyll do it and do it right. I paid over $300 for the work they did for me. Worth every penny.

I had an excellent experience with Tulsa Shoe Rebuilders.I had a pair of boots that needed the lace-brackets replaced. I was on a deadline, and asked if they could rush it. They were able to get them back to me very quickly, and did not balk when I wanted to get the heel replaced at the last minute. The boots look better than ever: they used quality parts and were able to cover the holes the previous brackets had left in the leather. It was a very good price as well. They treated me kindly and were very good-humored. All in all, the folks at Tulsa Shoe rebuilders are doing a great job, and Ill be back.

Quick, courteous, high quality service. I had a pair of shoes (strappy heels) in need of repair before a last minute business trip. The gentleman who answered the phone assured me that they would be ready within 24hrs. I dropped off my shoes around 7:30am.... and to my pleasant surprise, they were calling me at 11am to tell me my shoes were already done. I highly recommend this place!! The building is small and out of the way - perfect for getting in and out quickly.

Great service and great work. I took some Sperry boot to another place and they said they couldnt fix them. I googled and found Tulsa Shoe Rebuilders, took my boots in and Chuck said no problem. Fair price and fast. Picked them up and Chuck had cleaned them as well. Cant say enough good things about this place.

I took in boots for repair and was told they would be ready in 3 weeks. I went in to pick up 3 weeks and 3 days later and was told they were not ready but would be the next week and they would call. I waited 14 more days, they never called so I called, still not ready. I went back into the shop 8 weeks after I took them in, still no phone call from shop, they had not even started on them so I chose to take with me. This review is not for quality of work but I wish I would have known this info when I took my boots in for repair and thought it might help someone else. The fellow behind the counter was not even a little bit apologetic which did not seem very nice.

Theyve repaired all my shoes! I love shoes, and Im really hard on them. They work miracles, are lovely to deal with, and are reasonably priced.

They repaired a zipper on my backpack and it now looks and works like new! I currently have a pair of Chaco sandals with a chewed up strap in their care. I trust they will come back looking good as new!

I had TSR basically rebuild my combat boots. They replaced my worn out soles with a brand new set of Vibram ripple-tread and they trimmed the heel off at my request. Apparently, a common service they provide for people with lower back pain. The new tread fits seamlessly to the boot. Also, when I dropped them off they were covered in blood from this passed deer hunting season. I was surprised at how clean and soft the suede is after I got them back. A bonus I didnt anticipate. Highly recommend these dudes.

Tulsa shoe rebuilders did an awesome job repairing a slight defect on 2 different pairs of dress shoes. The color was slightly different on one of the two pairs and after Tulsa shoe rebuilders was finished they were perfectly matched. On the second pair there was some slight wrinkling at the welt on the toe but Tulsa shoe rebuilders was able to fix this issue and now the shoes are perfect. Fantastic work at a reasonable price.

Well all I can say is these guys are terrific! they are true craftsman and anyone who says otherwise doesnt know what they are talking about. I was visiting tulsa back in April and I have a pair of justin wildebeest that needed resoling, I bought the boots in El paso in 1988. anyway found tsr online and figured I would take them with me to tulsa and see if tsr could fix them and ship them back to California. they resoled, reheeled, and fixed a few other things. got them a few weeks later, and they look brand new!!! im sure they will last another 30 years! guys sorry didnt get this up sooner but THANKS! its really nice to know there are still craftsman out there that actually really take pride in their work.

Just went by for quotes on a few things, and they were very helpful in giving me an idea of what it would cost to have various services performed. I went in with a box full of womens high heel shoes in need of repairs New heel tips start at $12. Having a pair of heels with a loose attachment to the shoe tightened was $30. A total resole on a pair of womens boots was $90. To have the heels on a pair of high heels completely replaced wasnt possible because they do not have womens high heels in stock. I asked what it would cost if I provided another pair of heels myself, and they said $50. These are, of course, quotes to one person with a particular set of shoes needing particular repairs, but it might be useful to have a ballpark idea of what they charge for various services. I appreciated their willingness to give me quotes up front.
