Husband was in very bad rain/wind storm in June damaging the hull of his 2012 Ranger. I called Nichols Marine who recommended Shoreline. Additionally, several others from Keystone Web Page. Working with Brock was very easy. He coordinated the adjuster coming in and got the repairs done quickly. There were a few old nicks in the hull that I assumed would be fixed at the same time (would have paid that ourselves) but, since I didnt mention that I guess is why they didnt get repaired too. After my boat was hit by a drunk driver going to the lake, Shoreline did a fantastic job repairing the aluminum boat with matching paint and the boat trailer repair. When you look at the boat and trailer now, you would never know it was involved in an accident. Excellent work!

On recommendation of the rv dealer where we purchased our rv less than a year ago, I contacted Brock at Shoreline to repair some damage to the front cap of our fifth wheel. Brock scheduled a day to bring the rv. Although the turnaround for the repair took a few more days than what they thought, (they appeared to be very busy) that was no problem for us. Shoreline repaired the damage quicker than we thought we could have it repaired.I had contacted the rv manufacturer concerning a paint code to get a good paint match for the repair, but Brock advised Shoreline could handle that in house. Brock also kept me informed of progress on the repairs, and gave a time to pick up our rv.When we picked up our rv when the repairs were completed, I was very pleased with the work performed by Shoreline. I’m pretty picky about paint match and how well work is done, and am very pleased with the quality of the job Shoreline did. They also provided a five year warranty on the work they did.Dustin in the front office was also courteous and professional. He also looked into a question I had concerning the auto leveling system and provided an answer for my concern.I would recommend Shoreline for any rv repair.

A friend referred us to Shoreline to have some RV repair work done. He had used Shoreline for some repairs to his unit several years ago and is still extremely happy with the work. I called Shoreline and they were able to meet our schedule to get the repairs done. We had all of our primary and secondary seals on the slides replaced, awning fabric replaced, a/c shroud replaced, a hole in the fiberglass from hail repaired, roof washed and inspected, and unit washed. They kept us informed on the progress during the repairs and completed the repairs on schedule. We picked the unit up today and everything looks great. I needed to get the carpet in my boat replaced and knew this was a job too big for me. I called around town not being familiar with shops that do this type of work. I found Shoreline Boat and RV repair. My first impression is what brought me to them, it was their website, it was professional and had nice pictures of the work they do. The guys at Shoreline will not disappoint and will go above and beyond what you need. The price was well within the scope of reality and they gave me an honest timeline. They also did a couple of things that you do not find in the customer service industry, updates and extra effort. Dustin and Brock both communicated with me well from the time I Brought my RV in for repairs giving me updates on the progress and worked with my insurance company to make sure they don’t take advantage of me. Gave me a written estimate and stayed within that amount even after finding additional damage I would highly recommend the body shop for all your RV and boat repair needs

I took my travel trailer to get a 14 ft electric awning replaced.My first impressions was that it looked like a very professional staff with a clean and well maintained facility. The estimate was right along with what I was previously quoted.Throughout the process they were very informative with when the parts came in, when they were being installed, and when it was completed. Which is very reassuring, and had excellent customer service.When I went to pick it up, they do excellent work for a good price. I will definitely be a repeat customer if needed.

These guys are awesome. They make you feel comfortable and confident that they are not going to take advantage. I have a 38 Coachmen Wyoming and I had a blowout which tore up some fiberglass as well as skirting. All the work was done quickly and done right and they are the nicest people you will meet. I have a few more repairs that need done and will not trust anyone other than them to do the work. Bring a dog treat. Their pup is always hungry.

These guys did a great job repairing my boat looked like new.

Had a Monster Wakeboard Tower with speakers installed on our boat because they came highly recommended. The speakers quit working after two times out and the tower has not been solid since installed. Took to a stereo specialist and was told the amp blew because it was a basic low end amp ordered and installed. Also, a second battery and switch is needed for maximum performance. So an additional $1000 later, it all works correctly. Shoreline needs to stick to boat repair and avoid after market accessories.Was contacted by the owner of Shoreline in KC. He visited with me about my past experience. He offered to readjust the tower, reimburse me for the new amplifier AND detailed my boat. Todd and Levi you all are awesome and made me feel appreciated as a customer. I recant my previous review and would refer anyone to any Shoreline business! Thank you.

I had a two damaged areas repaired on my 2014 diesel pusher motorhome at this facility. This has a very complex 4 color swirled paint job with metallic paint. I considered taking it to the factory in Red Bay Alabama, but got rave reviews about this shop. Turns out the reviews were correct. The repair was magnificent. You can not tell which areas are 5 year old original paint and which are new paint. They pre-ordered parts which were needed to minimize the repair time without asking for a down payment to assure they did not get stuck with a bunch of parts they could not use. As a bonus, I discovered that they do general RV repairs as well. AC replacements, water heaters, etc. With the quality of the body work, this shop will definitely get my business for other repairs they offer when needed. Everything was handled with top professionalism, and they kept me informed throughout the process. I highly recommend this business.

There is no choice lower than one star, otherwise they would not get one! RV repair job was one of the worst experiences we have ever had! They were not willing to admit that the job was done horribly and had to be fixed! Terrible workmanship! Very disappointed with the job that was done.
