My wife & I seem to run here at the last minute when we are heading out of town..today that was not the case...I was hunting for a pair of gloves & a hat...I am extremely particular when it comes to both...Jaden was unbelievably helpful, patient and knowledgeable..!!..she did a great job and reaffirmed why I come here!!!...Thanks guys keep up the good work!!

Normally I stop in during the week here to avoid the crowds. Went there on a Sunday. Long waits at the cashier, and most of the staff on the floor seemed like they were angry to be at work. Good sale on shoes though

Ill preface this by saying that our city has a mask mandate in place and I have no issue with abiding by that requirement; however, I find it Interesting that this place requires customers to wear masks, but not their employees. Went in the other day and saw a customer singled out and told to wear a mask, but also saw one of the employees walking around without a mask helping another customer. I can confirm this was an employee because they went behind the register to further assist the customer they had been working with. Immediately walked out and decided to take my business elsewhere.

Great quality merchandise. Helpful staff (Nick and many). I needed a specific pair of ski pants which were not in the store. They placed the order and I thought they were going to call me, but I remembered they told me to check back with them. I actually called them two months later and within seconds on the phone I had not even given my name and I mentioned the ski pant inventory check and they immediately said The brand I had ordered and even my name. It was pretty amazing customer service. They had it in stock and I went and picked it up. Sometimes their sale signs and coupons can be difficult to interpret and that is my only concern. But the store is great and Im thankful they are in Tulsa!

Michelle was wonderful, good selection of shoes. I am picky when it comes to tennis shoes for work and they had more good brands to pick from. Overall great experience. I will be going back.

Employee mcl*** was awesome, he was very helpful and knowledgeable (5 stars). The Tulsa County deputy was a jerk to most of the customers. I recommend he provide security, and asset protection only. That does not mean he should be making contact with random customers in the store demanding they adjust their mask properly. I probably will leave and shop elsewhere if he is there again on my next visit. (0 stars).

Very rude manager (male) working the check out area ....treated us (who are long term loyal customers) like we were dirt.

My boyfriend and I spent several hours picking out two bikes from this store. The manager Lori and the associate Kayden were VERY helpful. They did everything they could for us to ensure we got the bikes we wanted. They even had to call multiple stores to track down the bikes but they got us exactly what we wanted and provided amazing customer service while doing so! I will definitely be shopping here again just because of the amazing customer service we received.

I came in for floaters for my 4 year old...I ended up purchasing cute socks, a Yetti cup and lip balm...those people there are sooooooo nice, feels like youre hanging out, they will make you spend money you didnt intend to...I almost purchased more. Great experience. Im collecting camping gear, I will be back.

Great sporting wear store! I buy all my shoes here because the service is fantastic and the selection is one of the best in town. They also warranty there shoes and replace if defective without question. They also have fantastic sales like buy one get one half price fairly often which is nice when buying quality shoes. They also have a great selection of bikes and other sporting goods.

I bought a pair of sperry duck boots here and the pair they gave me has one shoe a 9.5 and the other a size 9 :( It really bugs me!

I have been a customer here for several years & had good customer service until now. 2 weeks ago I purchased a $200 pair of heated gloves & $170 pair of Sorrel boots, due to no snow forecast on our trip we didn’t even pack snow boots. I just tried to return the boots, in box & in pristine condition with tags, to the store and even though they can see the digital receipt online and store record that I purchased the boots, because I don’t have the actual paper receipt the clerk refused to give me a refund and offered only a store credit. In this day and age of digital receipts it is common place for Stores to simply look up for proof of purchase and not require paper receipts. Sun & Ski seem to be behind the times to policy to punish customers with this arbitrary policy.

Even though my bike showed up a few days later than expected, the staff at Sun & Ski made up for it in a huge way. They took great care of me & even installed several aftermarket parts free of charge. I went from extremely disappointed with my experience, to feeling like the staff went above & beyond to make up for the late delivery of my merchandise. Ill even go out of my way to go by Sun & Ski rather than a big box retailer to get specific products because I know they are very knowledgeable & will do their very best to get me what I need.

Yes its a bit pricey but thats because the inventory is premium and high quality. Ive always had at least one person ask if I was able to find what I needed. Staff has usually been very helpful. Been shopping there since the 90s

This was a nice sports store. Excellent selection of skiing and snowboarding gear this time of year. We did a bit of Christmas shopping on Black Friday. It wasnt too busy, the merchandise is good quality, and the sales were generous. A small complaint that no one helped me while I tried on shoes, but it took me less than two minutes.

Lori, the manager is not a nice person. Its sad when the person you go to to fix a problem has the worst attitude. I am seeing a pattern in these reviews. Seems like this store, which I have been coming to for 30 years, does pretty good until it comes to returns. I bought some ski pants, spent over $600 on all items, and noticed the pants rang up wrong and didnt show the sale price. I told the checker that the pant s were on sale and the manager Lori overheard and yelled out those pant were not in the sale. I said well the sign says they are and she said again no they werent. I got my money back, then went over to look again and sure enough they were on sale. I took the sign back over and showed Lori and you would have thought I had shoplifted the whole store by her response. She was hatfull blamed the issue on other people and never once apologized or had a bit of pleasantry to her. WONT BE BACK!

Very helpful staff, really felt they cared and were honest. They didnt try to steer me to the most expensive, just listened to what I needed and showed me where to look.

I am in the customer service business. I am around people non-stop at work. I walked into the Sun and Ski on 68th and Memorial and was greeted with hostility. The whole time we were trying on shoes the employees were giving us bad looks. Not because of any mess. I was putting every single shoe we tried on back. The employees made us feel extremely uncomfortable staring at us and making comments about us. The security guard was awful and thought we were maybe trying to steal. We never gave that impression towards any of the store employees. It was one of the worst experiences I have had in a store in a while. I will never go back!!!! The worst thing is Sun and Ski are the only ones that carry my specific boot without ordering it online. Don’t waste your money on that store. I hope it closes down in next couple years. It’s AWFUL.

I’ve taken bikes in many times over the last 18 months and they’ve always been helpful. There’s times that they seem short staffed, but that’s normal for retail!! Their attitude makes up for any wait (I’ve never been to any store that there wasn’t some kind of wait!!). One of the easiest ways to ensure positive customer service is to be a positive customer!! I saw a couple negative reviews on here and it didn’t sound like the store that I go to!! Before someone starts saying something bad about a person or place tgey need to look in the mirror and ask if they were ones that created a problem!

My husband and I went today to look at bicycles. We arent not knowledgeable about bikes at all and we needed help with what type of bicycles we needed, helmets, accessories etc. We were there for over 30 min and no one ever came to help. No one even acknowledged our presence by saying hi or anything. We couldnt even find someone to help by walking around. So we left and went to a bicycle shop by our house and ended up spending $1200 on all of the items listed above. That local bike shop had great service, took the time to fit us on bikes and made us comfortable with spending that kind of money as novices. We will not be returning to sun and ski as we can clearly find better service elsewhere, even if it means spending a little more. The man at the bike shop was very pleased we had poor (no) service at sun and ski as he made a great sale today.

Fantastic customer service! The manager went out of her way to get the staff that had the expertise in snowboarding to help us. By out of her way I mean the employee was not working that day so she called him and he came into work to help and she gave us a discount just for the inconvenience. Well be coming back to this sun and ski every single time we need some equipment.

Sun and Ski has always been the most upscale sporting goods store in Tulsa. If you need any high grade professional equipment this is the only place that might have it.

I called about some specific shoes I was looking for. Was told they had them and would hold for me. Made special trip at lunch only to find out they were used. No box, replacement tag, obvious signs of wear on bottom. I asked about a possible discount since they were selling me previously worn shoes (I really needed to find the exact kind I already have and they are close to selling out for this years model so yes, I considered it)...and the RUDE manager acted like she was put out me even asking, offered me a 10% discount and said if I didnt want the discount she could just return them to Hoka. Worst customer service ever! I told her to go ahead and do that and left. I will never shop there again.

I loved this place until I had to use the bathroom there. Ive never written a bad review before, but I was so grossed out. The water fountain outside the bathroom was disgusting, too. Any business that leaves their bathrooms and water fountains this filthy doesnt truly care about their customers nor their team members. Hire a night cleaner?

They might be the only place in Tulsa that still carries Onitsuka Tigers. Helpful staff, good prices.

Walked in November 1st 2015. Stood in the bike section for ten minutes with my wife and child. One employee walked past us to the back and said nothing. He again walked back to the front not even acknowledging us. I wanted to buy a road bike but needed help on a size. We will find somewhere else to buy that has customer service.

Very poor customer service. Dalton and Lori were helping us make a return and they LOST OUR RETURN ITEM we had given to them as we entered. The receipt was in the box. When they couldnt find it at checkout, they had accidently put them back in the stock receipt and all. They couldnt find the receipt in the box bc the stock person had dropped the receipt out of the box. They were acting like we were not honest and even though it was their fault they didnt want to give us our money back. Finally the receipt was found on the store floor, a lengthy exchange process took place with lots of confusion then we were offered a flippant apology by the managet, Lori. Dalton, the employee who lost the merchandise hung his head and didnt speak. WONT BE BACK.

Went in to return some shoes and one of the staff members took the shoes fine me at the front we I walked in the store and after 10 min of walking around the store I went back up to the front to finger the transaction of returning the shoes one of the staff members took the shoes back with the receipt in the box and lost the receipt. After 20 min looking for the receipt I found it on the floor back in the shoe department.
