THIS is the bike shop you are looking for. Everyone is extremely warm and helpful. I actually just spoke with someone on the phone about changing some pedals out, and they were so funny and nice that I decided to go buy pedals at the store. The experience at the store was equally awesome, and while I was waiting, I decided I was going to start tuning my bike up there. Super nice crew and they know their stuff.

For your normal bikes, Im sure this place is great. Super friendly staff, clean shop thats open on Sundays! They offer lots for the space, including labor.

Spoke House is an awesome Bike Shop. Situated right off of 21st street, it’s super easy to get to from down town. Bikes and bikes galore, both in and outside. Inside a cosy mechanics area and space filled with parts, clothing, etc.Guys are always upbeat, and several weekly rides originate from here. Additionally, it’s not uncommon to see the Spoke House van supporting big rides in the area.

Had a great experience when I just happened into this shop driving by I have been looking for a bike for months now to be able to ride with my kids they had a bike that actually fit me! Im a large man 67 300lbs and they even allowed me to put it on lay away knowledgeable guys in the shop and friendly would recommend you stop by if you are in the market for a new bike!

Three stars if it wasnt for a young man who helped me it would only be one. I have a 49cc motorized bicycle an he tried to lecture me about the laws on them an what he was saying was all false. He needs to read the laws before he offends someone else

I am from Houston and was in Tulsa visiting my son and his family. I brought my Cervelo R5 along to enjoy some of the Tulsa cycling areas. On my first day the bearing in my bottom bracket decided to explode 25 miles into our ride. Since my son had recently had a good experience at Spoke House Bicycles, we took my bike there around noon to see what they could do. Although they had quite a backlog of other bikes in the queue, Zach and the Spoke House team bumped me up in the pecking order since I was only in town for a couple of days. They were able to locate all the components to repair my bottom bracket, finish the work that same day and they stayed open after closing time to allow me to get there and pick the bike back up. All of this was done on Friday, July 3 - so I could have the bike for another ride that July 4th weekend as we intended to head back to Houston on Monday. I couldnt have asked for better service or consideration by the entire Spoke House team. Huge kudos from Houston!!

I have purchased two bicycles here as well as many accessories and other gear. The owner, Zach, is on site regularly and the staff are avid cyclists and very knowledgable.The location of this store makes it very convenient for a stop near the river trail. I have a large family and we all ride so watching our budget for repairs and gear is very important. I find the prices here very good for products and service and the quality of items they carry is also high.

They fixed my bike as requested, but charged way more than quoted. Could have bought a new bike for what they charged to repair my tires. Nice staff, but I personally wont be returning to this business.

On a Sunday, the sidewall ruptured on one of my tires. Zach jumped on it right away and got me on the road again. While waiting I saw great customer service as people came and went. Zach and his team have a passion for bicycles.

Greatest people ever- I was from out of town, didnt have a car/teammates in town yet/anywhere to keep my bike boxes, etc. They let me build my bike, keep my box there, and offered me a ride to my hotel with both of my bikes. Most accommodating shop Ive ever been to. Would recommend to everyone I know.

I recently started using Spoke house for my cycling needs. I have been consistently amazed by the quality of customer service they provide. The shop stays busy, and the owner is quick to answer questions and provide assistance and stay late if needed to accommodate the customer needs. They also offer weekly rides for all skill levels on Thursday nights. Overall, this is a fantastic place to go if you need any cycling gear or service on your bike!

I took in an older bicycle that had been sitting a long time. They did a fantastic job getting it back into riding shape for me, in less than half the amount of days they originally quoted. Couldn’t be happier!

Ive been here several times and every time Ive been treated with respect and courtesy. Daniel is a bike guru and I generally go in there just to buy something small and pick his brain. Absolutely amazing, helpful people! They are very knowledgeable and do not try to sell you stuff you dont need. I trust them completely with all of my equipment which includes two handcycles and a wheelchair. There are plenty of bike shops in Tulsa, but Spoke House is by far the best!

Loved this shop. They just made my wife, son, and I feel warm and welcome from the minute we stepped in the door to the moment we stepped out. They found me a part for a bike trailer that they dont even sell. They went out of their way to do some exchanges for the part with another customer. There really was no incentive to do so, but they went the extra mile just because. My son even left his toy there, and they were even kind enough to call us later to let us know. Its these little things that make stores like this unbeatable. It makes you never want to leave. I couldnt recommend these guys highly enough. Youll definitely love the environment as soon as you walk in!

Spoke House is my favorite bike shop in the Tulsa area. They take the time to get to know you and your needs so they can help put you on the bike/gear that is right for you. I bought my bike from them and most of my gear I have gotten everything out of it that I was told no more no less.

Ive been to the spoke house many of times and received some of the friendliest most helpful advice. Also, have a great selection of bikes, accessories and great labor services.
