I shopped online and the owner was great. He answered all of my questions that I sent him via email and was extremely patient with me. My furniture was delivered quickly and in excellent condition. The furniture quality is exceptional. They have beautiful, high quality contemporary and modern furniture that is hard to find anywhere else. My shopping experience there was wonderful and I would highly recommend them to anyone. The customer service is the best that I have ever encountered. They also have traditional furniture, so if youre in that market, dont be scared off. All in all, one of my best shopping experiences.

About four years ago, I visited this furniture store looking to purchase two chairs for a living room. The owner was friendly and helpful and worked with me to find something in the style I wanted and within the budget Id set. He advised me he didnt stock the color of the chairs I wanted and would have to order them. I was fine with this and paid for the chairs up front. He took my name and phone number and assured me hed call when the chairs were available.A month later, I hadnt heard from him, so I stopped by the store. He told me the chairs were still not in stock, but again assured me hed call when they were. A month after that, I stopped by the store again since I hadnt received a call. The owner told me one chair was available for me to take home, but the other still hadnt come in. I took my chair, confirmed he had the correct phone number for me, and left.Four years later, I am still without the second chair. I have never received a phone call (or a refund) for the other chair. Ive given up on it and have resigned myself to losing the $300 I paid for the second chair.While the selection of items in the store is good, and the owner is nice, I wouldnt advise purchasing anything from this store that you cannot immediately take home.

He will let you order online but if you are unhappy, no return. He does Not Price Match online even if you order online. Most of his items must be ordered. So no price match, no return. Only a few in store. I cannot imagine anyone buying furniture they cannot try or touch first and no return. You will most likely find a better price online with free shipping and be able to return if you do not like the item after seeing, sitting, etc. Most furniture stores offer instant financing and there are others in town with layaway. And yes, he does smoke inside the store with the furniture. One last thought, furniture stores mark up more than most retail, 400%. Negotiate negotiate, his lowest price is not what he has marked.

Highly recommended!!!Simply great contemporary furniture! The owner is a very nice guy and he will never pressure you into buying anything! I bought a dinning set, coffee tables sectional, a little bar,a rug, and my house looks great! He is great with customers and he will go out of his way to give you what you want. He delivered our furniture the same day we bought it and he really tries to make sure you are happy with your purchases. This is a great store with amazing prices. You really cant find contemporary furniture like this, anywhere else in Tulsa.

I had spent countless times on the internet looking for modern sofas and modern beds, bookshelves, etc. On day, I searched for a local mattress store and thats when I came to H3. I was wonderfully surprised to find modern furniture I had been looking at online right in Tulsa. I had a good experience with the owner and he went out of his way to help me assemble some stuff I bought online before I met him. If you are into modern furniture, this is the place to go. Great customer service.

Just got my new bed and it is beautiful! We ordered a sectional as well and its has this beautiful buttery soft leather that feels so good. They delivered and set up all our furniture making everything very easy for us. He was also very patient with us in the store (we were having a hard time deciding between several options) which we appreciated so much. I thought this store was too good to be true but I took a chance and Im so glad I did!

Me and my soon to be wife just moved and were looking to furnish our home. After looking around for a few minutes Mr. Ha was enthusiastic to help us after explaining our situation. We got great deals and got everything we needed from one stop. Friendly and fun humor made shopping easy for us. We couldnt be happier.

I almost drove right by it but we stopped by just to look at some furniture and bought almost our whole apartment furniture for so cheap and the owner was so funny and friendly. He gave us a great discount and made our experience a great one. We will definitely be back soon!!! The bed frame we purchased had to be ordered from California so we were willing to wait a while for it. We ordered it Thursday night and it was delivered MONDAY!!!! I wont go anywhere else but here. I would recommend it to anyone and everyone!

Put a couch set on layaway at the end of last year. Had a circumstance come up where I couldnt pick it up on time. Went to explain the situation to the owner and he was very understanding. Stored my couch set at no additional fee until I could come pick it up (about two months late). Was super cool about it. Ended up purchasing an awesome coffee table when I picked up my couch set which he held for me as well. All of the furniture is unique and although it is extremely stylish it is also affordable and the layaway option is extremely convenient for those on a budget! He was very helpful loading up the furniture and I plan to return when Im ready to upgrade my bedroom furniture also!

I purchased a bed for my boys as well as a modern couch for my house. The owner was great, did not pressure me at all, price was extremely reasonable, took his time to show me everything until I found what I needed. Not sure who gave them a bad review, must be a competitor or had a bad day, because H3 furniture is by far the best furniture store in tulsa. They have a lot of modern pieces not found anywhere else and the greatest customer service and delivery guys. They will definitely get my referrals as well as my continued business.

I found H3 furniture while doing some research online. They were the only place in town that had a good collection of modern/contemporary furniture. The owner, Hue, was very friendly and got me a great deal on a very nice sectional and coffee table. He was able to deliver the same day for me, which was extremely helpful. A++ service, I would definitely buy from H3 again and recommend anyone to take a look before dealing with some of the other typical places in town; Mathis Brothers, Snows, Sunshine, etc.

I bought a loveseat from this place recently and am very pleased with the quality and with the service. It was delivered by the manufacturer within a couple of weeks and the owner helped us get it into our vehicle. He was very helpful, good-humored and I believed him to be a fair dealer from our interactions.

We shopped online and every furniture store in Tulsa and always left unhappy and empty handed... until we stopped in H3!!! Love the store, the prices and the owner!! Bought three modern stools, leather sectional, two modern chairs and an AWESOME coffee table!! Will continue to go back and buy from and recommend!!

They are terrible. They have a huge selection of CRAP. Walls and walls of CRAP. The crap goes on for ever. I would not purchase a pile of crap gun from them. AVOID this place. They sell CRAP CRAP CRAP. Did I mention they sell CRAP.There customer service is horrific. Absolutely no customer service at all. i will not buy something from them if you want some kind of warranty. Not recomand at all.

The place got some beautiful furniture that you cannot find anywhere else cuz then you got to order what you like from his catalog and it takes some time to get your furniture

I had an absolutely excellent experience all around with H3 and I wouldnt hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Its hard to find modern furniture thats affordable in Tusla, but we were able to some nice pieces that fit our style after shopping around at probably a dozen places and leaving empty handed and scouring the internet.I have visited the large showroom several times and enjoyed chatting with the owner who never put any pressure on us at all to buy like a lot of furniture stores do. When we finally decided on a sofa and love seat, he personally delivered them the next day.Even if youre not a fan of modern furniture, its worth checking out because they have a selection of everything from $200 futons, to more traditional styles, to really high quality modern leather couches. We will definitely be back when we need more furniture!

I drove up to H3 Furniture not so sure about it with the location of it. But I was WAYY wrong. The owner has some of the nicest furniture I have seen and He can order you anything you like. He deff had the best prices in town. Our couch we purchased was for sale somewhere else for 1,200 and he sold it do us for 700!! You Cant beat that! He can deliver where ever and anytime you need. He is all about his customers 100%. I will recommend him to everyone I know that is need for furniture. This was my best shopping experience EVERR!!
