I needed a coupling for a vacuum pump on my carpet cleaning machine. It had failed before and I was looking for an alternative. I called a few places in town. Most did not return my call. None of them offered any help in solving my problem.When I called Unlaub and talked to Kyle, that all changed. Kyle took the time to find out what my problem was. He asked if I could bring the machine to Unlaub. When I walked in the door I was greeted at least three times by employees that walked by the counter. I was asked if I wanted any coffee or water. Every person that came in the room while I waited asked if I had already been helped. Kyle took the time to come out and look at my machine to see what was going on. He even got John, an engineer and powertrain specialist to come out and offer his professional opinion and suggest some alternatives. I got the part I needed and was quickly back in business.
