Needed a battery cable in a hurry. Tim made it happen. He didnt just sell me one, he made it to spec for my pick up later that same day. Real customer service.

Highly recommend this store!! Mark & Tim were extremely helpful and funny! They wanted to help and went the extra mile in order to do so. First trip, went to Lowe’s (my mistake) before going to West Marine. West Marine will be the first place I go to for any boat related supplies were parts.

I was pleasantly surprised to see a West Marine in Oklahoma. Its the only place to buy Interlux paint products for your boating vessel.

This store is really nice. It all kinds of unique items for boating and camping needs. Ive worked aircraft Composites for over thirty years and West Epoxy System is AWESOME. Its always a pleasure to talk with the store employees,👴🐊🇺🇸🐳

This place has a good selection of products. The staff is very nice and helpful. You can get in and out quickly at this location. This store being small it still has the products you need. They have some nice boat electronics on display also.

We arrived at West Marine at 5:53pm in desperate search of life jackets. We had seen they had some in stock online, so we made a bee-line there to get there before the closed at 6:00pm. As soon as he saw us pull in the parking lot, the gentleman working got out from behind the counter to start locking the door. We quickly went to ask if we could buy life jackets quickly before he closed. He said he didn’t have any. We saw them in the store behind him. When we pointed them out, he dismissively said that he didn’t have time, even though the store shouldn’t have been closed yet. We left without further complaint, still desperately needing life jackets, but we won’t be going back there to purchase them or anything else.

Rude... Sat out front waiting for them to open then When time to open he came out and told me he would have to be on the phone with IT because he was having a problem with the register... He said it would take about 15 to 20 min... Which I understand because I am in IT myself... But he then stated that even tho the store was supposed to be open I couldnt at least come in and look around... I do know for a fact it was because I was wearing a mask... Trust me it was quick and easy to figure it out... here in Tulsa alot of people treat you bad because you choose to wear a mask... Not right at all... Sad because I really liked the look of the store and the website... Sad first experience but at least I found out before I was attached... Will not be going again...

Staff is always very helpful but as usual with Westbury and the prices are outrageous. The five stars are really just because the staff is great can go out of their way to help you.

Never open. Come on 10-5. Whats the point. Even google clearly shows that their highest traffic is in the evening. 6pm was already hard to make but 5pm means I might as well order what I need from amazon with free shipping. Items in stock at this location are going down as well. Really nothing distinguishing this location anymore. Low stock bad hours.

If you are here for the epoxy it is much much cheaper if you shop around online. Ordering epoxy tint took 2 weeks to fulfill the order. In my case I would have saved $26 online and 12 days.

Phone system wont even put you through to them. Hard to do business that way.

They have stopped stocking sacrificial anodes, they say they have to order them. I do not have time to wait for them to be shipped in. What marine parts supplier does not stock sacrificial anode?

Not much product in the store. Not inviting to shop.

Pricey, but if you cant find it anywhere else they will have it or can get it.
