This was by far the easiest experience I’ve ever had. Tony was so professional and nice. They were so quick and gave excellent service. I’ve been a discount tire customer for the longest time but after today they gained a new customer!

I took my car in Friday morning at 7:00am as directed by the mechanic the day before stated they would get with me first thing because it’s first come first serve-I got a ride to work from a coworker as I left my transportation with them-I called at 11:00 they still had not even touched my car-I mentioned to them that I get off work at 3:00 and I need my car then-I arrived at 3:10 since I work close by-I was told my car was ready I paid 322.24 for 2/1/2 hours of work at 120 since I brought my own part-cool Im fine with that but when I went to reverse my car it would not move-another mechanic was near by looked underneath and stated the part I had put on had come off-what??- they began to push my vehicle to another hub to check it out-I waited 20 min while no one did anything and my car just sat jacked up on one side while I stood there wondering what’s going on-finally some one came out and began to bang and adjust once I left-there was a noticeable knocking noise-I go home at this time which is almost 5:00-I took my car back sat the next day and told them about my situation-someone even drove the car and agreed with my diagnosis- they told me it would be Monday before they could check it out-then they stated some one else was going to take a look-well time go’s by they bring it back and tell me we have good news and bad news-we’ll- good news it’s safe to drive but it may be the bushings you can call next week for a quote-😂😂😂 I work hard for my money -this just isn’t right-but I’ll be there first thing Monday morning this must be made right-God bless one love✌🏿

Had a great customer service experience, very well and professional of handling difficult customers. tbh. Go easy on them! They where packed today on a sat. Key for customers is patience and kindness to the mechanics that doing everything to get all the customers done right, I waited yes, everyone wins at the end. Thank you for your business!!!

Had a great experience at Robertson Tire this morning! My tire pressure light had been on for a few days and Im going out of town this weekend. Brought my car in, the immediately hoisted it up, found a slow leak, patched it and I was back on the road within 20 minutes! The staff was incredibly helpful and were more concerned about me being safe on the road this weekend, than they were about charging me! Ill definitely be back AND be telling everyone I know to do business here! Thank you Robertson Tire!

This location did not act like they wanted new business on more than one occasion. My grandmother has tried to get her car serviced here twice. The first time they took the car but lied about what days and times the car would be done. They play a lot of phone games, tell you one thing but say another in person !!! Also these were simple services such as oil changes, shocks, brakes and tires(not all at once). They literally took 2 days to get to an oil change once smh. The final straw was they took the car and said it would be ready at closing time, we came to pick it up and they said it would be at the top of the list the next morning, they had not worked on it at all. They choose the most high priced jobs and give them priority that became apparent. Also beware this is male dominated location(most are) so if you are a woman you may want to do your research before choosing to get work done to make sure the prices are correct. Luckily I convinced my Grandma to choose a place with Better customer service.

I can’t say enough nice things about Robertson tire. I own a mobile grooming business and they were able to switch out a tire for me in no time. Lacey and Skip extremely helpful and knowledgeable which left me feeling confident and comfortable.

My 2018 Mercedes has run-flat tires and I got a nail. I drove the car to Robertson Tire expecting to shell out several hundred bucks on a fancy-schmancy run-flat replacement. Tony was able to patch the tire for FREE. 100% will be back to this location for all vehicle issues.

Absolute best place for any tire or mechanic need...have taken work trucks there for years primo service and honest! Also only tire shop that will pull nails n plug for free! Only if needs replacing will they try to sell you a tire! Facts these guys are Great!

Excellent customer service and very friendly. We only had to wait for an hour considering they had to order a tire for our rental car and they were busy. We had a very pleasant experience. Everyone was hustling and working hard, but not so hard that they forgot to be sweet and kind to their customers. Wonderful people! Tulsa Oklahoma you rock! Especially, the young man with the silver long hair sitting at the front desk had me rolling about his friends going on their outing and their wives going shopping.

I was involved in a minor fender-bender near this store, I was on a work trip from Missouri. They were able to quickly service my car, get it running again to my specifications, and they made great time. They were very upfront about what needed done, and very willing to work with me on price so that I was able to save money, and be on my way as soon as possible. Very highly recommend their services!

Still horrible service. I wrote a review several years back and the owner responded accusing me of being dishonest about what transpired with my experience. I went back to this place one other time, in hopes of allowing to them to redeem themselves. Once again, they showed how how unprofessional they still are. Its unfortunate that rather than accepting constructive criticism, they instead choose to call the customer a liar, etc. I tried to give them an opportunity to redeem themselves, but their customer service continues to prove again and again how terrible it is. Thank goodness I am now an extremely satisfied customer with Discount Tires! WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, extremely well priced, and extremely timely with their services.

Went in for an oil change and decided to go ahead and get fuel filter changed while i was there. To change the fuel filter on a 05 f150 takes about 10 minutes tops and the filter cost around $10,as i have changed it many times on this truck. They charged me $80 labor and $20 for the filter! Cost more than the oil change,and the oil change takes more labor and cost in materials. So after a total of $187,i will find somewhere else next time.

I dont usually go to the machanic, in my opinion it is intimidating. My poor little brain just can not fathom all the details that go into account when it comes to vehicles. I came to Robinson to get a wheel alignment done on my Chevy Suburban. I was told first come first serve so I arrived early. I can tell the difference in the ride. The service was quick after we got the details of recommendations out of the way and the vehicles from the day before... Just a 3 hour situation. I felt no pressure in having these recommendations done. I was explained and understood what I was being told. Rob, thank you for your kindness and your humor. I would have taken away a star because of the wait ( my decision to wait) added it because of Rob. He explained and helped me before and after my service. I will come back.

We were visiting from out of town and realized we had driven over a nail. The tire wasn’t flat and we were glad we caught it early. We came in about 30 minutes before they closed and they plugged the tire for us and didn’t charge a thing for it. It was so nice of them to do that for us. Saved us a nightmare journey back to Dallas. The whole staff was friendly and the waiting area was super clean and really nice. Highly recommended - fantastic service.

Told me nothing was wrong with my vehicle I get home look under my vehicle and figured the issue out imediatly and I know barely anything about vehicles but I can say they looked right where the issue existed and said I was fine nothing was wrong and it was my CV axel boot had slipped off and was spewing oil everywhere and they didnt c that come on. Bad business man bad business

Rob Cummings is a Godsend! A friend recommended him, and Im so thankful he did! Fast, friendly service and theres no beating that price! My ex-husband went with me, and he was so impressed that he said not only will he take his personal vehicles to him for all his tire needs, but that hed make sure all the company trucks would be taken there as well.

SUPER HONEST! They could’ve sold me the 4 tires but I tried calling a couple other places and they had a friend help me out. Save me nearly $500!!!

Update: Spoke with Shane at Robertson Corporate Office. Very nice and friendly about the circumstances. They will work with me on trying to locate another hub cap so I have changed my review rating.Was in town for a horse show and needed a tire checked on my truck. Was told I had nothing wrong with the tire but recommended I have my tires rotated, which I did. But when I went to pick up the truck nothing was mentioned that my hub cap was missing which was not the case when I brought it to them, but I just happened to read it was missing on the receipt as I left. When I went back to the desk the man stated his employee mentioned it was missing. I was disappointed they did not mention so or ask me prior to this recommendation. They had looked at the truck in one bay and moved it to another bay to do the rotation. The hub cap was not missing prior to me taking it there and I’m certain had not fallen off in the short trip driving over there. Didn’t have a good feeling about this. Turns out to replace this hub cap is $150-$200. Not easy to find either.

Absolute best friendliest service in town Ive gone there twice with flat tires and both times they repaired it and no charge. They have really earned my business my respect and appreciation. I did also check their prices and theyre really not that bad for tires quite good value fast turnaround. I would highly recommend them if you need tires for your car or truck

Robertson is locally owned and one of those hard work success stories you admire. They have always serviced my vehicles and I have never had a complaint. Their staff is quick to resolve my automobile crisis so I can get back to work. Many locations around the metro makes it easy to get a vehicle to one of their shops no matter where I am. Price is always good too when I compare with other companies.

I went to Robertson Tires for squeaking front brakes and AC check. I left my vehicle overnight.John was very helpful and honest when he informed me my brakes were at 40% all the way around and didnt need changing, which would last up to 10,000 miles, but my rotors were very thin, which was making the squeaking. AC is now ready for the Oklahoma heat. My car repair was very affordable and John was honest and polite. I will DEFINITELY return to Robertson Tires. Thank you

Have not been to this store in a couple of years, looks like they had a complete turnover in employees. Store was neat and clean. Met the manager, he impressed me. Very knowledgeable, I have worked as a mechanic for 15+ years. Outstanding customer service and timely delivery of work. I know things can happen that can/will slow repairs. This store has got to be one of the best in town. Kudos Gateway to a well run store!

Had tires rotated and balanced for free since I purchased the tires from Robertson. Also had the inner finder liner replaced on my Honda Accord. Very satisfied with their work & would recommend them to my friends.

They were very helpful and did an excellent job. Had to change one tire and had a time constraint and they made it happen with no hiccups.

These guys work is good and prices are competitive. Service is usually quick and even when they get busy and backed up they move things along as fast as can possibly be done. They handle some service work as well as tires and wheels. Their work has always been good in my experience but I struggle to give them five stars because they are about to rudest a-holes you’ll ever deal with. (Retraction below)I try to always give a company as positive a review as I can and cannot stress enough their work has always been great but more than once during a visit you will be tempted to tell them “If me coming in is bothering you so much I can leave”!Retraction: By now the company has responded so I will leave my original post so their response fits. I intended to modify my original post but they responded quickly. My second interaction as I was leaving was completely different so perhaps I caught the guy at a bad moment or misunderstood his demeanor. I have had other interactions that fell good and bad in my opinion but the majority were good. Everybody has bad days so I will say these guys usually are excellent all around but they are human as well.

Great service!I went in for an oil change and also to ask about my brake pads after hearing some squeaking. I dropped off the car and went back to work.30-40 minutes later they called and said the oil change was done and that my brakes were fine and explained that the squeaking was from small rust buildups that occur after wet weather.Fast service and fair prices.

They did what we needed done. Had a blow out on a road trip just west of Tulsa 3am on a Saturday. They were on our route, and opened the soonest. We arrived at the tire shop about 6am and waited for them to open, which thy did promptly at 7:30am as listed. Their service didn’t blow me away, but they got us around back of the shop and had us fixed up with two new tires and and good tire pressures all the way round, then we were back on the road by 8:15.

I went in for a tire replacement. The staff was very friendly and professional. They had me in and out in no time at all. The facility was very clean and pleasant. The price was very reasonable. Overall a very pleasant experience.Also, Robertson Tires has the best online site than any other tire store. I was able to reserve the tire i needed and coordinate my appointment.I would highly recommend Robertson Tire to everyone. Truly a place where customer service means something.

Great guys to work with

I showed up at 7:30 in the morning, and I was the first person in line which was good. The manager told me it was going to cost me $54.99 to check my AC to see if anything wrong with it I said thats okay. 2 hours later he comes back and says its going to only cost me $250 and fix it which included the diagnostic fee. I said fix it because that was a good price to fix my air conditioning whats your turned out to be a hose that had a hole in it was leaking freon out.The following week went on vacation we had a great time. Robertson Tire took good care of us.

Who would of known that a woman can walk into a tire shop and love the atmosphere so much!! This is the only place me and my mother take our vehicles to get serviced. I had a major issue with my car last summer and when I spoke with a friend he recommended what I should get fixed. When I took it to Robertson they were open to investigating what I had recommended and everything went smoothly. Very friendly staff. I now take my car there for oil changes.

Edited because the Robertson guy called and attempted to explain it away.Rediculously over priced. We had them replace a fuel pump. My husband heard $176 and agreed. When they called to say it was done it was $401.76. I understand that was a mix communication but come on... The receipt listed the part as $272 and when i looked it up at local parts stores its 80-130 so they got $150-200 in mark up alone. He also quoted me $88 for an oil change and when i picked the car up the sign said $59.99 for full synthetic. Apparently they gave me the price for premium synthetic. Although its $50-60 for synthetic oil change at most oil change places A piece of the plastic on the center console was broken at their shop as well. They are blaming the tow truck driver but my husband is who steered the car onto the tow truck, and we followed it to Robertson. The part got changed and i have no complaints about the way the car runs but we were WAY over charged and they broke something on the interior.I planned on taking my other vehicle in to fix my air conditioner but i will find somewhere else to fix it.Also, Id like to know where I did not tell the truth. There is nothing in the review that was not truthful.

Hello all! I just had my first experience with Gateway Tire! I am not one to make a point to get on the internet and write a review about a place, even if it was exceptionally good or bad. This was by far the quickest and most efficient auto shop visit I have ever had. I went a few places before Gateway, and I am so happy I chose them. Polite and concise staff, they were so quick, and they did not charge me after patching up my tire! I am shocked and so humbled to say the least. Gateway made my day.

A pretty cool and calm place to land and get my tires taken care of. Great people in a peaceful place.

They have balanced and rotated tires for me, fixed flats for free a couple of times, and always given wonderful friendly customer service. And, that was before Id ever bought any tires from them! I bought my last set of tires from them specifically for that reason without shopping around too much for prices. They were not the cheapest, but I felt supporting them was worth a little bit more for me to repay them for all the service theyve done before.If youre looking for your hometown tire store, Id highly recommend this location. If other locations operate as this one does, Id recommend them all.

Customer is always wrong. Treated as though I was trying to cheat Robertson because I could not prove that nobody had worked on my wheel since they did. Lug nut was cross-threaded. Robertson took no responsibility even though I had a twenty-five year record of having them do my work. Had a long e-mail exchange with a Robertson family member. Got nowhere. The company attitude comes from the top. I will not take any business to them ever again.

Needed my tires rotated and didnt know if they would take care of me since they bought me local Gateway tires. The guys were great and I waited less than 20 minutes for everything to be finished. Will be back

Disrespectful and dishonest!I took my vehicle in due to AC not blowing cold. I received a phone call a few hours later explaining they found the leak. The mechanic asked if I would like to have the system vacuum checked to verify there were no leaks. He also asked if I would like them to perform $700 worth of brake maintenance due to all four rotors and pads needing replacement. Knowing the condition of my brakes, I asked for the leak check and charging of my AC only. A few hours later I received another call saying my car was ready. The total bill was under $100 and I thought the job had been done in a timely manner. When I got into my car the stereo was turned up all the way and I noticed they had driven my car over 40 miles! When confronted with this they offered to buy me some gas next time I come in. One month later the AC stopped blowing cold again. I took it to another shop who found the faulty hose, replaced it, and charged the system. They inspected my brakes and reported they were in good condition. They did not have to drive the vehicle at all.

I dropped my car off to have a nail removed from my tire. They called me within the hour to let me know that it had been repaired and was ready for pickup. The company I work for has used Gateway on company trucks, however this repair was for my personal vehicle. They didnt charge me for the repair and the customer service was incredible! I will be sure to use this company in the future. It was a great experience!
