These guys are the most honest and kind automobile maintenence and repair shop in town. We were told we needed new brakes at another shop - they said that we didn’t they were fine. I was on the road coming back from Rogers, AR and blew out a tire. Drove to a tire shop in Siloam Springs. They tried to convince me I needed 4 new tires. Drove slow on my spare back to Tulsa. Robertson said “nope” tried to fix my spare and then just sold me one tire.

Absolutely outstanding customer service! I came in with a leaking back tire which turned out to be a nail, and they fixed it for no charge. Plus, Ive had a bent rim on my front tire for months which my dealership told me wasnt affecting the structural integrity of the wheel so they wouldnt fix it under warranty, and Robertson also fixed that! I cant wait to do my next oil change here, theyre awesome!

My Jeep is back on the road in no time! After running over a nail this weekend I dreaded going into a tire shop. I wasn’t sure how much it would be or even how long it would take. I stopped by on my lunch and within two hours they had my tire patched for free. I have always had great service from this location. I have been to other Robertson locations too with great success. Just a great locally owned tire and repair business. They have always fixed my flats and slow leaks for free. That is great customer service and makes you want to do business with them.

Lobby was clean. Was greeted immediately upon my arrival. Came for an oil change and tire rotation. Was advised tires too bad off for a rotation. Worked with me on getting all 4 of them replaced and for a decent price. They had to get the tires from their off site warehouse. I only had to wait an extra hour for everything to be taken care of which I thought was good. Have been a loyal customer for over 10 years.

Ive had good, bad, and moderate experiences with this Robertson Tire but wont be going here again. The other day with the icy streets I spun out and hit a curb with my rear, passenger side wheel. It wasnt a very hard impact but a car pulled out and I had to swerve which made me do a 180 into the curb due to the ice. I took it to them and told them to call me after inspecting it. I got a call about 20 minutes later that before they could fix it I needed to take it to a body shop and make sure the frame wasnt damaged. This car has body damage from when it was previously my moms and I feel they took a look at the outside, maybe drove it around the parking lot but I kind of doubt that and saw the damage to the rear bumper so on a day when they werent busy at all they seemed to do the bare minimum. They couldnt quote me a price since obviously they didnt put it on a lift. They told me if the frame isnt bent it would be between 2-3K but couldnt give me a breakdown of what was damaged or quote even within a few hundred dollars. I took it for a second opinion today after thinking things over and another mechanic can repair it for a little over $800. Also, they replaced a fan blower motor on my wifes car in either early 2019 and the original blower motor resistor blew that night. The next day I got another one from Napa and it blew. I called and told them the fan was blowing unusually hard and blew 2 resistors and I think there may be an issue with the wiring. They told me the fan was installed correctly and Napa parts are cheap but that doesnt explain blowing the original resistor but they couldnt do anything other than change the resistor. I finally got one to work about a year and it blew. I got another one that blew a couple weeks ago. Now, the fan isnt coming on at all at times. I should mention I told my wife to only run the fan on high unless she has to turn it down figuring this causes less stress on the resistor. This is an enormous stress with the icy weather so each night Im having to put a blanket on her windshields since some mornings without the fan she cant defrost the windows. Sometimes, the blower motor will come on in the morning, at times on her way to work, other times it wont come on until her way home and she takes two 30 minute breaks in her car and as you could guess sometimes the fan works and other times not. Lastly, I had a Honda that gave me accelaration issues a few years back and they told me it was the catalytic converter. Once replaced, it still had similar issues and I took it back. This time I was told it needed a new computer panel for the car. I asked about the catalytic converter and they told me that needed to be done too so they didnt make a false diagnosis. That repair totalled I think around $1,200 and the car quit on me after a few months anyway. Ive had good experiences when replacing tires. Once I had a flat and they were able to repair it at no cost. I kept going here due to the location being so close to my house and being able to drop it off and walk home while they work on the cars. Also, they seem to have good customer service. I get the call Hey this is Kyle from Robertson Tire and hes very nice and has great customer service skills but Im through bringing things into Robertson Tire. I felt the times mentioned above they didnt do a good job but I somehow justified to continue going there in my own head by being too trusting. After, this experience with my Prius and really thinking it over realizing they didnt even put it up on a hoist and thats why they couldnt give me a true estimate. Then after stressing about going to a body shop or just purchasing a new car since this car is only worth about 5K and needing 2-3K in repairs I really looked back at these other issues and would never go here for anything mechanical. Look through your system and you can see how much Ive spent with you guys over the years but Im never coming here again with these experiences. Id recommend others not to take your car here other than for tires or oil changes as well.

Wonderful service! There was a bit of a wait time but more than enough restaurants around to kill time while waiting. The wait time was due to my time management failure and arriving at 10a on a Saturday. They still got it done an hour faster than the projected wait time. Very courteous and would happily return for other car repair needs. Competitively priced and they will price match.

Here.... Go here! Here is why...I went in with my truck unsure of what was causing my tire pressures to fluctuate without cause. I came in alone clearly single woman; generally a hit mark for tire/ mechanic shops. The guys there listened to my issue pulled the truck back within minutes had patched a nail in a tire I was unaware of fixed the tire sensors the previous place I went to didnt rotate with my tires. No charge because estimates are FREE and patches apparently. Ill be back for all automotive related issues. Thanks guys!

Ive been using Robertson Tire for years, and I trust them fully and completely with the care of my automobiles. When I was fresh out of college (a.k.a. broke), my Honda Accord with 300k miles on it crapped out. I took it to them, they thought it was one problem, installed the fix, found out my engine had died, removed the fix and returned the car to me free of charge - didnt even charge me for labor! It was a godsend because I had to unexpectedly replace the car, and at the time, I dont think I couldve done both (this also happened about a week before Christmas). That kind of thing makes you loyal for life to a mechanic!Weve used them for almost all our vehicle needs for probably a decade now, and we always have a quick and positive experience. Highly recommend to those looking for a trustworthy, honest and friendly neighborhood mechanic!

Excellent experience! Everyone Ive dealt with, either over the phone or at the store, has been great. They are polite, patient, and actually listen to what you say. In the store, I noticed that the employees are also polite and friendly with each other, and no one seems stressed out. They are relaxed yet task-focused. Estimates are accurate, very reasonable and work is often completed before the approximated time, even with continuous walk-ins. Comfortable environment if you have to hang out to wait for your car.

I was so impressed with Robertson Tire. I had fluid leaking from my car and they initially told me it was going to be $1200-1300 to repair the power steering. Once they started working on my car, they found it was actually a loose part and the entire thing did not need to be replaced! They didnt end up charging me anything. They could have easily just replaced the part and charged me anyways but they showed honesty and integrity, two traits that are rare to find with car repair shops. I definitely recommend the Brookside location!

Refreshing for a business to take the treatment and care of their customers especially loyal ones so importantly.At the end of the day, the issue was with one employee who I believe the management has spoken to and dealt with. The rest of my experience with Robertson has been excellent and the rest of the staff has been always been helpful and cooperative. Ethan especially has been kind and good to my 68 year old mother and taken the time to answer any questions and explain any issues with her car. My family has utilized Robertson Tire exclusively for their car maintenance for years and will continue to do so.Original Post/Complaint:Short of it: Rude guy. Service is not as friendly and amicable as it use to be.Side note: I get the partial synthetic change which Ive been told gives you 5,000 miles between oil changes instead of 3, but the sticker is always for 3,000, but I am not sure if thats my misunderstanding.Long of it: My family has been exclusively using Robertson Tire for our three vehicles for a very long time, ever since Mike was working the desk there. Due to our loyalty and frequent use, we received a 10% discount on work. In the past year or so, one individual has been an issue. When asked about the discount I was told there is no such thing and that I couldnt have been receiving one, a cursory glance at my records would so a negative number that would equal 10% of the total. In essence calling me a liar, did not appreciate it. When I spoke with another individual about it, he gave me $10 off coupon and told me it was more than the 10% anyhow. Ever since, without asking, I was giving this coupon for my oil changes. Today, after paying and reviewing my receipt I saw that I had no received my $10 off coupon. So I went in asked about it, and immediately received attitude. When I explained that I normally dont ask cause its been applied I was told No one gives away money. Again, in essence calling me a liar. Same man as before that told me I couldnt have been receiving a loyalty discount. When I said I had been coming there a long time and never had to ask, he again said, no one gives a way money his tone and his attitude and his implication was offensive. As a result, I will genuinely not be utilizing this shop anymore.

I had a rogue cone base roll in front of my vehicle and somehow managed to put a hole in the sidewall of my car. I wasnt far from the tire shop so I called and told them that I would be there as fast as I could. They were locked up by the time that I got there but Ethan stayed to make sure that I could get my car to him so they could work on it first thing in the morning.I got a call that they were done with my car around 10 or 11 the next day and they left a message that said that they had completed the job. I picked it up at 5:25 and started to drive to run some errands. I get out of the parking lot and I immediately notice that my car is out of alignment. I pull over at the quick trip and give them a call. Ethan picks up the phone and I explain to him that my car was not out of alignment when I dropped it off. He expressed that there shouldnt have been anything done to the car that would have made it go out of alignment, but he took my word for it and said that he would give me an alignment free of charge.Tremendous customer service as shown by Ethan is paramount to me and he just won my business. From now on, I will use this shop to take care of all of my vehicle tune ups, maintenance, and repairs.

Was a long time customer and just bought a set of tires from them for my 4Runner. Came time later that I wanted to add a 5th matching spare so I called for a price and they quoted me $25 higher than Discount Tire. Even after telling them I was a recent customer and my girlfriend is due up for a new set they would only price match the price of the tire not the complete install and told me I was comparing apples to oranges when I said Discount Tire was beating them.Needless to say I went to Discount Tire and got it even cheaper than they had quoted me. Ended up beating Robertsons price by $50 and they were a complete pleasure to work with. The quality of work is decent at Robertson but they are not at all interested in giving competitive prices. Go elsewhere for better customer service and cheaper prices.

Been trusting them for exactly a year now, have gotten service on both of my vehicles. I had one issue, which wasnt their fault, after getting my headlights replaced, they promptly fixed the issue for me. Will continue to use them for all my needs for my current and future vehicles.

We were visiting Tulsa family when our alternator seized and burned up the drive belt. Robertson replaced the alternator and belt and worked with my hometown mechanic to make sure the warranty on the old one was taken care of. I would recommend their service highly.

Each time I visit this Robertson location, I am always pleased with their customer service, service on my vehicle and their willingness to ensure my vehicle is in a safe condition. With every visit, they go above and beyond and I always leave with a smile on my face! I can always put my full confidence in this staff to take the best care of my car!!!

These guys were great, especially Matt. They got us 4 new tires for our Honda Pilot and at a fantastic price, crushed Discount Tire. Service was fast and extremely friendly. Most important to us they were open and trustworthy when setting us up with different options for tires. We never felt pushed and misled like I have at other places. This location is not close to us since we live in Bixby but will be going back to them in the future for our other cars as well.

I will never buy tires anywhere else. Their service is simply outstanding and necessary with Tulsa roads. Service on tires bought through them is always free and they have me in and out fast.

I went in for an oil change, which took quite a while. But I was very concerned that out of 4 people at the desk or sales floor, 1 was masked, 1 was wearing his mask around his neck, and 2 werent even making a pretense.

Used this location for the first time, just as good as the BA store. Friendly, honest staff, great service, and while they suggested some services, they were not pushy at all.

I have had my cars serviced there for 4 years now. They are wonderful and very competent.

Went there to get Auto AC charged but I had a ruptured line. They showed me where it was as busted and even told me where I could get the line repaired if possible. And didnt charge me since they couldnt fix it. Couldnt but found a complete assembly which they installed. Very happy with service.

I cant speak highly enough of the management and staff at Robertson Brookside. They worked with me through the entire process of decision making for the service I had done, stood behind their quote with no extra costs or hidden charges, and got the work done ahead of schedule. The service techs were genuinely excited by their work and anxious to talk to me about the details.As for the negative reviews; keep in mind that very few people will bother to go online to post about a good experience. A much higher percentage of people will post about their negative experience. Every business will have opportunities to resolve issues that arise during the course of doing business. As far as I am concerned, I fully trust Robertson Brookside to deal with me fairly and honestly should an issue arrive when I return for future service.

I have been using Roberson Tire at Brookside for quite a few years. I trust them to give me the right information and to charge a fair price. They have built a business on relationships and it shows in the way that they treat their customers.

Every time I take my car there they are super friendly and multiple times I have had small issues with tires that they have fixed with no charge. My tire has been leaking air for weeks and they figured out that the rim was bent. They fixed my bent rim and resealed the tire free of charge! They only charged me for an oil change which was only $40. I truly appreciate their integrity and honesty. This has been my experience with every Robertson tire, not only the brookskde location. They are awesome.

Wanted to share my experience, its not often that a customer has a positive impacting experience with customer service. I spoke with Matt over the phone while I was price shopping, he was very patient with me and Ill admit I can be repetitive. Even though I was just shopping prices, he treated me as if I was still his customer. When I arrived I was greeted and offered small talk and coffee as I waited for my ride to pick me up. When I returned to pickup my car, the manager proactively offered to replace the battery in my key remote and went out if his way to make sure my spare was in the trunk. As long as this staff is there, Ill be a repeat customer for years to come. I cant say enough good things about my experience there. My car was ready in a small amount of time and they called me as soon as it was ready with the same positive attitude when I was a potential customer. I think the managers name as ethan... not positive about that.

Broke college kid with a bald tire, when I only asked for one the guy at the front desk (Matt) didnt even question it, and they got it done for way less than I was expecting. They even bumped me up in line when I couldnt get a ride to leave the car there. Would recommend.
