I have an excellent buying experience. I purchased 5 months ago during covid. Everything was done online! And they delivered. I will say however at that time I just lost my husband ( veteran) and before his passing he wanted to purchase our next vehicle from them. I relayed this message thinking mark or Zoya would reach out since they are very much veterans oriented but they didnt. ( the salesman said he would relay the message I dought he did)Also my car was not cleaned inside and no mats but, I would buy from them again.
