All the guys went above and beyond. They treated me with respect and kindness. I had a blinker out that I had the light for and I was told by another place it was inaccessible, 3 guys took time to look my car over to check if they could change it for me. Although they could not I so appreciate service as good as this, as sadly it is hard to come by.

Scott N. gave me good advice when I asked about getting my tires rotated. He said it wasnt needed because I had just done it on my last one. Saved me from paying for a service I didnt need at this time.

These guys are great. Limped in with a flat tire, they tried to air it up. Wouldn’t air up so they put on my spare. So friendly and helpful. They are now my go to place. Will send my wife and kids there. Wow!

I was waiting for probably 10 or less minutes on a mitsubishi mirage. Not the biggest car but they busted that out quick and even replaced what looked a pain to change headlight. These guys are fast. Definitely jiffy. My only minus I would say is the waiting room was closed (Im assuming because of Rona and it was a bit chilly outside). Overall solid work and customer service.

I am an advanced mechanic in industry. I normally do all my own work on everything I own. My schedule hasnt really been that great for me tending to my own car so I went to these guys. They are super thorough, very professional, and work very fast. It was such a relief to get the work done by such a great team at Jiffy Lube. Great job! I will be back. Thank you all.

Very efficent. Taken back about driving my own car in and watching them work. Usually get out and they drive it in. I guess its a covid thing.

I went to the 15th and Lewis location in Tulsa Oklahoma and their windshield chip apparatus didnt work so I went to the Harvard location and the work was phenomenal! I cant even tell the chip in glass was there and it was the cheapest place in town $29.99! I had called another company and they wanted $118? Ahhh...NO!

Waited in the bay area in my car and was completely ignored. So I backed out and left. Unfortunately I had used this location many times must be management.

The Team at Jiffy Lube at 15th & Lewis are a machine. I pulled into the bay, walked next door to Braums to get a drink (who had no line), walked back and my oil change was done and pulled out of the bay. KUDOS!

This place is a rip off. Charge way too much and try to sell you what you dont need. Didnt ask for coupon, then too late to use it. Staff was friendly and quick. They explained everything to me that I didnt understand. I was in and out in like 15 minutes.I also paid less than I have at most places. They accept gratuity and split it among themselves. They all did work on my car and topped off my fluids and air in my tires.Love it here. When Im in Tulsa and need an oil change Im going here everytime.

I went for an oil change and they overcharged me. Horrible customer service, came in for an oil change and came out with a $100 bill. If you wanna be hustled come to this place!

This is the location i go to all the time. Very efficient with their services. Some are over priced, but i only go for my oil changes.

This place was top-notch! My first time visiting here and I was treated with prompt service and everything was explained to me perfectly. I just came in for a quick oil change, yet the staff still took time to explain to me anything that I might want to look at in the next six months that might need serviced. I know this is part of their job, But they did it in such away I did not feel pressured or unknowledgeable. They also did such a great job of recommending the best place to get some of those services done.

They are very helpful and friendly. I went in to get the oil changed. They also lubed the front end of the other truck at no charge. Thats actually why i went back for the oil change. Very good and professional place to go.

Fast oil change but i looked under my truck after and oil was leaking from my drain plug and i had to tighten it myself it was finger loses and have a oil stain on my driveway now

All I will say is make sure you check your undercarriage protective gear to make sure it is still there when you leave

Denied my oil change because they said my oil was cross threaded. Turned out it wasn’t and denied my oil change for no reason. They were cautious however.

I’ve been coming to this Jiffy since i moved to Tulsa in January and every time i return they treat me better and better. These people are amazing and actually care. It is clear they are under awesome management and the management knows how to choose prime employees. I hate writing reviews but when a place is as outstanding as this, they deserve the recognition!!!

It was quick and easy, less than 15 minutes.

The service was quick, efficient, and saved us some money. They even inspected and installed new windshield wipers for our car. We will definitely use their services again.

I have had several visits to jiffy lube. Have had the best service i could ask for up until my lady one. I had asked the attendant to check my tire pressure. After leaving i noticed y that the 2 tires on the drivers side had been aired up while the other side went untouched. Now i will have to make another trip somewhere to have that done.

Very quick, friendly did a few extra things that went above and beyond. Id give 5 stars but I found a rag left in the engine the next day. They did get slammed right after they started on my car.

They seem to do good work but this time they kept our ashtray out of our car. And the overall amount was a good $15 higher than it was last time. 🙁

Service was great wait wasn’t bad at all. They take you through a brief overview of your vehicle. As well as show you what they’ve done and assure you that they did what they said they would do. Also advised me of any upcoming services that may need to handled. I love that I got my oil change and get free top off in between oil changes. Great customer service as well !

They are knowledgeable. manager on duty builds race cars. Amazing customer service skills. Superhuman patience. Watched the manager on duty completely neutralize a potentially ugly situation, by simply and kindly helping a person.

Theyre just like any other Jiffy Lube, except they got a lot more expensive and they try to upsell you which drives me crazy. I use to go in there and be able to get it quick oil change at a fairly reasonable rate anymore its expensive. I realize that synthetic oils and things that last longer and cost more but lets get real, I used to be able to drop in for a quick oil change for a $19.95 plus the cost of any air filters. Now it cost me $87 without any filters needed. The service personnel are top of the game they are quick, they go through and walk you through any filters that you authorized to change or parts that may be needed they top fill all your fluids make sure everything looks good let you know if anything looks like theres going to be a problem, when finished they very nicely walk you through everything they did show you that all tanks have been filled that all caps are tighten then asked you if there are any questions and tell you have a great day good people. Will definitely use again.

No wait today. Today is ladies day. $8 off. Very nice and friendly. Great service. No wait. Got in out less than 30 minutes. I go only to this location and never had any problems.

My car was not cooling properly, and I went to Jiffy Lube to have them check the freon levels (the problem was actually a dirty air filter that was blocking air flow, as well as user error - I wasnt using the max air flow on my air conditioner). Oops! ;) The employees were very helpful and kind! I am quite out of my element when it comes to cars, but they were very gracious with me! Thankful it was an easy problem to fix and my baby is now much cooler in the back seat! :) Thanks Jiffy Lube!

I have been going to this one for 5-7 years now. The manager was a floor mechanic when I first started. They will, when your selling your car,print out everything done to your car. I change the oil every 5k miles, wiper blades,bad bulbs and all. Very nice to have your own car fax

Ive been a customer for a very long time. The staff is polite, considerate and efficient. The service I get at Jiffy Lube is terrific. It reminds me of service we used to get years ago. Traffic in that location is difficult. Also I am accustomed to being able to remain in my vehicle instead of sitting in a waiting area and going back and forth to the counter etc. I will return my business to Speedy Lube. Staff were kind and accommodating. However, the style of service is inconvenient to me.

Staff was wonderful no issues got me in and got me out I appreciate it and the young lady that gave me my receipt try to fix the issue with the receipt as best as she could found out the receipt printed twice the second one was good very good experience 🤓👍

I never leave reviews, but I really felt compelled to do so after the excellent service I received. I didn’t share with them the fact with have been in management in the automotive field for over 20 years. I really was impressed with every aspect of my service visit. I will be back for sure.

Ive been going to this location for years, and they are getting better every year. I was able to get quick service for my car, with the work customized for my previous visit. Instead of charging me for a tire rotation, they noted that the tires were worn down enough that I should get them replaced. Friendly, fast service!

A simple oil change was over $100.00 and something as low as a vacuum wasnt performed.

I went to this location on 15th and Lewis in Tulsa and the service was just horrible. They did an oil change on my Jeep and when I got home to fill the antifreeze I noticed oil leaking frm my engine. I immediately went underneath to try to find the problem and discovered they had somewhere they leaked engine oil all over the bottom of my engine. They tried to cover it up but they left oil saturated towels underneath my engine. I took it back fearing they forgot to finish the oil change but found out they lost oil everywhere but they couldnt tell me how it happened. I took it back to their shop and not even the manager there gave me a discount or coupon for the inconvenience of all the mishap. Trust me ppl, I will never return here. Si sad bcuz I always used to go to Jiffy Lube all the time for my oul change. From here on forward, I will take my business somewhere else. Thanks Jiffy Lube manager at 15th and Lewis you really showed your professionalism.

The cabinet where they keep the condiments very dirty the service was good. I wanted my car vacuum out. I asked the guy if he vacuum my car like I asked. He forgot .I taken my car their for several years, this was the first time I was disappointed

Excellent service and very well run. I was completely happy with the services they performed on my car. They changed my oil and also discovered that I had one of my brake lights out which was much better than LEO informing me of that.

I just moved into.the neighborhood so I thought I would give them a try. Thry are so friendly and welcoming. I really like how they show you that your oil is filled up so there is no questions. Plus you can watch them from inside. Yes I will be back!
