We took our car here to have some much needed repairs and they were upfront and professional about what needed to be repaired and the cost for what was needed. Samantha is awesome! She kept us informed about everything that was needed, when to expect the repairs to be completed, and let us know right away when something unexpected happened. We can hear her sincerity and smile in her voice! Shes definitely an added benefit to the amazing job the mechanics do here!

I have no complaints with this store. Josh their former employee then others followed suit sought out my cars problem, gave me an estimate was very polite an didnt assume anything by me. I would recommend anyone to bring their car here for maintenance care.

Drive belts were replaced and alternator was not needed as originally expected.

I came to this location two weeks ago for an oil change and they said my rear brake pads were bad and needed replaced immediately as they were almost gone. However, I was told the person who works on brakes only works Mon-Fri. I also work Mon-Fri so today I took my car to a Robertson Tire location to have my rear brake pads replaced. Not only did I not need to have my rear brake pads replaced they informed me I had approx. 90% of my brake pads left and they found zero issues. I will never use this Jiffy Lube location again.

I began to run low on oil, way before my 3,000 mile oil change. I had to come in halfway between oil changes to get my oil topped off. My oil was getting low so quickly. I would ask if I had an oil leak somewhere. I was consistently told “No” that it was just because I had an older car and that was why it had begun to burn more oil.This past week, right after an oil change, my car had a major problem. It ended up being due to an oil leak inside the engine. Even after all my inquiring, no one ever checked out my engine for an oil leak. Therefore, major damage was done to my engine, which required an expensive repair. Very disappointed. I’ve use this shop for almost 10 years. I know the shop was purchased by Jiffy Lube in the last couple of years. It was locally owned before the purchase. A lot of the former employees and mechanics left, once Jiffy lube purchased it. My first bad experience here. It was a big one, too.

I can only give one star due to their choice of using the incorrect oil filter. I have just changed my oil for the first time since this Jiffy Lube did and upon removing the filter I noticed that is was quite small, in fact my filter wrench I have always used was too big. After getting the filter off I compared it to the OE Ford Motorcraft filter FL-820S that is standard equipment for my truck and the filter Jiffy Lube used is 1/2 the size. It’s possible that the smaller filter doesn’t have equivalent flow rates and filtering capabilities as the OE filter. Ford engineers selected the OE filter for a reason and that is what must be run on the vehicle. I did not see any engineers at the Jiffy Lube to make this determination to run a smaller filter. I will not be going back due to their neglect and creating potential damage to my motor.

This was by far the best experience I’ve had when having issues with my car.The staff worked diligently finding what the issue was when my rear lights would not work. They were determined to find the source of the issue.They were able to locate the problem after working on my car for more than an hour. The issue was actual in the wiring but was found only after taking the time to thoroughly locate and fix the issue.This is a perfect example for providing excellent service to customers.Thank you for your time and patience with fixing the issue with my vehicle. Have been a satisfied customer for years. Last week popped in and ask if they could fill my tire and do oil change as quick as possible as I had an event to attend. They fixed my turn signal, did oil change and fixed tire in less than 20 minutes!! They are always so pleasant and take car of my car perfectly!

Went to Jiffy Lube yesterday for an oil change and they are just wonderful. Good guys, great attitudes and good prices... not to mention very fast service! I prefer getting the full synthetic because I don’t drive very much and they’re way more affordable than other places I’ve been. They’re honest and don’t try to sell you stuff you don’t need like a lot of places. I’m glad they reminded me I needed new wipers because I always forgot until it was raining. I also noticed they washed my windows just because. I will only be getting my oil changes here from now on! Thanks for the great service guys!

We had a string of issues with our car and one big issue was the battery. Out of all the places we called, this jiffy lube took our car and had us back up and running in perfect condition in no time. The service is always amazing - they educate, give options, and dont ever make us feel like we are being sold extra stuff we dont need. Its a drive from the house, but worth it 100%. Best location in Tulsa!

The guys there are great. They took care of me very fast. Was able to watch them do the whole thing. They even vacuumed the inside. And cleaned all my windows inside and out. And im coming back shortly to have my headlights restored like new for very cheap! This is the only place i will take all my vehicles. I trust these guys 1000 percent!

The people working at this store have always treated me well over the years. I get my oil changes and repair work done there. They have always been fair and honest with me about what my car was really needing or not needing. And you can tell how nice the environment is when you walk in there. The workers are happy and the waiting room is very comfortable although I never seem to spend very much time waiting in there. I always recommend this store to my friends.

I really appreciate that this location doesn’t try and sell you what you don’t need. At least in my experience, I have always been treated fairly and professionally with very fast service. They’re a little further away than some other places around me but I’ll go the extra mile to them since they go the extra mile for me.

Ive been a Jiffy Lube customer for about 15 years, but had never been to this location. Had to come back an hour after an oil change here because my car was making a strange, new noise. They told me it was because my belt was wet. I don’t know much about cars, but I believed them and went on my merry way with the noise still there.Fast forward a couple of weeks and the noise is still there…that’s not right. I took it to the dealership’s service department, explained what happened and had some audio of the noise. They looked under my car and discovered the undercarriage splash guard on my car was dragging because the bolts were missing because they weren’t put back on after the oil change. I had an excessive amount of oil that had spilled out and the filter was not secure. The dealership replaced the bolts and helped me out as best they could, but told me to take it back to Jiffy Lube to clean up the oil, replace my filter, and do a new oil change.I spoke to the Jiffy Lube manager on Monday and explained my issue. He was very apologetic and said he’d take care of me. I decided to bring it back on that following Wednesday when I knew he was working.The service tech gets me all taken care of and brings out my car (very nice guy actually). They have only cleaned up the oil mess because the manager hasn’t told them anything about what has to be done (and I wasn’t asked). Back my car goes into the garage. They bring it out again and I confirm they’ve replaced the filter and completed a new oil change. I also ask him if he double checked that the undercarriage splash guard was secured this time. They reassured me it was, but it wasn’t. I got to Riverside Drive and had to turn around to the splash guard dragging the whole way back to Jiffy Lube.They eventually did make it right and got me fixed up after a 4th visit to this location plus 1 visit to the dealership. Never saw the manager (who was there), apparently, he was still too busy. I kind of hoped they would at least reimburse me for the original oil change they royally screwed up, but they didn’t. No freebies for this lady!

I have never had the level of service at a Jiffy Lube like I had here! The technician went above and beyond...not pushing services, but offering real suggestions. Reminding me that they would refill fluid between oil changes and even offering to fix a small windshield wiper issue if I brought back the part. I’m impressed and will return to this location to see these professionals!

Bart was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, thorough and helpful. Because of his attentiveness to detail it did not have an assembly line feel to it, but took the time to advise me what to expect next time, making me want to come back to this location for continuity of service and really appreciate feeling like I can trust my vehicle to someone who won’t recommend services I don’t currently need and gives me some time with advanced warning as to what additional services I’m likely to need next time. Really nice experience-different from the rote rattling off of fluid levels that are “all fine.”

The waiting area was exceptionally clean and tidy. I was impressed with the service and appreciated the fact that the staff advised me of any maintenance that was needed, without pushing me to have it done there.I also appreciated the excellent wondow cleaning they provided as part of the service.

The guy who did my tail lights though took the bad bulbs and put them in another spot so my rear fog light being out went to that being fixed and my brake light being out. Other than that it was great service but I do catch the little stuff and that’s is the only reason they got 4/5 stars

Ive taken my car here twice now, and I would never take it any where else! Every time I come in the people are BEYOND nice, and so kind and understanding! It would be easy for them to take advantage of me, as I dont know anything about cars, but they never have. They give me great deals, and have called me several times to make sure its okay to do xyz on my car, they call with updates on my car and always have smiles when I come in. I would 100/10 recommend them to anyone with car troubles!!!

On July19th I brought my vehicle in to see what the issue was with my gas gauge. The needle kept moving after the car was parked. I started the car to discover. Josh replaced the fuel pump. There was a miscommunication at first, the problem was intermittent and that there would have to be proof, it was acting up. I took the car home. Same problem, made an appointment a week later. Came in on July 29th. They took the car for gas and to see if.they could catch the gas gauge acting up. As I explained if you reset the fuel pump, I will be good to go. Not only did they reset the fuel pump. Changed the oil. No charge for a days work. Thank you Josh for fixing the problem. Knock on would, gas gauge works.

Bad experience....went to get car worked on and two days later same issue popped back up... Then they said they were too busy to see me again untill a week later...

Went here yesterday for an oil change..Pro: oil change was done quickly and I was given options on what type of oil to use.Con: interior was cleaned and now there are oily finger prints all over the car, car tires were massively over-inflated to 80 psi when the max is 43 and was told to drive off to where the tire pressure light resets after 4 miles, and was shown an air filter that was not mine and was told that it needed to be changed.After the filter and tire issues Im recommending looking somewhere else and not returning.

I have gone here for years because of their service and will continue to do so. About a week ago I pulled in to just get my tires air pressures checked. There was a bit of confusion and they changed my oil as well. They apologized and did not charge me because it was their mistake. I appreciated it immensely. Now that is service!

As a young lady, when that “check engine” light comes on...the tears begin to flow! Okay, not quite that dramatic but it’s dreadful feeling!! Not only cost wise and time consuming also the tales you hear of being taken advantage of for unnecessary repairs due to lack of knowledge!Today at Jiffy Lube at 91st & Sheridan has totally changed my perspective!! From the time I called days before my appointment, the experience has been wonderful! The first gentleman that answered was so kind and when he notified me that I would receive a callback...they did!!! I get my vehical serviced here all the time. Very honest and careing employees. I recently found out that this location does mechanical repairs! They replaced my brakes last week because they were making some noise. Josh was very informative and polite and showed me how low my brake pads were. I had no idea. Ive heard great things about there mechanic and the store manager Josh, and got to experience there great work. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and solid work.

I just purchased a VW Beetle and needed and oil change and transmission drain and fillMy regular Jiffy Lube said I needed to call one of their multicare shops for the transmission since they couldn’t do it at their shopI called and spoke with Jerry, the manager, gave him all the info and he said that they were able to do both services and I questioned him re: the availability of the transmission filterAgain, he reassured me that it wasn’t a problemTook the car in the next morning, had someone pick me up and spoke with TimTold him I was glad they could do both oil and transmission and he said, “yes mam”.Went to pick the car up after 4:00 and started to payI questioned if there was a problem with either issue and Jerry said”we couldn’t do the transmission “I’m very upset at this point and questioned him re: the prior conversations and he just said “I’m sorry”I had to have people pick me up and drop me off and could have had my oil changed just around the corner from my job!!!No more dealings with Jiffy Lube......☹️

I took my 2002 F-150 in to Jiffy Lube last night it was a great experience, they loaned me their truck and kept mine. My truck was in terrible shape shaking like Elvis was in the back. Winterized. Noticed leaking on garage floor. Went back, was sent to bigger store at 92nd & Sheridan. They determined it was a crack in anti-freeze overflow. They ordered replacement and put in on. I paid additional $144. My car was not leaking prior. But they didnt feel it was their responsibility.

Always an excellent experience at this location! I cant speak highly enough of the experienced employees and wonderful customer service.
