He listened to me, understood my needs, what I could do, what I wanted, and found me the perfect car. It took two days for me to decide I what I really wanted, and he was patient with me. I never felt pressured into doing something out of my comfort level. He knew how to relate to me. Since my first big purchase, he has called to check in and see how Im liking my new wheels. Thats superb customer service that goes beyond what hes supposed to do.

Bought a 2016 Jeep Compass, my salesman wasnt available when I arrived as another customer had just nabbed him. Got his partner and he was amazing. We had a good experience with the staff in buying a car. Service did clean it up before we left with it and it was in good condition and very clean. We appreciate all the staff at Jackie Cooper and we would go back to buy another car there. The experience was no pressure type people and getting to know them was very nice. Friendly and care about the customer service is what we experienced which can be hard to find at dealerships.

Jackie Cooper is the BEST. I will not purchase a vehicle from anyone else. They helped find EXACTLY what I wanted, and worked with us to get the payment exactly where we needed it. They dont haggle with you, theres no back-and-forth like at other dealers. So easy to work with!

Service department is always great. Oil change, etc was fine and my service advisor was great.However I paid for a Gold detail, but had to wipe the interior down when I got it back because there was cleaner overspray that didnt get wiped off in many places throughout. This is the second time Ive had to clean my truck after paying to have it cleaned, I dont think I will be paying for a detail again. I dont recommend it.

I made the crazy decision to make a purchase during a major holiday weekend and though they werent open the day I bought the vehicle, they were up to the occasion of cleaning off the new car of any sticker residue and making adjustments to give my family the full new car experience. Also, since things were pretty busy the day we came they were generous in allowing my daughter and I to borrow another similar vehicle until ours was complete, which was a huge lifesaver since I couldnt have imagined waiting around the lobby for a few hours with a sleepy-teething toddler. Great experience and would likely recommend :) Will definitely be back for routine maintenance.

Purchased a Titan. I adore the Titan. Service has been a challenge but hopefully they will take care of us.*UPDATE *Our truck has been in service for well over a month. We lost all our free services. We purchased this in place of our beloved Avalanche. Best truck ever built! We havent been able to use it during the bad months and we can tell we are not at all important enough for them to get it back to us. Never have I ever been treated so badly by a dealership. Here I was in hopes of finding a local business to use and purchase another vehicle. I will update this if we ever get any satisfaction.

This is the third car my family has purchased from Jackie Cooper, and my second from Kelly Wood. He is great and worked with me. I drove a distance to buy my car from here because it has always been a great experience.The bad part of my experience was dealing with Mr. Heath Brown. I get that money is made from convincing people to purchase the warranties and other “extras.” I let him do his spiel and politely declined. I can’t count how many times I said no, that I wasn’t interested, that I didn’t want any of it. What I didn’t appreciate was the fact that he continued to argue with me even after I signed the form declining it. He then argued with me about my down payment and tried to convince not to put anything down. He was smarmy and snarky, and by the time we were done, I wanted nothing more than to get out of the dealership.Again, Kelly Wood was great. I’d give him 5 stars, but it won’t let me.

Ray Asberry was the dealer who helped me find the car and he was perfect in aiding me find the right vehicle. He showed me a variety of cars that matched my taste until I settled on the Maxima. Once I decided on the Maxima he did everything he could to get the payments down to the price I wanted. All around it was a great service. My own life / work is enough to manage withone having to call over & over to service to coordinate with my own travel schedule using a phone menu and no humans. My car had broke down that Saturday. I filled out the prequalification form Tuesday night. John Antlonger reached out to me that Wednesday to see what I was looking for and I told him. Always been good service every time I get the oil changed here. Decent waiting room, snacks and water, and free car wash! They do a good inspection and make you aware of other problems. They are a little slow though. Usually Ill be in there for about 1.5 hours for an oil change.

New 2014 Maxima with less than 5,000 miles brought in for the 3rd time to address a reoccurring rattle. Headliner needed to be replaced which was a more than two week ordeal. Very little communication and what did happen was initiated by me. We have purchased more than 10 vehicles from JC MB and Nissan over the last decade. This may very well be the last. NEVER, EVER treat you customer this way if you want to sustain and grow business!!!!!!
