HUGE thanks to the guys at Goodyear! I had a rapidly leaking tire I had taken in to another shop FIVE times. They had either patched it or couldn’t find the problem and sent me on my way again. I’ve dealt with this for months and one trip to Goodyear and they had my wheel and tire pulled apart and showed me that my rim was actually cracked and the tire had been patched 4 times (not recommended more than 3 times, but the tire was not actually leaking this time). They recommended a place to get my rim fixed, loaded both the tire and rim in my car, and put my spare tire on my car for me. All of that work and they weren’t going to charge me anything because they couldn’t actually fix my problem. When I voiced my appreciation and that I needed to pay them something the manager suggested I could give his helper a couple of dollars to buy a soda. I obviously tipped him more than that. Fantastic people here and they have my business for sure! Dino’s fixed my rim and even the people at their shop were so thankful the tire and rim were disassembled and ready to be fixed. Thank you, Goodyear!

Any issues I had were resolved with professionalism and courteousness. The car runs like a dream now. The customer service is A1! I am a VERY satisfied customer.

Came in with a nail in my tire, they were very busy. Was greeted by Jeremy and I told him what was going on and he said we will get you taken care of. I was very impressed with Jeremy and the crew that got me in and out. These guys are top notch!!!!

I took my work van to HD to get some work done, they outsourced my alignment to goodyear. They left my windows down car unlocked and keys in the van and closed shop early. Obviously the staff here is just joshing around and have no priorities on customers belongings!! Tons of equipment and tools were pillaged through. I do not recommend anyone dropping there car off here they are untrustworthy!

I thought the manager was quite friendly and knowledgeable and I feel like he treated me fairly and I will be back for other word on my car

I have been going to Goodyear for a long time and always had a great experience. They are upfront and honest about any work that needs to be done, and they seem to find coupons to reduce the cost. Ive since moved further away from the 71st mall location, but still make the trip because I trust their service. Try them out for yourself.

Yesterday (10/05/2020), Josh (the general store manager) went above and beyond to help me with obtaining a new tire. Not only that, but he bought me an iced coffee and surprised me with it and said, you deserve it. A slew of awful events happened prior to my tire succumbing to an unfortunate death, and after having cried for hours, Josh really helped to put the pep back in my step. Nothing he had to do, just did out of the kindness of his heart. I have been going to this goodyear for 7 years and they have always been so kind to me as well as my children. Thank you Josh for helping me and going far above and beyond your job requirements! Something so small and probably insignificant to many, if not most, was extremely significant to me and I will forever be grateful!

I had a flat tire today and these guys let me know exactly what they could and couldnt do with my lowered vehicle making my decisions EASY. They got me 4 new tires!

This Goodyear location closes at 7pm and I called at 6:20pm because I had just driven over a board w nails and my tire pressure was decreasing. My family was supposed to leave for a road trip at 6:00am the next morning. Jeremy and Mike demonstrated excellent customer service. They replaced my tire and I was home by 7:20pm. All of the employees were exceptional! Will definitely return

Lied and sold me the wrong tire. Didnt have my tires in stock twice. Had to go back three different times and was overcharged on my tires by the store manager Josh. I also did not get my rebate taken care of by Josh as he agreed to do. DO NOT COME HERE.. Management would rather stand in front of you and laugh at you than be professional.

Was told an hour and a half and it took almost 3. Had to pull my car off from the alignment check because I had a doctors appointment. I showed up at 11 and left at 2. Dont take appointments and give unrealistic time estimates. Poor customer service.Update: they were too stupid to.process a payment so it took another half hour. I missed my appointment

The customer service was fantastic. The representative I spoke with was friendly and engaged in conversation with me which made the visit that much better. The mechanic that did my alignment was very quick and knowledgable. He also did an awesome job on my car.i would definitely recommend going to this place for work on your vehicle. And Ill definitely be back next time i need work done.

Was in a bind with a flat tire. Was able to get in quickly and they managed to patch the tire. Best part: it didnt cost anything! Nice staff, basic but standard facilities; although the phone charging stations were a nice touch. Seem to offer a variety of services, as well as new tires. Would definitely come back!

Stayed past closing time to fix my flat for no charge.

Waited 3 hours for 4 tires and offered no explanation or apology, then the manager sees my wifes review and tries to call and talk me into more work at a discount. no no and no. all i want is my money back. poor customer service again.

Always get our maintenance done here. Kind and helpful staff. Nice to find a trustworthy place to take our cars and not worry about prices being jacked up. Also dont have to worry about them trying to charge you for bogus issues. They communicate very well.

This is the second time that I have used this Goodyear service center for a major repair. Both experiences have been exceptional. Mike and Jeremy drew up a quote for my air conditioner compressor repair and got right back with me with the best price I had received. The work was completed in four hours and guaranteed for 24 months. With 90 degree weather we did not want to wait long to get it done. They asked me to check back in with them this week so they can make sure all is working well. I am so grateful for the mechanics and the guys making the appointments. My AC is Cold again and we are ready to go. Thank you Mike and Jeremy for your friendliness and expertise in helping our family.

Fixed a flat for me in 30 minutes and there was no charge. Had an 8am appointment and they had the paperwork ready when I got there.

I wish to thank the gentlemen who helped me today with my battery! I took it to them because my car wouldnt start and I had to get a jump. I needed to find out why. They checked my connections and tightened them for me. My battery was okay. All at no charge. Thank you so much for keeping me safe!

I have been a customer for this Good Year branch for two years. Employees are so welcoming, friendly and very helpful. What I like is they try to make the repair work time (my wait time) as minimum as possible.I cannot recommend them enough.

Saved the day from being awful when we discovered a screw had flattened our back tire. They got us in and out quickly and at a fair price. Unfortunately for us we needed a new tire because of where the screw lodged but even that was a great price and quick. Everywhere else had a two hour wait but they got us right in! Thanks again guys!

Someone nearly sideswiped me at the nearby mall. I swerved to avoid them and jumped a curb, popping my tire in the process. Luckily I was less than 500 feet from this shop. They were incredibly busy but not only did they give me a ride to a nearby Pepboys to pick up a new tire since they did not have my size in stock but they changed it for free! They were so busy and it took less than 30 minutes to have everything done. I was nearly in tears because of how much I appreciate them. I can not thank these guys enough nor recommend them highly enough!

For the most part, great service. Janie tries to help as much as she can. The only down side I have is they sold me a 3 year alignment program and after the 4th time trying to get it aligned the tech says they can’t align 20” rims on an avalanche.

Recently replaced 4 tires on my Honda CR-V. While this location is a long way from my home and business, they had the best pricing and did the work in under an hour and didnt damage my wheels, which is very important to me. Sales personnel friendly and not pushy. Manager nice and helpful. I would highly recommend!

They are so nice. They were already closed but they went ahead and fixed my flat. It had to be blasted out from the peeling chrome and 2 types of sealant put on it. Thats why I always go back

Ive been going to this location for seventeen years between two different vehicles, and theyve always been able to resolve my problems. If you are just going for basic jobs like oil change, tires, et cetera, make an appointment. But if you go in early without an appointment with serious repair issues (I have many times), they will certainly not turn you away (makes sense in a business). Today I went in at a bad time of day on a bad day (Sunday), and the guys still got me fixed.

Got a flat going into Tulsa hauling a trailer. Dropped off tire and rim for a new tire. They had me fixed up and back on the road within an hour and that was including an oil change as well. The service manager was absolutely awesome and very friendly.

I cannot say enough about the folks at this Goodyear Service Center. My son is attending school in Tulsa, OK from Iowa and his vehicle broke down, not what a parent wants to here being 600 miles away. As any parent would, I worried about his level of service and how he would be taken care of. Mike assured me that they would see to it that my son and his vehicle would be taken care of. While driving from Dallas to Tulsa for Thanksgiving, we started to experience some engine problems. We just had preventative maintenance completed a few days earlier by a Goodyear in Texas. Dropped it off here and the kind folks were able to resolve the problem the day after Thanksgiving at no charge. Very friendly and knowledgeable crew. Was a huge help during a busy time.
