EXCEPTIONAL service at CARS! This is the only place I take my vehicle. I purchased 4 new tires from them so they could replace my tires, they did an oil change, and changed the cabin air filter last time my vehicle was serviced here. They always get the job done in a timely manner! Very efficient, precise, professional, and kind staff here! Highly recommend!

Shop was listed as an in network shop for my warranty company. My car had to have a motor replacement. The intake manifold was not covered. Originally I asked for the old part to ensure I was able to match it, but was told they didnt want to take a chance of moisture getting to the engine. I ordered and the wrong part was sent. Reordered the second came damaged. Reordered this past Wednesday, let the shop know it will be here Friday, which they had already said thats when they would get it. Took the part in Friday, was told it wouldnt be until at least Monday. My car has been there a month. Granted some of the delay wasnt their fault. Justin absolutely did not care about my situation. Insisted that I pay for my part upfront. Acted like I was a beggar. I went to pay just to get my car out of there. He didnt attempt to give me a receipt. I insisted. I asked when my car would be ready. He said probably Tuesday. I asked him to write an expected delivery date on the receipt. He wrote Wednesday. I dont trust anything that he says at this point. I hope they really fix the car. I have a lot of doubts.

Terrible customer service first off, they really could care less about who you are or what your problem is. They act like you are a bother to them while you talk. Took my 350z in to get checked, they said it would be $$4000-$5000 for an engine replacement, I paid $90 for the diagnostic EVEN THOUGH THEY SAID IT WAS $60 OVER THE PHONE. (Update on the Z I took it to AAMCO and they fixed the problem for $300 and they do diagnostics FOR FREE!). Unfortunately I had also taken my Mercury Milan there and I needed suspension work done, after dishing out $1,300 it drives straight but STILL MAKES NOISES AND JIGGLES!! I’m not sure why it was so much and they barely fixed my issue but at this point I don’t trust them at all and their guest relations needs a major overhaul, maybe hire people who at least pretend to care about what’s going on? I mean we are spending $1,000’s at this place DO BETTER! If I were you go to AAMCO off Harvard they are a COMPLETELY different experience.Over the phone I agreed to the $60 quote he gave me for the diagnostic, it wasn’t until I came to pick it up that the price changed to $90 but at that point you had my keys so what else was I supposed to do. As for the Engine replacement you quoted $1,300-$1,400 for labor and you could only find one engine that still had 100,000 miles on it and you said with that engine it would be close to $4,000 and that even then you would have to replace the head gaskets and other things which would cost more. So yes $4,000-$5,000 is the quote on the engine. The fact that I was able to take it to AAMCO and they fixed the car without an engine replacement is the bigger issue. As far as the Milan, for $1300 I expected WAY more. If tires can offset the amount of work done for that much then maybe it’s not good work. Besides that the noises when I turn still happen. Unfortunately I don’t want to remedy this with you guys because I just don’t trust you. AAMCO did so much more in the way of customer service and were very transparent and were able to fix my car without making me do repairs I didn’t need done.

The guys over at Complete Automotive Repair and Service are amazing! We have been having cooling issues with out 2013 Chevy Cruze and they were able to get it fixed and back to us the same day we dropped it off! They also managed it keep it under their quoted cost to us which was an added bonus to us. For the speedy service and price I dont know why you would take your vehicle anywhere else except CARS. Yall have earned a customer for life and I will send anyone that needs repairs to you guys! Keep up the outstanding work!

I am not one to usually give reviews unless I am 100% satisfied and I can tell you that you will not regret coming here. I brought my car to a mechanic who told me it would cost $1200 to replace my fuel pump. I know nothing about working on cars but felt this was a little high priced and was told by a friend it was and I should take my car here to CARS. So I called and spoke with Justin and explained what was going on and he quoted me a rate if it was the fuel pump (which was already way cheaper than the 1st guy). He was very friendly on the phone and explain to me if I brought my car down he would look at it. I had my car towed after hours and left my keys in the Dropbox and he called me the next morning and told me it was the fuel pump and even gave me a cheaper rate than what he quoted me at the day before because he found a cheaper fuel pump. They had it fixed the same day they started working on it. I am a girl who knows nothing about cars and he did not once try to take advantage of that like the 1st guy did. I will highly recommend these guys to everyone I know and will ALWAYS take my car here if I have auto repair needs.

Disprogramed my cars remote, forced my door to open it when I picked it up, bent the corner of the door and besides that the battery was dead (that was not the problem why I took it there, they just put a machine on the battery to pass energy to it and it started like nothing happened because the problem was not there), the only thing I got was a pretty freaking bad experience, they ask for 5 star in their front desk and theyll give you a free oil change, maybe thats why people come to say something good here but nah this is not a good place to fix your car

Great costumer service.. Recently had problems with my air conditioning system made an appointment to leave my car for the day. Justin stayed in contact about the progress of the repair & worked very hard to complete the labor intensive job as quickly as possible. Air system is working great now.Im back again in the same month for a different issue CARS worked me in quickly & handled the repair the same day. Also, did diagnostic on my new used car for other issues since Ive had to do repairs twice only owning it for less than 4 months.CARS helped with my warranty claims & when my shotty warranty company denied my 2nd claim Justin gave me the best price possible. BEWARE!!!!! Do not let this shop work on an a/c repair! Took my car in, CARS diagnosed a faulty clutch which was blowing a fuse, which I had someone check all fuses before taking my car to CARS and none of them were blown....they recommended me to repair the clutch and compressor as a whole to ensure the repair would fix the issue. I spent $855. I got my car back at their closing time on a Friday, It was not fixed, I noticed on my way home the air was not as cold as it should have been and the air was a moist air. I am certain they knew when giving my car back to my Friday evening the issue was not fixed. I took my car back Monday morning and was told, it was now a sensor, which would cost another $450, $25 for the part and $425 for labor. I was told the sensor went out sometime after I left their shop on Friday, and was told the fuses blew on the way to their shop Friday afternoon. The owner was also very rude, and did not provide any satisfaction or explanation. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE, BEWARE!!!!!
