Beyond frustrating! They can not be reached by phone and rarely return calls. All work takes super long, regardless of an appointment or time estimates given. One person says one thing and another says something different. And it is nearly impossible to get an update. They are all kind people, however not punctual, quick or responsive. I gave 3 stars still, because despite these very frustrating issues, they tried to be accommodating and are always respectful. The jobs were completed to satisfaction.

Don’t trust in appointments! I wish I had read reviews before I decided to use this service center. Called to get an appointment at 8am. They said they had several to do so probably be about noon before I could get it back. Called at 4:14pm and they said they had just started it and it would be 45 minutes. What is the actual point of an “appointment”? I needed to leave town and this made me hours late. Oh and by the way, my steering wheel is still off center so I have to take it back again.

I made an appointment for 9:30 and I arrived at 9:18. When I pulled in, I was met by a gentleman that asked what I needed and I told him I had a 9:30 appointment for an oil change and he said, well there are 5 before you as we do walk ins as well. Im sorry but shouldnt the appointment people be put in front of those people? Not happy at all. If you arent going to honor your appointments, then DONT SCHEDULE THEM!!! Also, when finished, he gave me a key and told me my car was out front and to walk to left and I should see it. I walked out there and my car was not there. I walked back in and another gentleman helped me and brought me a Jeep Cherokee. Mind you, I brought in a Jeep Renegade. I said, that is not my car. The other gentleman that first helped me was on phone and once he was off, went and found my car. It was getting washed. Just not happy with the whole appointment issue and then not given the right key to the right car.

Took over 2 weeks and charged me over $250 to diagnose a problem with a circuit board that they can’t replace. I was told if I found an exact match, it would fix the problem. I did that and not only did it not fix the problem, I have new problems. This is the second time I was told that a part, that I had to find, would fix my electrical issue. After 2 visits and paying over $400, I am in the same position as if I never went there.

Uneven experiences. Some good, some bad.Basically depends on the Service Advisor. Be forewarned about scheduled maintenance. Know what needs to be done prior to going because some advisors will take advantage of you which is sad.
