Russ and his crew are top notch! They have consistently gone over and above with our cars and our children’s cars! It is always done on time or earlier than estimated. They shy away from no need your car may have. We sent in my husbands car and they fixed the mirror also! When my kids get in town we will be bringing in all their cars! Super convenient and timely in spite of the fact that have a lot of business. They even buffed out some rub marks that I cant be sure where they came from. The guy there assured me that if it didnt buff out, he could go through the video to see if/when it happened on their lot. I feel good knowing my car was being watched the whole time it was in their care.

I had an oil change and when I went to pick up my car it would not start. The battery was dead like someone had purposely left the key on. I havent had any trouble with the battery previously. They told me I needed a new battery. I let my car run for about 30 minutes before shutting it off and it started just fine after work. The only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 is because the shuttle was very nice to take me to work while they conveniently changed my oil.Christian Bros - please dont try to take advantage of people.

Justin was the gentleman that helped me out here, he was very professional, and courteous, they showed me photos of what they had found that needed attention, and recommended what to do next.

My vehicle broke down so I took it there for an estimate they told me it was gonna cost 1,700 to fix my gas pump and a lot of other stuff. I ended up taking it to another shop and it turned out I was just out of gas.

Mannerly staff, friendly to all it seems, however, hesitant to list the prices for each part of the service. They dont do price comparisons, I asked about how much money I would save if I got the parts myself, he said I would only save about $40 maybe $50. Trying to explain it wasnt a big cost difference, went to the next closest store and saved over $178 compared to what he suggested. Personally I see their establishment as all flash while overlooking the quality of work. I only asked for a battery replacement and an oil change. This shop will not be near my list of preferred choices.

Also, I had questions about issues to fix and they showed me exactly what the parts and estimated hours to repair were in the computer, w diagrams showing the exact parts in question. Seth, is an awesome diesel mechanic.Clean comfortable waiting area, I am comfortable with my wife and daughter visiting this shop knowing they will not be taken advantage of. This place is amazing!! I moved my son from Colorado to Tulsa this weekend. What should have been a 12 hour trip took 18 hours due to car problems. I dropped of my car on Sunday evening. Monday morning I was contacted by Zach, sent pictures of the problem, and quoted a price. Later that day I was informed that repairs had been made and they were on their way to go pick up my son so that he could have his car back. All of this took place while I was on my way back to Colorado. This place is easily the most professional, courteous, efficient, and timely business that I have dealt with in a VERY long time. I have already informed my son and other family in the area of my great experience!

I was referred to Christian Brothers by Jiffy Lube. Loved Matts sense of humor! David was great! He had to replace my exhaust manifold and the part they received had a crack too! That crack was repaired but still visible. They refused to use that inferior part and got another. I really appreciated that. I took my car in on my way to work this morning and they got it right in for a diagnostic. They gave me a free ride to work in their shuttle so I wouldnt have to miss so much work. Im a single woman so this was wonderful! They picked me up from work when my car was ready. I would highly recommend Christian Brothers! Honesty and integrity are clearly top priority there.

I’m a fairly new driver and I will tell you I’ve had some bad experiences with dealerships lying to me about repairs that needed to be done and adding extra things onto my bill without asking, and I’ve wasted a lot of money being naive about what repairs actually needed to be done. I finally decided to try a locally-owned automotive shop versus going to the dealership, this one was recommended to me by a family friend. They are beyond professional and kind to all of their customers and offer a courtesy shuttle. A woman came in shortly after I arrived really stressed and crying about an expensive auto repair she had done. The front desk staff were so kind and took care of it because she was spending her honeymoon money on getting the auto repair done... any dealership or “for-profit” shop would’ve never done that, and it really made me realize that these guys do care. I will be coming here for all future service needs!

He let us know that they should have provided a more accurate quote up front and honored the original estimate.ORIGINAL REVIEW (one star): Quote and actual service are VERY different cost. My husband called to get an estimate on replacing his power steering pump. They quoted $350. Then when he showed up to have it done, they said it was $630. Apparently the “estimate” didn’t include any of the other labor involved in the replacement process Even though we specifically asked about that. If you want transparency, honesty, and a reliable price quote, do not go here. We are extremely disappointed and will never be using this shop again. Plenty of other great places to have automotive work done in Tulsa.

I have taken several vehicles here for service. I have never been disappointed. As a matter-of-fact, each time this company exceeds my expectations.On one occasion, I had to return for service on the same problem. They apologized for any inconvenience (it wasnt their fault) then performed the service on the second appointment without charge and without me asking saying You are here for the same reason as before so there is no charge. My past experiences at other service centers is there is always an excuse for another charge. Not here.A different trip, I had needed new windshield wipers on my vehicle but hadnt requested them to be replaced. As I was leaving, I asked what they would charge to add that them to ticket. The service tech smiled and installed them and refused additional payment. It was customer service beyond what was requested or expected....and another service event was a family member who had a significant failure on their car during a trip through town. CB worked overtime to get the part and have it installed and saved my relatives more than $500 from the agreed cost to repair since all that was on the original repair quote wasnt needed. We would have never known that had they stuck to the original quote.My experience here has confirmed I can trust their repair advice and pricing which is often difficult to find in the automotive repair industry.The owner, Russ, is also very involved with community projects helping others without funds obtain and maintain reliable transportation. I feel good supporting a business that has that kind of commitment to others in the community.

This place was fantastic in working to help a single mom make sure her car was safe to drive in, as well as take care of the transportation to and from work while the car was being worked on!! Fantastic management and customer care!! I wholeheartedly trust them with any vehicle in the future!

I was told they did a full diagnostic on my car and that they found the issues preventing the car from being road ready. Two problems related to the car not running were found and fixed yet my car ran for two days and now Im being told I need new spark plugs by another shop. I am grateful I did not drive my car long distance as planned or I would have become stranded for the upcoming holiday. Very disappointing, I truly expected to have a better experience here but the friendliness of the management does not outweigh that my car was not repaired to be road ready. A learning experience I did not need but received anyway.The car was not taken in for electrical issues. The car was taken in because it would not start and needed a full diagnosis, which I had paperwork for. There was not a notation of noise related to the axle that I recieved. However, I do not know how the frayed and damaged spark plugs were missed during the diagnostic.

I want to say to anyone out there looking for a place where you can trust the people and the work. I highly recommend Zach and Russ at this location. I have an automotive shop and took my 2003 Mercedes S55 AMG to christian bothers in Tulsa Hills. I had changed the struts out to a pair that did not use the air ride system as they are known to go bad Mercedes charges an exorbitant amount for them.Since I had made that change I had a vibration at 35 MPH under hard acceleration. So they did a 4 wheel alignment and the vehicle has never driven as well as it does now. Top notch service and repair. This shop is AWESOME

I have been here twice and I should have learned my lesson the first time. However, I was giving them the benefit of the doubt and went back a second time. This last time I went I was wanting a quote something that is very simple, something that I got in 15 minutes from Same Day Auto. I do my research and I dont go to just one person when I need something. I see who has the best price with the best reviews and the best service. I take all of those into consideration before I decide who I am going to use. I understand not comparing apples to oranges so I make it as comparable as possible. I made it extremely easy for Christian Brothers by being able to tell them exactly what I needed quoted so they wouldnt have to take my truck into their shop and look for themselves something Same Day Auto did do and still got me out in 15 minutes with people ahead of me at that. I walked in and asked the gentleman at the counter at Christian Brothers for a quote and he without looking at his computer proceeded to tell me That will be around $1200. I asked him if he would at least humor me and look at his computer and give me a more precise quote. He said he would but he wanted to get the two people ahead of me checked out real quick. He immediately called the lady to the counter and checked her out and then proceeded to go to an office behind him grab some food and then walk around the behind the counter and sit down and talk to his buddy next to him for the next 30 minutes before I had enough and left, mind you he never checked the second person guy out and he sat there waiting as I left. I then received an email after I call the main office to complain with a quote for a little over $1000. Needless to say I am very dissatisfied with their service and therefore will not spend another dime with them nor will I recommend them to anyoneUpdate: still no one has reached out and you would think by the owners comment about being really sorry a call would have been made. Shouldnt expect anything from a company with poor customer service.

Went in with what I thought was a simple O-ring problem. Turned out to be a better idea by Chevrolet. On the HHR the fitting is not replaceable on the radiator. Have to replace the radiator. They inspected the leak and showed the problem. They were very thorough but didnt charge me any thing.

I want to thank Zack and Russ for their exceptional service and fast turnaround. My car had several issues including new tires that they didnt have in the shop. They coordinated with another tire shop and went and picked them up for me and installed them at no additional cost and same day service. They provided me objective and straight forward advice based on how long I intended to own my car. This is a rarity in todays world and I would / will recommend to anyone.

I was having problems with the A/C in my truck and a different shop couldnt tell me exactly what it was.So they wanted to do exploration repairs and that at great cost to my pocket book so I of course declined that.So I took it to Christian Brothers wondering if they could even determine what the problem was, let alone fix it.But they did both plus gained a new customer.So if I have problems with my truck Im going to Christian Brothers first.

100% customer care and service with excellence! This is little long but a true testament to customer care. I went to CB for my routine oil change and to check squeaky brake and so thankful for their attention to every detail. The mechanic noticed that my rear tires were completely worn out in the interior to the point showing the threads! (We had just returned from 7,000 mile cross country trek during the heat of summer) I was horrified to think I had our family in jeopardy... mind you CB does not sell tires so no way trying to sell me anything. Russ, the owner, immediately stepped in to help me locate special tires that day. He literally dropped everything and drove me to a few tire stores to locate, not just the right tire but the best price!! He took several hours out of busy schedule to help make sure I was safe driving away. He also helped me get to an important appointment that could not miss. I have only visited once, so my review could change based on future experiences. With that being said, they made a great first impression. All services and charges were thoroughly explained, along with recommendations. The owner was nice and enthusiastic about serving customers. The staff was nice and cordial. Trying to keep this short but the service here was beyond exceptional I have an Isuzu Rodeo and theyre the only ones in town that would work on it. they always kept me updated with a phone call and were always very respectful to me. They even gave me an option of putting in a used part or a new part. I like that because Im on a major budget. One more thing Ive lived in Tulsa for a long time and I had to start working on my own cars because I could never find a mechanic to fix things right but they always seem to charge me a bunch.
