They had it in and out in a timely manner, front desk staff was very polite, and the best part…… no “mansplained” stuff to me!!! I was very impressed!

I have used them twice now for repairs to my car. They have a shuttle to bring me to work when i have dropped the car off. They are very friendly, polite and professional. I appreciate that the technician explains things to me, a non mechanic,in terms i can understand. They have been thorough when checking out my car. My car was on its way to the salvage yard due to multiple issues and several other mechanic opinions. I had it towed in for CBA to do a final diagnostic check since it would not start. The fuel pump was unattached and the engine was flooded with oil etc. After checking the vehicle, CBA determined that they could get the car running again, replace and repair some parts, and get me on the road again at a reasonable price. Im happy to report that I now have my car back and its running well. Im truly grateful to God for CBA and their professional care and service.

Incredible customer service! CBA diagnosed some cars issues when I took it in for a squeal. Replaced brake pad and belt. It was all quick and easy. Error was easily fixed with nationwide warranty. Later did oil change before I went out of town. Great experience.

These guys have always been respectful, kind snd cheerful in any interactions I’ve had with them. They go above and beyond (helping me with my car rental and warranty). They are first class.

So back in July I took my car (2007 Ford Escape Limited Edition V6) in to Christian Brothers to pinpoint exactly where an oil leak was & then see how much it would cost to repair it. The diagnostic was $79; which was cheaper than originally quoted when I called to make an appointment for the diagnostic work. Nice! They kept me updated throughout the day (via text) & answered questions I had. So they found 2 leaks & a whole host of other issues, but it’s an older used car, no big surprise there. They gave me a break down of what the costs would be to repair the leaks. They told me July was their busy month for repairs & other services. Which was fine with me because I wasn’t ready to pay for that at the time. I scheduled to repair the leaks for August 17th. When I showed up with my car, they asked if I needed a ride somewhere; they have a shuttle service. I thanked them for the offer & informed them that I have a ride coming, just need to wake them up. Another employee offered the shuttle service again & I let them know my ride was coming. I will remember their shuttle service in the future though. I overheard someone say my name & I responded to him. He then asked me if I was told when my car would be ready. I told him that I was told midday tomorrow. He explained that there will be a silicone put on that will need to set over night & then they would need to run tests to be sure the leak was fixed. Then he asked if that was okay or if that would be a problem. I said it’s fine. Half way through the day, I got a phone call from Christian Brothers asking if I’d like them to also replace my spark plugs for an additional charge. I let them know I had enough to pay for the leaks & oil change. He said that it wasn’t an urgent matter & I could bring my car back another time to replace the spark plugs. By about 10:30 the following morning I got a text that my car was ready! That was earlier than originally thought! Woo! My check engine light has finally gone off, I haven’t noticed fresh leaking yet & my car doesn’t smell like it’s overheating anymore. Very happy with their service, the updates, and having my car ready earlier than expected.

Top-notch service! Although we ended up not using their service because my car needed body work before they could fix it, they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of!

Top notch customer service. Everyone there is so nice. I love that the waiting room doesnt make you feel like youre at the mechanics but more like youre in your living room. Clean, comfortable, and smells nice. There is a nice bathroom right off the waiting room and it was also clean and well maintained. I highly recommend Christian Brothers Automotive.

The customer service was awesome. The guys in the office were personable & helpful. I went there for a new/used car inspection and they were very helpful. They had pictures and explained everything in detail. They have me a hard copy to discuss with the dealer. And when I asked an auto question about something that had nothing to do with the car that was in the shop. They were eager to get an answer for me. Great service

I made an apt for today at 11am to see if breaks need to be replaced. I am still sitting here after 2pm and no updates. I asked the man working up front at 130, he said he wasn’t sure if anyone had even looked at it as of yet. So as I continue to sit here I get to listen to him answer the phone and make fun of customers with his coworkers once he hangs up. As soon as I can get out of here I’ll be taking my car someone else for whatever repairs it needs.

I’ve waited a week to post this review so that I could be as accurate and informative s as possible. The work was initiated the next day after I dropped it off. (I dropped it off at the end of the day.) Rating 10. I received a complete diagnostics later that day, all information was available including accurate cost. The work took 10 days including waiting three days for transmission delivery. Everything that I authorized to be done is working perfectly. I am very satisfied. Will continue using service in the future.

Im very pleased with the service here. When I called them about my car breaking down. They told me they wouldnt be able to look at it till the end of the week. My car broke down on a Wednesday so they wouldnt have looked at my car till Friday possibly Monday the next week. The next day i got a text saying they are looking at my car. I was so excited. They were very professional, they explained what was wrong with it, and they kept me updated the whole way. Very very pleased with the service!!!

Our window on passenger side was stuck in door on Wednesday before the July 4th holiday weekend! They got parts and motor had to be replaced in door. They had our vehicle ready by 5 the next day!! We had an intermittent issue with our 2004 Mitsubishi that would cause it to stall. Christian Brothers got it diagnosed and the fix has made the 340k mile vehicle run better than it has in years. Clear and timely communication make them a pleasure to work with.

Took my car in thinking that I was having transmission problems, CB uncovered that it was just a crack in my exhaust. Unfortunate it was something that they couldn’t fix but they did refer me to someone that got me taken care of at a great rate. I’d definitely take my car back to this location.

They always go above and be young to help and service our cars. This last time I can in with some kind of leak and I needed the car to be ready the next day for a road trip and they delivered. Had wifes SUV towed in when its starter failed. They quickly diagnosed the issue and during the inspection also found additional issues with the suspension we were unaware of. They did an outstanding job on the repairs and literally saved us a few thousand dollars, because it was all covered by our warranty. Justin is so great and friendly he was such a great person to converse with in the morning. Doug whom often answers the phone was nice and timely with a quote which allowed us to make the decision to use their services next day. The guys are just all-around polite,efficient, and professional. I love the options they provide when it comes to payments, quotes, and vehicle inspections. They can send any/everything to your phone, which when they sent the quote it was a break down of everything recommended and needed, I was able to immediately send to my spouse and he understood. So the thoroughness of services is very much appreciated. I did inform the guys that we needed to be somewhere by a certain time they told me to would be done by then, however they called and informed me that the part was defective and they might not be able to be complete with the service in time. Long story short they still ended up finishing the job on time!! And my car sounds way better!!!

Fantastic and professional group of experts. Every time I have had an issue they have been able to quickly identify and correct the issue, and when a part they repaired two years ago had a slight issue they quickly honored it under their warranty with no questions what so ever. I had a problem with my rear differentials on my truck and hunter was very very helpful and he told me that they would get me in the very next day so I came talked with him got the estimate and it was perfect he even told me it might take them at least A-day or 2 but it took them them only a few hours I am forever grateful I will use them again!Also who ever got my rear Differential fixed up thank you sooooo much!May God Bless yall!

Dont mess with dealers shops. One CJD dealer had ours for 6 days couldnt find the issue. This place had it diagnosed in one day and had it back to us in a reasonable amount of time (had a lot of issues). Will definitely use again.

As a former employee I can’t say enough about the crew at CBA South Tulsa. They get the work done in a timely manner and are affordable. The communication is terrific and having a shuttle service makes it so convenient. They are not the least expensive but the customer service certainly makes up the difference. These guys know what theyre doing and are great about keeping you informed of the work progress, other items of concern with your vehicle, and only do what you request. They will give you an price quote before work is done and stick with it unless you approve additional work. They will not pressure you into doing other repairs but they will let you know what should be considered down the road. After spending a lot of money at another repair shop, my trucks problem was not fixed. Christian Brothers correctly identified the problem and fixed it the first time. I had a water pump replaced and the main gasket of my engines oil pan replaced. No more leaks, anywhere!Christian Brothers is honest and trustworthy. They have repaired my wifes car with a front end issue. I use them exclusively now.

Ive gone to Christian Brothers a number of times now. As much as I hate to have to pay for car repairs, these folks do the best job Ive seen in the area and they do it for a competitive price. Cheaper than any dealership, though not the lowest price around. However, you most certainly get a great value for your dollar and they will try to work with people with a tight budget. Highly professional and helpful staff. I brought a used car in to have them evaluate it before I bought it. It was worth every cent to be assured of the vehicles quality. That had to be the most thorough bumper to bumper inspection Ive seen from an automotive tech.

Had my sons handicap van towed to CBA last Friday due to it not starting and unable to jump start. Was told it wouldn’t be able to get diagnosed until Tuesday. Was notified Monday morning they diagnosed it had a loose wire going to the starter and was already repaired!! I will use them from now on for all my auto repair needs!!

These guys are nothing short of amazing. They have gone above and beyond for me. Theyre treating me like a family member or a good friend. Josh calls me daily to give me updates, which is really good. Other shops tend to forget about you. So far they have made this whole process extremely easy and hassle free. Amazing place to go! Soon as you walk in they welcome you and get straight to business. All the staff were very friendly. I took my car in Monday the 17th, got it back today the 18th. Would 10/10 suggest coming here if you need something done correctly and quickly!

The service was excellent! They were honest and only did the work I requested. My only criticism is that I tried to get info from them via the email link on their website, and they never replied. When I called them, they were very pleasant, willing, and accommodating.

Well just got our mustang back from another auto shop and it cost a grand total of $120 to fix a problem that I was quoted over 2000 dollars for. Needless to say we waited and saved for months only to find out we couldve got it fixed for next to nothing then. Now I see why their waiting areas look so nice...10% money goes to fix ur vehicle and 90% towards their cushy couches in the lobby.

I went in at 8:45am to have my brakes examined while my son was in class at TCC. I was initially told by the person at the front desk that I wouldnt get my SUV diagnosed and any necessary repairs before 12pm. However, a manager intervened and said it could be taken care of. Once the diagnosis was done, they provided a list of suggested but not mandatory repairs. Everything was put on a computer screen to show me my vehicle.I decided to proceed with a brake flush and was complete by 11:15am, which was perfect because my sons class ended at 11:20am. I was very impressed with the way they reviewed and clearly explained my options, that I was not told or pressured to get unnecessary repairs, and the timeliness of service. I will definitely return for any maintenance.

Do not use this place for major car repair. Took my traverse there because it was overheating and they said my motor needed to be replaced. After a discounted price of 7500$ lol my car still overheated and now had an oil leak. The motor was filthy and I could see bolts missing. When I told the guy about the problems he only offered to clean the motor. Took my car to another mechanic who was in awe of the poor work. He said my radiator was the problem and I didn’t even need a new motor. Christian Brothers could not provide proof my motor was bad. So after 10000$ to replace a radiator my advise is save yourself the agony avoid this predatory merchant at all cost!

Christian brothers was so kind when I called to ask about their services. I needed an oil change and tire rotation and they offered the specials they had. They were pleasant to speak with and didn’t make me feel like a complete noob when trying to talk to them about my car (i literally know nothing about cars except basics, so this was great!). They did the oil change and tire rotation in a timely manner and When I got my car back from them it had coasters, a cold bottle of water, AND a pack of chocolate chip cookies as a thank you! It was definitely over the top in customer service and I will recommend them to anyone who asks where they should take their car.
