I have been using CarTec for several years instead of the Chrysler dealership, and am glad I made the change. I know the staff, and they know me! I can rely on them to take care of me and my vehicle. I highly recommend them.

I cannot recommend Cartec Automotive enough! The staff are so friendly and professional. We had an issue with our car while driving through Oklahoma, and Cartec was able to get us in on short notice to look at and fix the problem. They did a wonderful job, and got us on our way quickly!

Cartec Auto finished changing my trucks transmission fluid in a timely fashion. I was satisfied with the results and my truck drove smoother afterwards.

Got car towed to them, wouldnt start unless you add fluid to injectors, they said fuel pressure, installed fuel pump an filter, still wouldnt start, then they installed new plugs, it still only starts when you add injector cleaner or starting fluid, an I spent 760$ total with the tow, I thought the diagnostic fee meant find the problem, but money spent, lesson learned, other than that, a real nice friendly shop experience

I’ve been having problems with my car. I took it to another mechanic 3 times where I live and he kept telling me he couldn’t find anything. I take it to Cartec and they immediately figure out what’s going on. They also took pictures to show me. I really appreciate them for the work they did on my car. Thank you so much. My visit to Cartec had been excellent and professional. They were very quick and communicative of the process. Before they started, they let me know everything they were going to check, and told me honestly what needed to be replaced and what didn’t. I was looking to have to pay around $400 for the service but was delighted to have gotten everything done for a lot less than 1/2 of that. This all also took less than 1 1/2 hours which was the quickest I had ever been in and out of service before.

Very Professional, Fast and do what they say. Even had 12 month interest free financing for my repair. I used to do all my own repairs and I trust these guys work after 2 seperate repair needs.

I called to get a estimate for spark plug replacement and the lady said I had to bring the car in so they could look at it and give me a quote. Give me a break. I feel she was just too lazy to look it up.

I have taken my car along with my Grandmothers to Cartec on several occasions. They always do a great job. This particular time was over and beyond. I took it in for a quote about 6 months ago. They diagnosed and quoted for me. The repairs and labor were estimated at upwards of $1,200. When i took it back to have the work done it was$350 les than what was quoted. Times are difficult with the economy and I truly appreciate the live!

This week my drivers side window refused to work. I took my car to Cartec. The part that was needed to repair the window was hard to find but Linda called several warehouses to get the part. And she found it!!! I certainly appreciate getting the problemfixed in just a few hours especially because it was raining cats and dogs that day and my car would have flooded since the window was stuck down! So... my wife’s Prius was having brake issues and the Office Manager at Cartec found Toyota was doing a sort of recall on our model Prius. Not a nation wide one, but when/if this problem occurred. She called another Toyota dealer( the other dealer in town already told us it wasn’t under any kind of recall) and figured out they were doing the recall wrong. Finally, after deliberation they called her back and said she was right. All we had to do was take it in and they’d fix it for Free!!! Cartec didn’t make a dime off of this! Simply doing the right thing. Needless to say, we’ve taken our vehicles there for oil changes and will continue with this kind of integrity, which is rare!

Never have to wait long for services. Staff friendly,and keeps me posted on what they are doing and if I need other services other than what I came in for. Reasonably priced.

I have used Cartec in the past. A little on the pricey side, but they do good work. However, I called in to get a labor estimate on installing a replacement part Ive already acquired, and was informed they dont do that. Which is fine, thats their prerogative. But the lady on the phone was rude and dismissive. I need a few hundred dollars of repair work in addition to the thing I called about, guess Ill go somewhere else.

These guys are awesome! I took my Audi in to have the oil changed, engine checked and tires balanced and they did an amazing job and didnt over charge for anything. I was actually surprised when I got the bill (I was expecting it to be a little more expensive than what they had charged). I also inquired about a few other issues my car was having and they went above and beyond answering these questions by pinpointing the problem and giving me an idea of the things that could be causing the issue. I was very impressed with how friendly and helpful they were. I would also like to add that Linda, the woman working at the front desk, was very friendly and went over the top to make sure my son was comfortable and entertained the entire time we were waiting. She put a movie on for him and brought him puzzles, coloring sheets, and balloons to play with. I wont lie, I was a little nervous going here because of some of the reviews I had read but this place turned out to be amazing! I will definitely be back. Thank you guys for everything!

Cartech service far exceeded my expectstions... they were open and serving customers ten minutes before official open time, all service personnel are knowledgeable about auto repair and can intelligently discuss and diagnose potential problems likely impacting your vehicles performance. Workers are very courteous and will engage with you in small talk if you are in the mood or just efficiently process your repair request depending on how much you want to engage or not. I found that their diagnoses of my battery/ alternator problem was 80-90% accurate and right in line with the estimate that we discussed Initially, they called and explained and answered all my questions before starting work on my vehicle. I am a happy camper now, my vehicle is once again purring like a cat and I am back to normal which is just perfect for me!!

YIKES... I had an issue where my window would not roll up and it was about to rain so I took my car in for a hopefully quick repair. They charged me $160 to take the door panel off and then informed me that the components inside of my door are super special and would all need to be replaced. They quoted me $1200 to fix my car window that wouldnt roll up. Astonished, I refused the repair and decided to get a second opinion from a buddy who works on vehicles. In less than 5 minutes he popped a component back into place and said it was so easy I did not owe him anything. Really dodged a bullet on this one but I am still sore about being charged $160 just take off a panel in less than 5 minutes.

We have 3 generations using Cartec and they have always been very honest with us and have saved us $ on occassion. They have the best, cheapest, fastest oil change in town. They are honest, dependable, great on turn around and weve been using them about 10 years now. They will also help w credit card or payments basically. These guys are great!!!!

I called in for them to tow my car to their shop and to put a new/different wiring harness for the motor on it since the wires on the current one had been melted and spliced by a non mechanic. They charged me $3,000 for repairing 2 of the spliced wires (which I asked them to put a new wiring harness on it not to repair the old one) and sent me home with the car still dying every 2 blocks. I WILL NEVER USE THESE PEOPLE AGAIN!

Wouldnt trust my car with anyone else. Honest people, Linda will explain everything to a tee to their customers. I got there with my car on a tow and my dog in the back on a rainy Saturday, with no notice, most places wouldnt allow a dog in the store. Me and my dog were welcomed with open harms. My dog was allowed to roam the store free, gave her food, water everything while I waited on a ride. They explained everything that was going to happen the whole process. The mechanics are great and reliable.So thankful for them.

I absolutely loved my experience at Cartec! I have an old janky car with tons of problems, and the maintenance crew was so honest with me about what I should do in preparation for a cross-country move. They did what they could to keep my car running safely, and then said, Dont put another penny into this car! Linda went above and beyond by pulling out diagrams to help me visualize problems, and then showing me how to check my fluids on the 1,500-mile drive. All in all, not only was my car serviced, but I felt wholly cared for.

LINDA AT THE RECEPTIONIST DESK WAS VERY RUDE ON THE PHONE AND IN PERSON. apparently if you don’t want to provide an email it’s a reason for them to refuse service. and once I gave an email, she didn’t like that email, and continue to have an attitude. And then threaten to not service me. Therefore I left without getting any service. Very rude customer service. Linda should not be working in this business. She definitely needs to learn how to talk to customers, especially when all they’re doing is checking in. DO NOT GO HERE!!

I found Cartec online while searching for a place that would do an inspection for a used car I was interested in buying. The entire process was smooth and professional. I paid a bit over $100 for them to do (what they claim is) a 2-3 hour inspection of the vehicle.In all honesty, I felt that the report I was given was barely more than you would get if you have a Carfax and a good walk-around on the car. They do the standard point inspections (brakes, fluids, etc), but you can probably find half a dozen places that do that for free.Overall, I felt like I overpaid for what I got, but if you are a total newbie to used car buying and need someone to help hold your hand about a vehicle, I think the service they offer here is fair - I just wouldnt personally use it again.

Great customer service

My last experience at Cartec far surpassed the dishonest mechanic stereotype. I brought my car in for an oil change. I was told it would take 45 minutes. A nail in my tire was discovered so they patched it... for $15 (done for free as a courtesy at other mechanics). The first attempt at patching failed so I was forced to find a ride making me late to my meeting. I asked that while they had my car they would run tests to check on all systems. I did not receive a phone call all afternoon. I finally called 30 minutes before the shop closed and was told I would quickly be called back. That didnt happen so my car stayed over night. In the morning I called again and I was told there was a small leak in the upper radiator hose. Replacing the hose and flushing the radiator was going to cost FOUR HUNDRED AND NINETY BUCKS. This is absolute highway robbery. I quickly made two calls to other shops of similar respect and was quoted for the same exact service at $190. I also called the auto parts store and found that the hose only cost $18. Top that all of with the fact that when I told them no and arrived to pick up my car they tried to charge me $155 for testing! I will not be returning to Cartec and I will be warning any and everyone of this dishonest business.

Brian, Linda and Kim are absolutely amazing !! They went above and beyond to try to help me and car but unfortunately it was out of their hands. Reguardless of that they gave amazing customer service and helped me figure out where to take my car. I would recommend them to anyone I know who needs help with their car.

I came in with needing my brakes replaced. They were fast and friendly. They explained what and why things needed to be fixed. They even showed the damage so I know I wasn’t just be told things. Within an hour everything was fixed and put back together. Definitely recommend this place especially to any single women who might be afraid of being taken advantage of, this place definitely tells the truth. 100% recommend and will come here again!

They have been hit by the tornado and moved locations they took care of a supposed failed fuel pump and nail in the tire in a 2000 Chevy Blazer sold the Chevy Blazer to a friend fuel pump ran for a year the fuel line had broken open. They didnt pull the nail and had to refund me because I caught that. Didnt catch the fuel pump and they took me for a lot of money without ever looking at my car.

Had an excelent experience here. I was refered to this shop buy someone I trust while having transmition issues. Instead of throwing parts at it and charging me for things I dont need they checked my cars warrentee and made sure I was covered before refering me back to a dealership. They even talked with me about what was going on and took the time to make sure I understood how to talk to the dealership and get my issue resolved.I cannot recommend this place enough

No help at all. I was across the street at PetSmart with a flat tire. Called this business, ask them if I could tow my car to them inorder to by a tire. They said NO. They even said no to the tow truck driver no. BAD BUSINESS

Went in with airbag light issue. The lady at the front desk painted the more dire picture possible, even telling me that there may not even be an airbag in place and that the car had been wrecked multiple times! [The car had one accident involving the passenger side.] The estimate to get a more complete computer analysis at Cartec was over $200. I took it to another mechanic and found out the problem was a sensor with the seat belt and the cost is less than $150. Not sure I would recommend Cartec.
