Briarwood is such a great place. Had to have some work (a lot) done on my Land Rover. they worked with my husband on what the best option for us was and the work was great. There were a few hiccups with getting parts in, and my car wasn’t done when it was supposed to be, but they were very fair when it came time to settle the bill. Madge (my car) has been in several more times and they are always so professional, friendly and ready to help. We have been so pleased with the work that has been done. Love this place!

I chose this place because I bought a hybrid and when you Google hybrid mechanics Tulsa, theyre the first to come up. Ive had a few things done here so far and its all been great. Theyre really nice and Steve that runs the front takes his time explaining everything in detail, which I really appreciate. They come across as trustworthy and they came in under the quoted price. They didnt do any of the work until I had agreed to it. I would give them 10 stars for communication. When they did my oil change they checked everything and printed out a list of things I will need to take care of with a timeline of how long before its completely necessary. Being able to plan for some of that financially is great. I didnt feel any pressure to get work done I cant afford. Theyll also pay for you Uber when dropping off and picking up the car. Be sure to grab theyre 1/2 price synthetic oil change coupon off Groupon. I totally recommend this place.

I love this place but I didnt like the service today. The guy acted like he couldnt help me acted like it was an issue to schedule an oil change. I drive 30 minutes just to come to this location because they fixed my tire and the customer service was amazing. The guy with the grey shirt on today was rude

Nice facility, nice employees. Very user friendly electronic layout to their business, helps with keeping records and payment, etc. I have paid for nearly every oil change my cars have ever needed done, to be performed by a shop. This was double what I’ve ever paid, and it’s a Mercedes, and not my first. I believe they are reputable and do good work, but charging $18.57 a QUART for oil that walmart sells for $22.37 for FIVE QUARTS surprised the happy out of me. They were gracious to give me the groupon discount so the total wasn’t $200. Labor was $20 and oil should’ve been about $60 with markup….still $192 for an oil change that should’ve been about $90. Just a heads up

I love this auto shop! Steve was so so friendly over the phone, and patiently answered my questions. Both he and the mechanic explained the issues very well, and worked to make sure that we stayed within my budget (which, honestly, was not easy to do with the amount of work my car needs).They ordered and paid for an Uber for me to both get home and come back! They also sent me emails with the receipt, suggested future services, and they gave me cost estimates on everything in chunks so I can afford it.Great job, y’all!

Being a woman, it is important that I feel comfortable with the people and their business practices and also to be heard when I discuss the possible problems and causes with my vehicle. Our friends have used Briarwood Auto for years, so we decided to give them a try due to dealership shops raising prices to even more ridiculous prices, Wal-Mart causing damage to a vehicle during a routine oil change and other issues at other shops. Briarwood was as awesome as our friends had stated! They got our vehicle in and repaired it promptly, were knowledgeable about recommended maintenance that actually needs done, and were very reasonable priced for labor.

I brought my suburban to Briarwood on a recommendation from my friends shop AirQuip 2 buildings over. I had my buddy put in a abs brake controller but it came with no programming and my buddy did not have the programmer. A friendly Briarwood technician programmed it explained everything to me properly he test drove my suburban after and it was perfect! He also found a diagnostic code in my traction control it was a brake sensor on the brake distribution block my buddy easily fixed. Thank you Briarwood your team rocks!

I used to work at a dealership so I got great prices as a employee, but when I left I soon realized how much they like to charge! after being quoted $800+ to get my alternator replaced on my Scion XB, I went to Briarwood on a recommendation from my old boss, and was pleased to say the cost was almost half what the Stealership wanted to charge. They were polite and never tried to sell me something I did not ask for. I will be getting more work done with these guys! Thanks Casey and crew!

I do not understand how they got all this good reviews, I never got my car serviced there however they screwed me when they bought a brand new seatbelt from me and returned it damaged, the shop owner must NOT be honest enough to admit their mistake and take responsibility either for their poor servicman skills or himself.when I argued with them, they called me an angry merchant.150 dollars would neither break me or make me however I am hoping that karma would get them.

They made sure to diagnose my car properly, and adjusted my needed service to match the diagnosis. Again they are very honest and helpful. They also were happy to help me get some quotes for new tires (front and back) and New struts (Front and back). I was recommend to them by my boyfriend and another friend. I was right to trust them. Briarwood Auto Services was great. I used a groupon to get a $39.00 synthetic oil change for my Toyota. Much cheaper than the usual $89.00 I pay any where else. Cant say thank you enough to Briarwood Auto Service and their staff for all they did. My daughter was attending the US Arabian Nationals Horse Show in Tulsa, upon her long drive up there from south Texas she accidentally damaged the heat shield on the bottom of her gas tank. The minute I called Briarwood Casey was very helpfull between finding and ordering the part to getting the part in quickly and even offering to take my daughter back to the horse show after she dropped the car off. I was even more impressed after the car was dropped off they did a courtesy inspection and sent me a link with pictures and issues found, then Casey called me and we discussed what issues were important to address now to safely get my daughter on the road home safely and finished the work quickly and professionally. These guys are great. They care about you and your car. They offer BG products for all their maintenance services which will give you a lifetime warranty on your transmission, engine, fuel, cooling, power steering, and brake systems.Ive seen these guys dig into a problem to solve it, not just throw parts at it.

My past mechanics experience, which had been with car dealers, was consistently terrible. I always felt that they were overcharging me and recommending things that didnt need fixing. That was before I tried Briarwood Automotive. For a couple years I have trusted Briarwood Automotive with my vehicles and couldnt be happier. The owner, Casey, is courteous, patient and does a great job communicating the issues that need to be addressed. Buyers BEWARE! These guys are disrespectful, untimely and most of all unprofessional. When they say theyll treat your car like their own, they mean it literally. Went in for a simple coil pack change and ended up with my car going for a joy ride and threatened. Great place if you wanna cough up more money than expected. I took my car in after another auto repair place screwed it up. They were very nice and inspected my car for free and even noticed my oil was extremely low and filled it for free. They explained the issues with my car, gave me written estimates and let me know which items needed to be fixed first. I am definitely taking it back to them!!

They had everything they needed to fix my truck. i was surprised that the bill wasnt more.

Had some car trouble over the weekend, car wouldnt start and a flat tire. Had to get a jump, got a new battery and put on spare. The engine light had been on for a while, a friend recommended I have it checked out. Took it to Briarwood this morning, the new battery had erased all the codes. They checked out all the commonly known issues for my car and found nothing. I had gotten my tire fixed, but wasnt able to put it back on, they did it for me stored the spare neatly in the trunk and told me to come back if the check engine light comes back on. No charge!!! I couldnt believe it, will definitely take my car there for any repair needs :)
