This place is amazing. If you ever need your Mercedes, BMW, or Hummer worked on, this oh s the place to go for sure. They are way cheaper than the dealership and have trained and licensed techs. The costumer service is outstanding and the BBB agrees! I will take all my Mercedes here for repairs and maintenance! 🤗

Definitely, must use! They are extremely knowable (even in very uncommon/rare MB) super friendly but even more they are reasonable.

Only out to get your money!!!! They had my car for almost a month. Was told that the ECU in my car needed to be replaced. After spending over 2,000 to get that replaced we pick it up last Friday. I drive it on Sunday and it does the exact same thing it was doing when I first took it in. I drive it to work on Tuesday and it dies on me as I’m driving. My husband calls them to tell them about it so they come to my job, tow it to shop. We don’t hear from them until Friday! Keep in mind I’m an “essential”worker and I need my car! Only for them to “forget “ to replace a sensor that should have fixed the problem in the first place for another $400! They would not tow it back to me, even though they came and got it and left me without a car. Your better taking your Mercedes, BMW or whatever you are driving to the actual dealership. If your going to spend that type of money at least you know you’ll get quality parts and the job will be done RIGHT!!!!!!

I had such a great experience at this shop! I was driving an 89 Mercedes 560sl across the country when it broke down in Tulsa due to a bad fuel pump. I had it towed to Benzin and Denny began working on my car immediately! He fixed my problem, identified additional issues I should get looked at when I arrived at my destination, and even offered to talk to my mechanic when I got there. I was in and out the same day and resumed my journey within a few hours. Great service, great work. 10/10 would recommend.

So far so good...came recommend by a good friend tow truck driver...(boyd, who worked for me for years)...ive had a goto porsche guy for 27 years..but never a benz goto till last Thursday...so far so good..still workin out kinks

Love these guys. They fixed a fog lamp on my Mercedes for $50 that the dealership was going to charge $500 to fix. This wasnt even for a replacement part, literally just to put the lamp back into place.

I am so glad I found this place! The customer service is outstanding. They give you a ride if you need one and wash your car on the way out. Totally fair pricing. They dont try to break your bank. They do what they can to get you back on the road safely without pushing you to do more and more repairs. The lady behind the desk is a sweet as pie.

I was referred to this place by a coworker, so glad I came here. Absolutely the best mechanic shop Ive ever been to. Took my Benz in for transmission sensor, not only did they fix the problem they washed my car and vacuumed it..... very impressed with this place.

Its hard to find a good mechanic (quality/honesty/price). The large majority of them have attempted to screw me on one of those 3 things.Thats not the case with Benzin and their BMW guy (whose name I dont remember right now). I brought my 99 328is here a couple of times during the 3 years I lived in Tulsa, and was happy every time.Im actually writing this right now because I was so satisfied that I decided to look up his certifications so that I can hopefully find someone as good out here in Nevada.

Tried explaining to the guy what I had done to my car so far and he acted like he didnt want to hear me. Went to pick up the car and never got a thanks or anything, then had to ask where my car was at since he just handed me the keys after I paid. would not recommend

Only place I take my Mercedes. Honest, fair and knowledgeable staff. Get the warm n fuzzies from every employee I have spoke with. Make you feel like friends. Drop off and pick up services available.

Didnt have an appointment because a light came on while driving. Because of the heat & I felt uncomfortable driving with a dash light on I did a drop in.Advised owner of car issue, 3 items were noted by mechanic and within 45 minutes the problems were resolved an I was back on the Expressway.

They are very professional and courageous and answer all you questions thank you.

Benzin does an amazing job and they will not out after market parts in your vehicle.

Absolutely no good. Very bad service, limited knowledge and very dishonest people, will rip you off. Beware of these cheaters and find elsewhere for better service and quality for your money. You will regret it if you give your vehicle here.

My BMW part was sent to the wrong state!! This required me to wait more days in order to get my car fixed. The woman who works there is very sweet and helpful, but the guy who works on the Bimmers was not nice at all! He made me feel stupid when we spoke on the phone and he was incredibly hard to understand. My car is fixed now- $800+ later. The part required was approx $450, however. Pricey in my opinion and for a shop that loses your part and makes you wait multiple days to get your car repaired, is not the best in my book. 3 out of 5 stars.

I have used Benzin Motorworks for my MB repairs. I have delt with both Denny and Sid and both have been very helpful and courteous. Sid even met me at the shop on a Saturdday for me to bring my car in because I wasnt able to get it there during the week. They have always caled me to keep me updated about repair issues and have sought my approval to repair/replace what ever item was in question. I have never had a bad experience with Benzin Motorworks and would highly reccomend them.I would give them 5 of 5 stars.

Make sure you cover the diagnostic charge over and over. Record the conversation or sign an agreement. If you happen to decline the repairs for their very expensive charges, you will have added expense to your diagnostic that was not discussed.Once you begin to inquire about the additional charges that you were not told of, nor approved, one of the owners Denny will come and argue and threaten to hold your car hostage until you pay his fees, that were not approved nor notified of.This was my experience and I would never recommend Benzin MotorWerks shop to anyone in Tulsa. Denny the owners actions and behavior were very con-like, not for an upscale Mercedes shop, which this is not. There is a good Mercedes benz shop on 6th street in Tulsa with O’brian or Benzworks in Broken Arrow. Unless you want sly, con-like owner to over charge you, cuss at you, yell, act like a con, not contact you for additional costs…this is your place to go. BAD BUSINESS.

Called to get a quote and I believe his name was john, but he was very rude and wouldnt even answer my questions and how much it would cost to fix my car but kept telling me that I should just buy a new engine from someone else and I didnt even need an engine
