My boyfriend which is a truck driver brought his Porche Cayenne in for transmission flush. They had told him they was going to detail for him as well after the transmission flush. He also had a bag of expensive tools inside a nice tool bag sitting in his back set. When I came to pick up the vehicle his tools was missing and they did not detailing the vehicle. Come to find out one of the employees had noticed tool bag in the vehicle but the lady that helped me said someone could have took it when it was in their parking lot for that weekend. Im sure thats not how the tools came up missing but that was a lost as well as the vehicle is still running same way. Not sure they even changed the transmission fluid cause they didnt do no detailing either. So will be taking it this week and getting it checked to see if they even did anything to the transmission.

Same post as Jackie Cooper Imports:Great service. A+Revision:. We went to pickup the Cayenne. They car is detailed. The car is parked in the show room with a cover over it. The deal was pulled off slowly to reveal the car. The only thing missing is lights and music (lol). What a delivery method. Kudos to the management and sales force. And they called me that evening and the next day to confirm is all good. I would highly recommend this dealer

Unresponsive to say the least. The staff does not care in any way, especially the salesmen. Was talking about a car, negotiating price and terms. Never heard from anyone after a few back and forth conversations. The salesman was also rude. Definitely a waste of time.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Do not buy a non high end vehicle from them if you expect to be treated with respect after the sale. Im assuming they treat customers better if they buy a more expensive car (maybe not). I feel like they didnt treat me with respect once the purchase was complete and should not sell less expensive cars on their lot if thats how they are going to treat customers. They did take care of a few things for me but everyone was so rude when I called to make appointments and arrangements that it all felt so intimidating. Frank in the service department could really use a course in customer service. I was not asking or expecting them to fix things for free or looking for a handout, I felt like I should apologize for asking them to fix things on a car I just bought from them instead of them trying to make a frustrated customer happy. Car shopping is stressful enough and it is this dealership that give dealerships a bad name. I would never recommend anyone to this dealership. My salesman was good and the finance person was outstanding but that is the only thing I can say that was good. Im so dissatisfied with my treatment and wish I didn’t purchase the car (which I wouldn’t have done had I known the way I would be treated after the purchase) but at least I am done with Jackie Cooper Imports and will not have the need to contact them further. They only get one star because it wont let you do none!

My experience with Jackie Cooper and Mikey Molina (the salesperson) has been a wonderful and pain free. We have always been treated with courtesy and respect. Mikey spent a lot of time and energy searching for the vehicle we requested. Each time he found exactly what we wanted. We have been customers of Jackie Cooper for four years and I would recommend Jackie Cooper Imports, Mikey Molina and there service department to anyone.

Let me just start by saying this: If you live in Oklahoma, dont even bother with Bob Moore Porsche down in OKC... I cannot stress that enough. Seriously.... Save yourself a ton of headaches and BS and drive yourself up to Tulsa and let the professionals at Jackie Cooper Porsche take care of you.I recently learned some hard lessons, and now gladly drive two hours so I can deal with professionals that listen to my issues, communicate well, and make absolutely every effort to make things right.Long story short - Bought a used Cayenne in OKC. Dealership there lied about status of vehicle (damage, leaks, etc.) but I didnt realize until a few years later. Vehicle went in for multiple warranty repairs, some done correctly, others done poorly and are still issues today. Half the visits resulted in parts being left off the vehicle when returned. After having the OKC Service Department refuse to investigate transmission issues - while asking me to pay for troubleshooting - and arguing with me about whether there was a coolant leak or not (there was), I contacted Porsche directly to file a complaint. After that ordeal, Porsche recommended I change to a different dealership, so I contacted the Service Department at Jackie Cooper Porsche and ended up speaking with Cliff Jones. During this call Cliff let me know that they would love to work with me, and were fine with me driving loaner vehicles to and from OKC while my vehicle was being serviced.Talk is one thing, but action is another, and Jackie Cooper Porsche absolutely followed-up the talk with outstanding service. Ive only had to make two trips, and both times they were on top of the issues right away, asking the right questions, and listening when I tried to explain what I thought the issues were. Its a night and day difference from what I was dealing with in OKC.I really cant say enough good things, so all I can do moving forward is to let my actions do the talking... Jackie Cooper Porsche is my new dealership now, and as long as I live in OK I will be dealing with them exclusively, whether for service or future Porsche purchases.Thank you Jackie Cooper Porsche!!

Jackie Cooper ImportsOct 16, 2019CC Love AMAZING!!!!This dealership was wonderful!!! I was finally able to come back to my home town and make a local vehicle purchase. The Sales Representative, Kendall Taylor, who has a very calm demeanor (thank goodness, lol), was so refreshing. The Internet Manager, Chris Mathis, Sales Manager-Chuck and Finance Director-Jeff Badley were also great with my vehicle purchase. I wanted to keep my purchase local and with many competitve Internet ptions available, you will not get the customer service and peace of mind online like you would right at home with Jackie Cooper Imports. Who wants to go to a dealership and deal with all the extra hustle and hassles? Some people like it, I do not. At Jackie Cooper, its not like that and I appreciate it. My family is definitely coming back and Im sending referrals until then. Thank you again guys!

Will never do business with! Jackie Cooper did not have the Macan we wanted in stock, so we went to Ft Worth to get the car we wanted. We had a great experience with them. Unfortunately, the car shipped with only one key from Germany. So they had to order another key and send to us in Tulsa. At the time, they said just go to Jackie Cooper Porsche to get it programmed. They wont charge you cause we do this for them and other dealers all the time. So I take it to Jackie Cooper and they insist there is a $130 fee to grogram the key and refuse to honor what the Texas dealer said. All the service manager would say is how the other dealer got all the money for the sale and they got nothing. This may be true but where do you think all the service and future business would go? Would have been them but not now. So instead of just taking care of the customer and doing it, they have lost a future customer and this terrible review thus costing them hundreds if not thousands of dollars in future business. What happened to customer service and standing behind the Porsche name? When will car dealerships understand the bigger picture not just the immediate $$ I will be following up the local Porsche rep and dealership ownership. Terrible just terrible.

**Ill revise my below review and change it to 4 stars, as Steve was able to make things right with my purchase. He ordered me new matching mats, as well as took care of the remaining dents on the vehicle. I appreciate that. **Original review -I wish I could be here writing a good review, but my unbiased, less than satisfactory experience has led me down this path. I purchased a new car from Jackie Cooper recently. The overall experience was fairly typical for a car dealership, as I have purchased many cars from dealers locally in Tulsa. It was after the pen to paper agreement that my satisfaction of service diminished.I noticed some dents and dings on the car that the salesman assured me would be taken care of via their paintless dent technician. I took the car in to have the dents removed and it was done in a little over an hours time (which I thought was great), however only half of the dents were actually removed. When I brought this to their attention, the remark was simply that the technician removed all he could remove, when the real story was that the guy was pressed for time and did a shotty job at removing them.My Second complaint is that there were no floor mats with the car when I purchased it, although there were supposed to be. The salesman told me dont worry, they must be in the detail shop and we will get you the mats. When I picked up my car from the above dent removal appointment, the mats were in the car, however they were very generic looking, TAN colored mats. The entire car interior is black. These obviously werent the mats that were intended to go with this car. I spoke to the salesman again who called around and said these were definitely the mats that went with this car, however I looked up the VIN on VIN decode and it did come from the factory with Velour black colored floor mats. It was almost a joke to me, and instead of driving for customer satisfaction, I am now stuck with essentially useless mats, and forced to wait the interim of getting my carpet dirty while in use until I can find some new mats, and footing the bill (which I had already paid for in the first place). This was my first experience with this dealership and due to these experiences, I cant say that I am very pleased, and frankly, a bit upset about my purchase.
