Not too keen on a place that is more focused on profit than pleasing a customer. One would think it makes sense that by pleasing the customer, the profit will sort itself out on the back end of the transaction. When I look at the national Toyota dealer satisfaction indices it seems like Norton has more than just me to worry about.
